I ignored the comments mentioning some symptoms because the dosage is very high and I decided to take it every 2-3 days. At first, it didn't bother me, but then suddenly one day I felt discomfort and a bad pain in my stomach, with nausea and dizziness, and I realized it was from this. Now, as soon as I take it, I immediately get these symptoms and feelings of faintness. (This feeling of faintness is a general issue for me, I don't know what causes it, but it seems these supplements affect the cause.)

There are definitely better ones, but for those who say the taste bothers them, they probably haven't had experience with old medicines. Compared to the old Bisolvon syrup (the orthodox one from 2008, without sweeteners), this one tastes sweet.

PS: Read the damn instructions. It is CHEWABLE, not DISPERSIBLE or a LOZENGE. Chew with your teeth, don't lick, swallow with water and that's it.

Anyone who practically cares about improving, I believe will get good benefits from Zinc. Just after every two months, it needs a two-week break and on a daily basis we should consume up to 30mg.
