Quick Review:
Easy installation, good value for money. Poor voltmeter, and does not come with a lighter.
Be careful, if you have a lighter installed and you go at high speed, there is a chance it will come off the base. I learned it the hard way.
Good charger, two ports, waterproof. We will see how long it will last.

Detailed Review:
I bought it because I wanted to have a charger on the handlebars for my trips, to have a lighter on the bike, and generally for how it looks.
Starting with the installation: It can be connected directly to the battery in no more than 15 minutes of work. You connect the poles and pass the cables. It has a base to fit on the mirror screw, but it can also be placed on the handlebars with a little effort...
Then, onto the "peripherals."
The USB ports are very good. They have blue LEDs and charge with 10w. On a 25-kilometer journey, there was no interruption. They have a waterproof cover with a window for the voltmeter, which remains clear even when the sun shines on it.
Speaking of the voltmeter, it is average to poor. It gives inaccurate readings (compared to a workshop voltmeter) and its margin of error is 2 volts, at least when using the lighter. Otherwise, the margin of error is small. The voltmeter has LED and is activated only when you press the switch.
Finally, the lighter. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A LIGHTER. You have to install it yourself, and it does not fit all lighters. It fits perfectly on a Chevrolet Aveo and looks beautiful. It takes a while to heat up, but it "works."
I would recommend connecting it to the main switch to potentially avoid battery vandalism, in case someone, for example, left the voltmeter on all night by pressing the switch, thus "draining" the battery.

All in all, except for the voltmeter's inaccuracy, it is a nice little thing to put on the bike. You have a lighter and a charger next to the GPS mount (See photo.)
I am very satisfied, but I deduct one star for the voltmeter...

Oops... Luckily I measured it before I plugged in the device, reversed polarity in the socket, the center is negative... It's going for a replacement straight away!
