I bought it to replace the Gigantus v2 3XL. I can only say positive things so far! Better mouse control is the first thing I noticed, and it definitely has a higher quality construction material than the typical mousepad you'll find out there. It has a rougher, harder texture at first, making you think it's a hard surface, but once you start using it, you realize that Razer has achieved two things in one mousepad... Speed and control! It definitely suited me well, especially in terms of color, as it is completely black, while the gigantus has a slight blue shade, making it blend better with the overall setup. It is waterproof to a certain extent, but kids, don't go washing it under the faucet... if something spills on it, you can easily wipe it off with a cloth or paper, and it cleans very easily with a damp cloth! Ταχύτητα και έλεγχος! Εμένα σίγουρα με βόλεψε και πολύ σαν χρώμα γιατί είναι κατάμαυρο ενώ το gigantus έχει ελαφρός μια μπλε απόχρωση και έτσι συνδυάζετε καλύτερα με όλο το σύνολο.. Είναι αδιάβροχο μέχρι ένα σημείο παιδιά μην πάτε να το πλύνετε κάτω από την βρύση είπαμε.. αν πέσει κάτι πάνω το σκουπίζεις άνετα με ένα πανακι η χαρτί και καθαρίζει πανευκολα με ένα βρεγμένο πανακι! Στο χέρι είναι λίγο σκληρό, δηλαδή καθώς κουνάς το χέρι σου νιώθεις τριβή – όμως το mouse μετακινείται πιο εύκολα από άλλα που δεν έχουν αυτην την τριβή στο χέρι.
Συγκεκριμένα αν το συγκρίνω με το «Corsair MM300» εκεί ήταν μαλακό μεν στο χέρι, αλλά το mouse είχε τριβή – σε αυτό το mouse εχει καλύτερη κίνηση και το χέρι έχει τριβή.
Το υλικό δηλαδή είναι κάτι σαν πλαστικό και όχι ύφασμα - είναι καλύτερο ; δεν ξέρω, έχεις καλύτερο έλεγχο, μάλλον ναι - θα σου γδάρει τα χέρια με υπερβολική χρήση παιχνιδιού και τριψίματος ; δεν ξέρω.

Nowadays, we have reached a point where there are many categories of Mousepads and incredibly many subcategories to meet the needs and tastes of everyone.
The Razer Strider is a Cloth Mousepad with Hybrid properties, covering both Control and Speed scrolling. Similar to the legendary ARTISAN Hien, an incredibly good Mousepad known to enthusiasts and the basic Mousepad for many Pros in FPS Games. For those who know about the Hien, the Razer Strider belongs to the same category as it, and for many, the Strider is considered superior. Unfortunately, I don't have an opinion on the Hien beyond what I have read and heard about it, but based on the comments of many, the Razer Strider is slightly better.
What is a Hybrid Mousepad? When you move your hand quickly/sharply, the movement is without resistance, while when you want to make small movements, you have 100% control. Ideal for Games like CSGO and Valorant that require sharp large movements for Flicks, as well as gentle slow movements to hit headshots and control recoil. At the same time, it is also very good for Fast Paced Games where aim, tracking, and speed matter, such as Call of Duty.
It comes in two sizes, but I have the square version.
The packaging initially scared me because such Mousepads usually come flat since they are delicate. Although it was folded, as soon as I took it out of its box, it became one with the desk, without wrinkles or issues.
The seams of the Mousepad, on the other hand, are at the same height as the fabric of the Mousepad. It's the first time I've seen such thin seams, and as silly as it may sound, the mouse sometimes gets stuck on the seams during a flick.
I tested the Mousepad with many different mice. I only found a problem with mice with VERY SMALL Mousefeet, but if you have a mouse from a reputable brand based on what I have, I don't think you will have a problem. If you get it, you may feel like the mouse slightly drags on the Mousepad, but in reality, it's just the texture, and it doesn't affect the movement of your mouse. This is also why it has the ideal Stopping Power for the Mousepad, so that the user has absolute control.
It is water-resistant, it doesn't absorb it at all. You just wipe it off, and that's it, without affecting the surface at all once the water is gone.
Do I recommend it? Yes. It is more expensive than regular Mousepads, but it is made to last. I don't know if it will last forever, but it will definitely last for years. It will be worth the money.
If the hybrid doesn't suit you and you want something faster with less control, I recommend the cheaper but also high-quality Endgame MPC 450.

Το πακετάρισμα του με τρόμαξε στην αρχή, διότι τέτοια Mousepads συνήθως έρχονται Flat γιατί είναι ευαίσθητα. Αυτό αν και ήταν διπλωμένο, μόλις το έβγαλα από το κουτί του, έγινε ένα με το γραφείο, χωρίς τσακίσεις και προβλήματα.
Οι ραφές του Mouspad από την άλλη, είναι στο ίδιο ύψος με το ύφασμα του Mousepad. Πρώτη φορά βλέπω τόσο λεπτές ραφές και όσο χαζό κι αν ακούγεται, δεν είναι λίγες οι φορές που θα σκαλώσει το mouse στις ραφές πάνω σε κάποιο flick.
Δοκίμασα το Mousepad με πολλά διαφορετικά ποντίκια. Πρόβλημα βρήκα μόνο σε ποντίκια με ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΑ Mousefeet, εάν όμως έχετε κάποιο ποντίκι επώνυμης εταιρείες με βάση τα όσα έχω και εγώ στην κατοχή μου, δε νομίζω να έχετε πρόβλημα. Όποιος το πάρει, ίσως νιώθει πως το ποντίκι γδέρνει ελάχιστα το Mousepad, αλλά στην πραγματικότητα είναι απλά έτσι η υφή του και δεν επηρεάζει την κίνηση του ποντικιού σας. Εκεί οφείλεται και το ιδανικό Stopping Power του Mousepad ώστε να έχει ο χρήστης τον απόλυτο έλεγχο.
Αντέχει στο νερό, δεν το απορροφάει καν. Απλά το σκουπίζεις και τέλος, χωρίς να επηρεάζει καθόλου την επιφάνεια μετά αφού φύγει το νερό.
Το προτείνω;
Ναι. Είναι ακριβότερο από τα συνηθισμένα Mousepads αλλά είναι φτιαγμένο ώστε να αντέξει. Δε ξέρω εάν θα αντέξει για πάντα, αλλά σίγουρα για χρόνια. Θα βγάλει τα λεφτά του.
Εάν δε σας καλύπτει το hybrid και θέλετε πχ κάτι πιο γρήγορο με λιγότερο έλεγχο, σας προτείνω το αρκετά φτηνότερο αλλά επίσης ποιοτικό, Endgame MPC 450.

Το χειμώνα δεν είναι πρόβλημα καθώς όλοι φοράμε μακρύ μανίκι, ωστόσο το καλοκαίρι θα πρέπει να τυλίξεις το χέρι σου με κάτι, πχ με ένα μικρό ρούχο, ή να φορέσεις μια κομμένη κάλτσα, ή να πάρεις κάποιο ειδικό μανίκι, αν θέλεις να μην ενοχλείσαι από την τριβή.
Δεν γνωρίζω πόσο ανθεκτικό είναι, ωστόσο θα ενημερώσω το σχόλιο σχετικά με αυτό στο μέλλον.

Ως πρώτη εμπειρία, χρησιμοποιώντας και το MX Master 3S της Logitech αισθάνθηκα να κυλάει επάνω πιο ομοιόμορφα και μετά από λίγη χρήση νόμιζα πως είχα πειράξει την ευαισθησία του ποντικιού. Ήμουν ανήσυχος για το υλικό του διότι φαίνεται σκληρό όμως καμία απολύτως σχέση.
Χρησιμοποιώ το πληκτρολόγιο περισσότερο απ το ποντίκι και μπορώ να πω πως ποιοτικά είναι άριστο αλλά και στην αίσθηση. Για απαιτητικούς gamers θεωρώ πως είναι απαραίτητο. Για casual χρήση γραφείου με λίγο gaming μπορείτε να κοιτάξετε πιο προσιτές επιλογές.

I bought it to replace the Gigantus v2 3XL. I can only say positive things so far! Better mouse control is the first thing I noticed, and it definitely has a higher quality construction material than the typical mousepad you'll find out there. It has a rougher, harder texture at first, making you think it's a hard surface, but once you start using it, you realize that Razer has achieved two things in one mousepad... Speed and control! It definitely suited me well, especially in terms of color, as it is completely black, while the gigantus has a slight blue shade, making it blend better with the overall setup. It is waterproof to a certain extent, but kids, don't go washing it under the faucet... if something spills on it, you can easily wipe it off with a cloth or paper, and it cleans very easily with a damp cloth! Καλύτερο control του ποντικιού είναι το πρώτο πράγμα που αντίκρισα μετέπειτα σίγουρα πιο ποιοτικό υλικό κατασκευής μιας καί δεν είναι το κλασικό mousepad που θα βρείτε έξω.. έχει μια πιο τραχιά πιο σκληρή υφή στην αρχή νομίζεις ότι είναι Hard surface αλλά μόλις το δουλέψεις λίγο καταλαβαίνεις πως η Razer έχει πετύχει 2 πράγματα μαζί σε ένα mousepad... Ταχύτητα και έλεγχος! Εμένα σίγουρα με βόλεψε και πολύ σαν χρώμα γιατί είναι κατάμαυρο ενώ το gigantus έχει ελαφρός μια μπλε απόχρωση και έτσι συνδυάζετε καλύτερα με όλο το σύνολο.. Είναι αδιάβροχο μέχρι ένα σημείο παιδιά μην πάτε να το πλύνετε κάτω από την βρύση είπαμε.. αν πέσει κάτι πάνω το σκουπίζεις άνετα με ένα πανακι η χαρτί και καθαρίζει πανευκολα με ένα βρεγμένο πανακι! Στο χέρι είναι λίγο σκληρό, δηλαδή καθώς κουνάς το χέρι σου νιώθεις τριβή – όμως το mouse μετακινείται πιο εύκολα από άλλα που δεν έχουν αυτην την τριβή στο χέρι.
Συγκεκριμένα αν το συγκρίνω με το «Corsair MM300» εκεί ήταν μαλακό μεν στο χέρι, αλλά το mouse είχε τριβή – σε αυτό το mouse εχει καλύτερη κίνηση και το χέρι έχει τριβή.
Το υλικό δηλαδή είναι κάτι σαν πλαστικό και όχι ύφασμα - είναι καλύτερο ; δεν ξέρω, έχεις καλύτερο έλεγχο, μάλλον ναι - θα σου γδάρει τα χέρια με υπερβολική χρήση παιχνιδιού και τριψίματος ; δεν ξέρω.

Nowadays, we have reached a point where there are many categories of Mousepads and incredibly many subcategories to meet the needs and tastes of everyone.
The Razer Strider is a Cloth Mousepad with Hybrid properties, covering both Control and Speed scrolling. Similar to the legendary ARTISAN Hien, an incredibly good Mousepad known to enthusiasts and the basic Mousepad for many Pros in FPS Games. For those who know about the Hien, the Razer Strider belongs to the same category as it, and for many, the Strider is considered superior. Unfortunately, I don't have an opinion on the Hien beyond what I have read and heard about it, but based on the comments of many, the Razer Strider is slightly better.
What is a Hybrid Mousepad? When you move your hand quickly/sharply, the movement is without resistance, while when you want to make small movements, you have 100% control. Ideal for Games like CSGO and Valorant that require sharp large movements for Flicks, as well as gentle slow movements to hit headshots and control recoil. At the same time, it is also very good for Fast Paced Games where aim, tracking, and speed matter, such as Call of Duty.
It comes in two sizes, but I have the square version.
The packaging initially scared me because such Mousepads usually come flat since they are delicate. Although it was folded, as soon as I took it out of its box, it became one with the desk, without wrinkles or issues.
The seams of the Mousepad, on the other hand, are at the same height as the fabric of the Mousepad. It's the first time I've seen such thin seams, and as silly as it may sound, the mouse sometimes gets stuck on the seams during a flick.
I tested the Mousepad with many different mice. I only found a problem with mice with VERY SMALL Mousefeet, but if you have a mouse from a reputable brand based on what I have, I don't think you will have a problem. If you get it, you may feel like the mouse slightly drags on the Mousepad, but in reality, it's just the texture, and it doesn't affect the movement of your mouse. This is also why it has the ideal Stopping Power for the Mousepad, so that the user has absolute control.
It is water-resistant, it doesn't absorb it at all. You just wipe it off, and that's it, without affecting the surface at all once the water is gone.
Do I recommend it? Yes. It is more expensive than regular Mousepads, but it is made to last. I don't know if it will last forever, but it will definitely last for years. It will be worth the money.
If the hybrid doesn't suit you and you want something faster with less control, I recommend the cheaper but also high-quality Endgame MPC 450.

Για χρόνια, ξέραμε απλά τα κλασικά υφασμάτινα Mousepads, τα σκληρά/πλαστικά και ίσως οι πιο «περίεργοι» τα γυάλινα. Οι διαφορές ανάμεσα στα περισσότερα ήταν μικρές ανάμεσα τους.
Πλέον έχουμε φτάσει σε σημείο να υπάρχουν πολλές κατηγορίες Mousepads και απίστευτα πολλές υποκατηγορίες για να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες και τα γούστα όλων.
Το Razer Strider είναι ένα Cloth Mousepad με Hybrid ιδιότητα, καλύπτοντας και Control αλλά και Speed κύλιση. Παρόμοιο με το θρυλικό ARTISAN Hien, ένα απίστευτα καλό Mousepad, γνωστό στους ψαγμένους και το βασικό Mousepad για πολλούς Pros στα FPS Games. Όσοι ξέρουν για το Hien, το Razer Strider ανήκει στην ίδια κατηγορία μαζί του και για πολλούς το Strider θεωρείται ανώτερο. Δυστυχώς, δεν έχω άποψη για το Hien πάνω από όσα έχω διαβάσει και έχω ακούσει για αυτό, αλλά με βάση τα σχόλια πολλών το Razer Strider είναι ελαφρός καλύτερο.
Τι είναι ένα Hybrid Mousepad; Όταν κουνάς το χέρι γρήγορα/απότομα, η κίνηση γίνεται χωρίς αντίσταση ενώ όταν θες να κάνεις μικρές κινήσεις, έχεις το 100% του ελέγχου. Ιδανικό για Games όπως CSGO και Valorant που απατούν απότομες μεγάλες κινήσεις για τα Flicks αλλά και απαλές αργές κινήσεις για να πετυχαίνετε κεφάλια και να κρατάτε το Recoil. Έρχεται σε δύο μεγέθη, αλλά έχω στην κατοχή μου την τετράγωνη έκδοση.
Το πακετάρισμα του με τρόμαξε στην αρχή, διότι τέτοια Mousepads συνήθως έρχονται Flat γιατί είναι ευαίσθητα. Αυτό αν και ήταν διπλωμένο, μόλις το έβγαλα από το κουτί του, έγινε ένα με το γραφείο, χωρίς τσακίσεις και προβλήματα.
Οι ραφές του Mouspad από την άλλη, είναι στο ίδιο ύψος με το ύφασμα του Mousepad. Πρώτη φορά βλέπω τόσο λεπτές ραφές και όσο χαζό κι αν ακούγεται, δεν είναι λίγες οι φορές που θα σκαλώσει το mouse στις ραφές πάνω σε κάποιο flick.
Δοκίμασα το Mousepad με πολλά διαφορετικά ποντίκια. Πρόβλημα βρήκα μόνο σε ποντίκια με ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΑ Mousefeet, εάν όμως έχετε κάποιο ποντίκι επώνυμης εταιρείες με βάση τα όσα έχω και εγώ στην κατοχή μου, δε νομίζω να έχετε πρόβλημα. Όποιος το πάρει, ίσως νιώθει πως το ποντίκι γδέρνει ελάχιστα το Mousepad, αλλά στην πραγματικότητα είναι απλά έτσι η υφή του και δεν επηρεάζει την κίνηση του ποντικιού σας. Εκεί οφείλεται και το ιδανικό Stopping Power του Mousepad ώστε να έχει ο χρήστης τον απόλυτο έλεγχο.
Αντέχει στο νερό, δεν το απορροφάει καν. Απλά το σκουπίζεις και τέλος, χωρίς να επηρεάζει καθόλου την επιφάνεια μετά αφού φύγει το νερό.
Το προτείνω;
Ναι. Είναι ακριβότερο από τα συνηθισμένα Mousepads αλλά είναι φτιαγμένο ώστε να αντέξει. Δε ξέρω εάν θα αντέξει για πάντα, αλλά σίγουρα για χρόνια. Θα βγάλει τα λεφτά του.
Εάν δε σας καλύπτει το hybrid και θέλετε πχ κάτι πιο γρήγορο με λιγότερο έλεγχο, σας προτείνω το αρκετά φτηνότερο αλλά επίσης ποιοτικό, Endgame MPC 450.

Excellent mousepad for heavy mice. It is very fast, which makes it absolutely ideal for anyone with a heavy mouse.
The 100-gram Razer Basilisk V3 I have glides perfectly on it without sacrificing control for the sake of speed.
However, those with very light mice, weighing less than 40-50 grams, may not have very good control with this particular mousepad. I haven't tried it with a light mouse, but that's the impression I get because it is extremely fast.
On the downside, it should be mentioned that because its surface is hard and rough, prolonged friction with the skin may irritate the skin for some people. You definitely feel that there is intense friction on your skin. In winter it's not a problem since everyone wears long sleeves, but in summer you should wrap your hand with something, e.g. a small piece of clothing, or wear a cut sock, or get a special sleeve, if you want to avoid being bothered by the friction.
