Τα δάκρυα μαστίχας Χίου MeliMpampa είναι φυσική ρητίνη από τα μαστιχόδεντρα της Χίου, η οποία στερεοποιείται σε δάκρυα μετά τη συλλογή. Καθαρίζονται στο χέρι χωρίς βιομηχανική επεξεργασία και έχουν ιδιαίτερο άρωμα και γεύση, αρχικά ελαφρώς πικρή, που αφήνει στη συνέχεια δροσερή, αρωματική αίσθηση.
