You can't really call them counterweights because their weight is negligible. They look nice though. The part that is red is screwable and it's good to glue it because it will easily come off on the road.

A decent counterweight, but the red metal ring on the edges is a screw-on ring that came off while I was shaking it. Luckily, I found it and screwed it back on with a little glue.
