Electronic junk. I bought it for a vacation home for an older TV, but the apps either don't open or freeze, it's very slow, the Wi-Fi loses the signal, annoying controls.

It is as slow as the delay.. It tells me that I can install the EON app from Nova but it doesn't even support it.

It freezes excessively, as if it has KB memory and not GB, as soon as you try to enter an app it freezes and throws you back to the home menu

It blocks the operating system several times and at other times it loses connection with the router. In both cases, it needs a restart

Far away - and one is too much. Nothing from what is advertised is true except for the USB 2.0 port. I got it to install ertflix. I don't.....

First of all, I ordered what is in the picture and they brought me something else. Secondly, it crashes a lot and throws you out of the applications. Thirdly, it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi many times and there are many other issues. It is not worth the money.

After many attempts to watch Netflix, YouTube, and generally anything it promises, I say that it is in the category of garbage. For trash nothing else. I later bought the Xiaomi TV box and I couldn't believe it's a proper TV box

If everything worked, it would be good but
1. I can't connect to YouTube. I click on the login option and it does nothing. It worked once and I did everything correctly, but it didn't connect. Even though the device recognizes my Google account, I sync it with the apps and still nothing.
2. You try to close it with the remote control, so it closes and opens whenever it wants.
3. The Facebook app doesn't work.
4. I downloaded the TikTok app, but it never loads.
5. I connected a wireless mouse and after a while, it starts going crazy.
I dealt with these issues so far and they all had flaws.
The only good thing was the picture.
I will keep it for a while until I find something better, and then it's garbage

We have and we say:
a) after a few minutes of operation it starts to freeze
b) while it shows me that it has 128 GB, when I download something it tells me that the memory is not enough
c) it cannot connect to the Google Store
d) an application that was working stopped working for no reason and then cannot be installed again
e) The USB is not automatically recognized and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in (after the reset)
And other things that I forget.
I did a factory reset once. It worked somewhat better for a day, but then the same issues occurred.
There is no chance of replacing it with the same one!

I am requesting a refund directly and I will see what I will get.

It's not Android 11 but 7, it doesn't have 128 GB but 12. Overall, it lags. I returned it immediately.

I use it offline, I only connected to download VLC because the media player it has is terrible. The Google Play Store doesn't work, but it has its own store where I was able to download VLC. Clearly, its specifications are overrated, but for an offline media player, it does its job perfectly. In other words, if someone just wants to connect a USB stick or an HDD and watch, it's perfect.
It supports Greek subtitles as long as you download the VLC media player, go to subtitle settings, and select Greek.

I received it broken, it didn't work for even a second, if it was possible, I wouldn't have given it even half a star...
Simply garbage, stay away...

The remote control works whenever desired and the device has no sound! I tried 3 different HDMI cables but nothing. The menu was fine, but what's the point if there is no sound?!

Wasted money, the processor constantly freezes, it's dramatic. It has nothing to do with the store where I bought the product, it's inferior due to the processor.

After 10 days, the ethernet stopped working.
The kodi it has is old and sometimes it runs, sometimes it doesn't.

Do not spend a single euro on this box. It is simply bad. I bought two, one of them didn't work from the beginning, so they replaced it. The only thing that changed in the one they replaced is that it works. It is slow even without being loaded with applications. As for the second one I bought, it was slow as well for the first semester and then it just froze. While it was opening, it would get stuck at the initial loading without being able to do anything. Try something else with this money, maybe you'll be luckier!

It freezes, lags, and generally does not live up to the features it seems to have.
Although I removed unnecessary pre-installed applications to lighten it up and left only Netflix and iptv Smarters, every now and then I have to disconnect it to start from scratch.

It does NOT work, only with the "mouse" option. In order to select a movie from Netflix, I have to choose it from another device and then switch to the Smart TV to continue watching it there. I cannot make selections through the Smart TV.

Very user-friendly. We watch Netflix flawlessly, without any buffering. All the applications I have tried work perfectly. The features listed are accurate. We are completely satisfied.
