I use it for macro photos with a 30mm macro lens and a 40-150mm lens with extension rings. It easily attaches to the flash, Meike MK320, and diffuses the light. For its price, it is worth it and I recommend it. It doesn't do the job of an expensive diffuser, but you can see the difference with and without it.
