On Christmas Eve, a boy boards a mysterious train waiting for him: the Polar Express heading to the North Pole. When he arrives, Santa Claus offers him any gift he wishes. The boy modestly asks for a bell from the reindeer's harness. It turns out to be a very special gift, as only those who believe in Santa Claus can hear it ring.
