For 300 euros, yes. If you want the VR experience without spending a ton of money, it's quite pleasant. More than that, it's not worth it. It doesn't have such clarity of image, and due to its weight, it doesn't sit well on the head with the strap that comes with it.

My first VR headset. Incredible, I have to say. The price is amazing for the features the headset offers. The batteries in the controllers last several days. I've had it for almost a month, I use it every day and the batteries haven't run out yet. The only downside is the headset's battery. It lasts at most 2 hours which is quite annoying. Nevertheless, I recommend it a thousand times.

It is a good budget VR headset, and if you have it connected to the computer with a cable, it charges continuously. However, the battery will run out in 2-3 hours of gameplay. If you use it without a computer, the battery will last about 1-2 hours. To be honest, though, after 1 to 2 months I got bored of it, and now I only turn it on when I have nothing to do. But if you know you won't get bored (because I said that too, but I got bored), then you'll be fine.
I had downloaded about 20-30 VR games, which are almost all the good ones available right now, and overall I used it for about 25 hours. In the first 10 hours, you might feel dizzy and you have to take it off because it gets worse if you don't take it off and take a break.
Another issue is that you will need a powerful computer, which will cost you over 800 euros at least, to be able to play the games without lagging. Ένα άλλο θέμα είναι ότι θα χρειαστείς έναν δυνατό υπολογιστή, που θα σου κοστίσει πάνω από 800 ευρώ το λιγότερο, για να μπορείς να παίξεις τα παιχνίδια χωρίς να κολλάει. Και πέρα από αυτό, πρέπει να αγοράσεις ένα καλώδιο Type-C που να είναι 3.0 και πάνω από 3 μέτρα, και αυτό θα κοστίσει κάπου στα 20 ευρώ το πιο φθηνό και 60 ευρώ το πιο ακριβό. Και ευτυχώς δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα να αναφέρω. Αυτά είχα να πω και ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
The best thing for an introduction to the world of VR. I have had it for about 2-3 months, new to VR in general. One of the best purchases I have ever made. I loved it. The strap is not as bad as some people present it, but it's not perfect either. Οτι καλυτερο για εισαγωγη στον κοσμο του VR. Το εχω περιπου 2-3 μηνες, καινουργιος στα VR γενικα. Απο τις καλυτερες αγορες που εχω κανει ποτε μου. Το λατρεψα. Το στραπ δεν ειναι οσο χαλια το παρουσιαζουν μερικοι αλλα δεν ειναι και τελειο. η μπαταρια 2-3 ωρες κραταει αναλογα το τι κανεις, μακαρι να κρατουσε περισσοτερο, αν και ετσι κ αλλιως χρειαζεσαι ενα διάλειμμα μετα απο λιγη ωρα. Ειναι και standalone και μπορεις να το παιρνεις και παιζεις οπου θελεις χωρις καλωδια κτλ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα δεν θα το μετανιωσετε
Very impressive for anyone trying it for the first time. It has games for exercise, with puzzles, action, children's games, sports, anything you can imagine and of good to excellent quality. It requires an extra holding system that you can buy for 30-40€ and it's worth it. The fact that it is autonomous means that you can take it with you to another house, or on vacation, something that for example the PS5 or XBOX doesn't have (but the Switch does). Overall, you definitely won't regret your money, even if you don't spend hours on it.
Πολύ εντυπωσιακό για όποιον το δοκιμάζει πρώτη φορά. Έχει παιχνίδια για γυμναστική, με γρίφους, με δράση, παιδικά, αθλήματα, ό,τι φανταστείς και αρκετά καλής έως άριστης ποιότητας. Θέλει ένα έξτρα σύστημα συγκράτησης που μπορείς να αγοράσεις με 30-40€ και αξίζει τον κόπο. Το ότι είναι αυτόνομο σημαίνει ότι μπορείς να το πάρεις μαζί σου και σε ένα άλλο σπίτι, ή στις διακοπές, κάτι που δεν το έχει πχ το PS5 ή το XBOX (το έχει όμως το Switch). Γενικά, σίγουρα δεν κλαις τα λεφτά σου, ακόμη κι αν δεν ασχολείσαι μαζί του με τις ώρες.
For those who are still hesitant to try VR, the Quest 2 is a good introduction to VR. So far, I have only used it wirelessly with PCVR and it has left me impressed. It is worth the money, around 250-300€.

Μέχρι στιγμής το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μόνο με PCVR ασύρματα και με έχει αφήσει εντυποσιασμένο. Για περίπου 250-300€ αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
Σημείωση: Όπως αναφέρουν πόλοι έχει αμερικανικό φορτιστή αλλά υπάρχει πιθανότητα να σου δώσουν μαζί με το headset και adaptor.
Ive been using it for 5 days and its really good but the only thing i want to say is to change the head-strap as soon as you get it because after some time its really uncomfortable . Anyways ,crazy standalone vr headset and i recommend it for anyone who wants to buy one

It had an American charger inside, but they gave me an adapter. Everything is good, perfect so far... the only thing I will change is the headstrap because the one it has is not very comfortable for me...

New Year's Eve. You plug in the cable and see that it's fully charged. You unplug it and put it in its box! At night, you decide to open it and play with your friends. It never turns on! You plug in the cable, but the LED doesn't even light up! Exactly one year after purchase, and a few days later, so the warranty is void!
If this hadn't happened, it would have been a 5-star rating without hesitation! Unfortunately, we experienced it...
Παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς. Βάζεις το καλώδιο βλπέπεις οτι είναι φορτισμένο 100% το βγάζεις το βάζεις στο κουτάκι του ! Το βράδυ αποφασίζεις να το ανοίξεις να παίξεις με την παρέα. Δεν ανάβει ποτέ! Βάζεις καλώδιο δεν ανάβει ποτέ ούτε καν το LED ! ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ εναν χρόνο απο την αγορά και κάτι μέρες οπότε εγγύηση άκυρη !
Αν δεν είχει συμβεί αυτό τότε το πήγαινε για 5 αστέρια χωρίς σκέψη ! Δυστυχώς την πάθαμε.......
The left speaker never started to have sound, never loses it after 3 months and in the end it completely went off, of course, just after the warranty expired. Apart from that, the clever gentlemen in Greece exaggerate with the price, as they do with the Quest 3, and sell it for as much as they want. Shame on them, really. The experience is very good, especially if you play Half-Life: Alyx, perhaps the best game in terms of graphics at the moment through Steam. Unfortunately, it comes with an English plug without an adapter.
Το αριστερό ηχείο άρχισε ποτέ να έχει ήχο ποτε να τον χάνει μετά από 3 μήνες και στο τέλος βγήκε τελείως οφ εννοείται μόλις έληξε η εγγύηση.κατα τα άλλα οι έξυπνοι κύριοι στην Ελλάδα υπερβάλλουν στην τιμή όπως και για το quest 3 και πουλάνε όσο τους παίρνει. Ντροπή τους απλά.η εμπειρία πολύ καλή ειδικά αν παίξεται half life alyx ίσως το καλύτερο παιχνίδι σε γραφικά αυτή τη στιγμή μέσω steam.ερχεται δυστυχώς με αγγλική πρίζα χωρίς ανταπτορα.

In this price category, nothing comes close to it. Get the cheapest one, the extra capacity is useless for me as I mainly play Beat Saber (get it immediately and install mods for custom songs) and I have only 2-3 other games installed at the same time, so I would even take the 64GB if it was still available. 256GB only if you want to play 10 games simultaneously.
The best thing about the Quest 2 is that it works perfectly as a standalone device but also has the ability to connect to a PC, and even wirelessly, in perfect quality (requires 5 GHz Wi-Fi), so if you have a powerful PC, you can play Steam VR, etc.
For VR movies of any kind, I recommend the Skybox VR player. It costs €10 but it just works. Fantastic experience.
The battery is great both in the headset and in the controllers. If you feel like you need more, get an external battery pack, but personally, I always get tired before the battery runs out.
It has some drawbacks, for me the biggest one is that the image is not perfect because 1) it only has 3 preset positions for the lenses and if none of them fits you perfectly, the lenses won't be in the right position in front of your eyes, 2) it's not convenient with glasses, and 3) it has a relatively low field of view and you see black in your peripheral vision.
Regarding Facebook, it's better than I expected. You create a separate meta account, don't connect it to anything, and that's it.
Σε αυτή την κατηγορία τιμής τίποτα δεν το αγγίζει. Πάρτε το φθηνότερο, η επιπλέον χωρητικότητα για εμένα είναι άχρηστη καθώς παίζω κυρίως Beat Saber (πάρτε το αμέσως και βάλτε mods για custom τραγούδια) και έχω εγκατεστημένα άντε άλλα 2-3 παιχνίδια παράλληλα, οπότε θα έπαιρνα και το 64 gb αν υπήρχε ακόμα. 256 μόνο αν θέλετε να παίζετε 10 παιχνίδια παράλληλα.
Το καλύτερο με το Quest 2 είναι ότι δουλεύει μια χαρά ως αυτόνομη συσκευή αλλά έχει και τη δυνατότητα να συνδεθεί με PC και μάλιστα ασύρματα σε τέλεια ποιότητα (χρειάζεται 5 GHz Wi-Fi) οπότε αν έχεις δυνατό PC παίζεις και Steam VR κτλ.
Για VR ταινίες κάθε τύπου προτείνω το Skybox VR player. Κοστίζει 10€ αλλά απλά δουλεύει. Φανταστική εμπειρία.
Η μπαταρία είναι μια χαρά και στο headset και στα χειριστήρια. Αν το δεις ότι θέλεις παραπάνω πάρε εξωτερικό battery pack αλλά προσωπικά έχω πάντα κουραστεί πριν η μπαταρία αδειάσει.
Έχει μερικά μειονεκτήματα, για εμένα το μεγαλύτερο είναι ότι η εικόνα δεν είναι τέλεια γιατί 1) έχει μόνο 3 προκαθορισμένες θέσεις για τους φακούς και αν δε σου ταιριάζει τέλεια μια από αυτές τις θέσεις οι φακοί δε θα είναι σε σωστή θέση απέναντι από τα μάτια σου, 2) δεν είναι βολικό με γυαλιά και 3) έχει σχετικά χαμηλό πεδίο όρασης (field of view) και βλέπεις μαύρο στην περιφερειακή σου όραση.
Σχετικά με το Facebook, είναι καλύτερο από ότι περίμενα. Φτιάχνεις ξεχωριστό meta account, δε το συνδέεις με τίποτα και τέλος.
The main reason I bought it is because I thought I would be able to play on Steam through my PC. In hindsight, I realized that Oculus and Steam are not a good combination. I downloaded two games and didn't play any of them, costing me 40 euros. Most of the Oculus games in their PC store are only compatible with the Rift, not the Quest 2. The graphics, which are also important to me, are like watching a 40-inch TV from a distance of 30 cm, so you can't even enjoy movies, it's very tiring. Ο σημαντικοτερος λογος που το αγορασα ειναι γιατι νομιζα πως θα παιζω στο steam μεσο pc . Εκ των υστερων διαπιστωσα οτι oculus k steam ειναι πολυ κακη επιλογη δυο παιχνιδια κατεβασα κανενα δεν επαιξα με κοστος 40 ευρο. Τα παιχνιδια της oculus στο καταστημα της για pc ειναι τα περισσοτερα συμβατα μονο με RIFT οχι με quest 2 . Τα γραφικα αυτο ειναι κ το σημαντικοτερο για εμενα ειναι σαν να βλεπω σε μια 40αρα tv απο 30 cm αποσταση οποτε ουτε ταινιες βλεπεις ειναι πολυ κουραστικο . Ειναι μια συσκευη που αν δεν εισαι πορωμενος πιτσιρικας θα την χρησιμοποιησεις καποιες ωρες ισως καποιες μερες και μετα συρταρι.

Μολονότι έχει μια κάπως θολή εικόνα το οποίο ίσως να οφείλεται πως δεν κάθεται σταθερά στο κεφάλι εντούτοις είναι είναι ένα καταπληκτικό προιόν. Το χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για ταινίες και ίσως να μην υπάρχει καλυτερος τρόπος για να τις παρακολουθεί κάποιος. Η ασύρματη πρόσβαση στο ιντερνετ το κάνει να έχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε όλο τον ιστό. Ο ήχος είναι πολύ καλός. Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας είναι περίπου τρεις ώρες. Φαίνεται αρκετό αλλά δεν είναι όταν βλέπει κάποιος ταινίες. Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε με διαρκή σύνδεση στον φορτιστή αλλά με ένα καλώδιο ειδικού τύπου όπου η άκρη usb που μπαίνει στη συσκευή είναι μαγνητική, έτσι ώστε αν τραβηχτεί το καλώδιο, κατά λαθος, να αποσυνδεθεί χωρίς πρόβλημα.Η παρακολούθηση 3D ταινιών είναι μαγική.
Very good for its price and easy to use. However, initially it was a big hassle to connect, as you had to...tour all the META accounts and create a new one! Also, the connection with payment seemed a bit pushy (constantly appearing!) and ended up being ready to buy at any moment! Imagine it in the hands of kids - as soon as they get paid, your balance disappears in the blink of an eye - and you won't even know what happened. For me, it was resolved by blocking it on PayPal. But don't take it on my word - maybe I did something wrong! Now, as a VR device, it really compensates you more than enough. If you pay attention to the setup in the beginning, everything works well afterwards. Mainly, enter your order-payment details correctly so you don't get surprises from your princesses and princes!
Note: Don't leave the kids with the VR for too long because it really tires and distracts them - they don't understand that and become...bells!
Πάρα πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του και εύκολο στη χρήση. Αρχικά όμως ήταν μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία να συνδεθείς, μιας και έπρεπε να κάνεις...tour σε όλους τους λογαριασμούς της ΜΕΤΑ και να δημιουργήσεις και νέο! Λίγο αρπακολατζίδικο επίσης μου φάνηκε και η σύνδεση με πληρωμή (που εμφανίζεται συνεχως!) και κατέληξε να είναι έτοιμο ανά πάσα στιγμή να αγοράσεις! Σκεφτείτε το στα χέρια των πιτσιρικάδων-με το που πληρώνεσαι θα εξαφανίζεται το υπόλοιπό σου εν ριπή οφθαλμού-και δεν θα ξέρεις και τι έγινε. Για μένα, λύθηκε με μπλοκάρισμα στο PayPal. Μην σα πάρω όμως στο λαιμό μου-μπορεί να έκανα εγώ κάτι λάθος! Τώρα, ως συσκευή VR , πραγματικά σε αποζημιώνει με το παραπάνω. Αν δείξετε λίγο προσοχή στο σετάρισμα στην αρχή όλα δουλεύουν καλά στη συνέχεια. Κυρίως, βάλτε με σφαλή τρόπο τα στοιχεία παραγγελία-πληρωμής σας για να μην έχετε εκπήξεις από τις προγκίπισσες και τους πρίγκιπές σας!
ΣΗΜ: μην αφήνετε τα παιδιά πολύ ώρα με το VR γιατί πραγματικά κουράζει και αποπροσανατολίζει -αυτά δεν το πολυκαταλαβαίνουν και γίνονται...κουδούνια!

Το έχω εδώ και ένα χρόνο και έχω να πω ότι είναι υπερβολικά καλό. Αξίζει για τα χρήματά του. Το μόνο κακό είναι το Strap για το κεφάλι που προσωπικά δεν κάθτετε πολυ καλά. Παρόλα αυτά ολα τα υπόλοιπα είναι θετικά και μόνο.
For games perfect. For exercise buy the Beat Saber, add-on for extra songs and after a few days you become a different person in terms of endurance. For computer it's like being in first place at the cinema.
Για παιχνιδια τελειο. Για γυμναστικη αγορα το το Beat Saber, μονταρισμα για εξτρα τραγουδια και μετα απο μερικες μερες γινεσαι αλλος ανθρωπος απο αποψη αντοχης. Για υπολογιστη απλα σαν να εισαι πρωτη θεση σε κινηματογραφο.

Very good and high quality, the only problem is that with the head strap that comes with it, it doesn't fit very well and if you make a sudden movement, it often moves a little, resulting in poor visibility. However, I think there is an extra Oculus strap that is probably better, but it's definitely not a huge problem and I overcame it. Good value for money, with a big difference from the PS4 VR, but if you have a PS5, it may be worth looking at the new PSVR5. The big advantage compared to most VRs is that it is wireless and easy to transport. Νομιζ ωοστοσο οτι υπαρχει εχτρα λουρακι της oculus που λογικα ειναι καλυτερο αλλα σιγουρα δεν ειναι τεραστιο προoβλημα και το ξεπερασα καλο για τα λεφτα του μεγαλη διαφορα απο το vr του ps4 αλλα αν εχετε ps5 ισως να αξιζει να κοιταξετε το καινουριο psvr5 αλλα το μεγαλο πλεονεκτημα σε σεχεση με τα περισοτερα VR ειναι οτι ειναι ασυρματο και μεταφερετε ευκολα.
σιγουρα vfm πολυ γερη κατασκευη και τελοσ παρατηρησα οτι μετα απο αρκετη ωρα χρησησ αρχιζει να ζεστενεται λιγο αλλα οχι κατι πολυ σοβαρο.
I got it as a PCVR to play my racing games since I already had a steering wheel... conclusion, I won't play on a screen again because the feeling (immersion as our American friends say) is incomparable. You'll get dizzy 100% and whoever came and saw it fell flat in 10 minutes, it took me a week to get used to it and now I don't understand anything. I downloaded some other games like Half Alyx but I refunded them because I found it tiring to move my hands to open a door, take a document, aim with the gun... if you're a kid it won't bother you but at 44+ after 10 hours of work, I can't anymore... and I've been a gamer since 1988 with everything that's come out from ATARI, AMSTRAD, AMIGA PS1, SEGA, NES... You'll need a good graphics card to reduce the blur and have a clear image, I have the RX6700 AMD with i512400 and it took me a month with continuous benchmarking on Assetto Corsa to find the golden ratio where I'm satisfied at 80-90fps without any lag, if I had a stronger one it would be even better without meaning that you can't play with a weaker one, you just have to compromise on the graphics.
2. I'm connected with a cable which I bought and downloaded Virtual Desktop to adjust my settings because with the mama application of Oculus I had lags and many times it didn't even open, the universe froze.
3. The videos that someone sees through the game for VR do not correspond 100% to what they will see in terms of how clear the image appears, that's why you see everyone struggling with the settings to make the image clearer!

This particular model is a one-way street for this period. It's not the most ideal (neither in terms of resolution nor battery life) but I haven't found anything particularly competitive from another manufacturer.
The great thing is that it has its own store with a wide variety, while one can also sideload their own applications.
The ability for hand tracking is also very good, so one can use their hands instead of controllers.
Finally, it can be connected to a PC and function as a display for the graphics card.

When I bought it, I was amazed (like most people). Virtual reality is an amazing phenomenon, although still in its early stages, I would say. It deceives you and makes you feel like you are in another world!
WHAT MAKES QUEST 2 STAND OUT FROM OTHER VR HEADSETS?

Quest 2 is standalone and can operate on its own wherever you go without needing a computer (unless you want to play PCVR games). It has its own applications such as YouTube VR, Instagram VR, and a game store from which you can buy games to play, while other VR headsets require a computer to function. And finally, let's not forget that Quest 2 has been designated as the best VR on the market so far and has a reasonable price compared to other headsets.

+ the battery is satisfactory. It can be improved with a strap (head accessory) that has an extra battery.

-The simple headstrap is not very convenient on the head, forcing you to buy extra accessories to improve your experience + cable for the computer. i.e. extra cost.
-Expensive price (the price of the VR has increased significantly in recent months).
-A lot of hassle to improve the resolution of the headset on the computer, literally burned my brain and had many problems. (fortunately, I solved them, and I will explain them below so you don't have trouble)
-Expensive games in the standalone system (under $30 a little difficult)
FOR THOSE WHO WANT VR FOR STANDALONE USE WITHOUT A COMPUTER:

In short, YES, IT IS WORTH IT FOR BOTH STANDALONE USE AND USE WITH A COMPUTER. IF YOU FIND IT FOR LESS THAN $480, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, GRAB IT AS IT IS.

1) YOU CAN IMPROVE THE RESOLUTION! Just make sure you have a tower/laptop with Windows 10+, the Oculus app, the SideQuest Easy Installer app (the app that improves resolution), and a USB 3 port (you can use the Oculus charging cable if you have a USB C port, otherwise get a USB C male - A male cable). Connect the Oculus and choose a resolution (personally, I choose 90Hz and the second-to-last resolution, 2560). Search SideQuest for instructional videos.
TIPS FOR PCVR

1) To improve resolution, you won't use SideQuest (that's only for standalone devices), but instead use the Oculus app settings + Steam VR + the Oculus debug tool.
The settings I recommend (depending on the power of your computer!!!):
SteamVR settings: video -> resolution per eye: 130% (depending on the power of your computer)
Oculus: 350 bits (debug tool) (depending on the power of your computer)
Oculus app: 90Hz, 2560 resolution (depending on the power of your computer)
Regarding the Oculus debug tool:
To find it, you'll need to go to the following address:
C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics
You can either open File Explorer and follow the above address or simply press the Windows button + r and copy-paste the above address. Once you do that, open the application called Oculus Debug Tool.
Now, regarding the settings of the Oculus debug tool:

After you make the above settings (or your own), click on "File" (top left) and then click on the "Restart as Administrator" button, check if the settings were saved. Then click on "Service" (a little to the right) and click on "Restart Oculus Service". It would be good to make these settings first and then connect the Quest 2 to the computer.
2) You can get Steam games for a much better price if you search well. Read in the category FOR THOSE WHO WANT IT FOR USE WITH PCVR GAMES the last sentence)
3) For watching YouTube videos, it's better to access YouTube from your computer (via Quest Link, meaning connecting the Quest to your computer) because the app on the standalone Quest system has poor resolution.

1) ΜΠΟΡΕΙΣ ΝΑ ΒΕΛΤΙΩΣΕΙΣ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΑΛΥΣΗ! αρκει να εχεις πυργο/λατποπ που να εχει windows 10+, την εφαρμογη του oculus, την εφαρμογη sidequest Easy Installer (η εφαρμογη που βελτιωνει την αναλυση), και θυρα usb 3 (μπορεις να χρησιμοποιησεις το καλωδιο φορτισης του oculus εαν εχεις θυρα c, αλλιως παρε καλωδιο USB c male - a male) Συνδεσε το oculus και επελεξε μια αναλυση (προσωπικα επιλεγω 90HZ και την προτελευταια αναλυση 2560) Ψαξε sidequest για να δεις βιντεο βοηθειας.
TIPS ΓΙΑ ΤΟΥΣ PCVR

1) Για να βελτιωσετε την αναλυση, δεν θα χρησιμοποιησετε το sidequest (αυτο ειναι μονο για τους αυτονομους) αλλα τις ρυθμισεις της εφαρμογης oculus + steam vr + το debug tool του oculus.
οι ρυθμισεις που προτεινω (αναλογα με την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου!!!) :
steamvr settings: video -> resolution per eye : 130% (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
oculus: 350 bits (debug tool) (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
oculus app: 90 HZ, 2560 resolution. (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)

για να το βρειτε, θα πρεπει να πατε στην παρακατω διευθυνση:

Μπορειτε ειτε να ανοιξετε το file explorer και να ακολουθησετε την παραπανω διευθυνση η απλως να πατησετε windows button + r και να κανετε copy paste μεσα την παραπανω διευθυνση. Αφου το κανετε, ανοιξτε την εφαρμογη που λεγεται oculus debug tool.

Encode bitrate Max : Default
Dynamic Bitrate Max : 0
Encode bitrate (mbs) : 350 (Το ποιο σημαντικο για την αναλυση, προσοχη σε αυτο διοτι εξαρταται απο την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σας. Το max ειναι 500.)
Dynamic bitrate offset (mbps) : 0
Link Sharpening : Auto
Mobile ASW : Auto
Αφου κανετε τα παραπανω settings (η τα δικα σας), Καντε click στο "File" (πανω αριστερα) και μετα click στο κουμπι "Restart as Administrator" , τσεκαρετε εαν οι ρυθμισεις αποθηκευτηκαν. Μετα καντε click στο "service" (λιγο πιο δεξια) και click στο "Restart Oculus service". Καλο θα ηταν να κανετε αυτες τις ρυθμισεις πρωτα, και μετα να συνδεσετε το quest 2 στον υπολογιστη.
2) μπορειτε να παρετε παιχνιδια του steam για πολυ καλυτερη τιμη εαν ψαξετε πολυ καλα. (διαβασε στην κατηγορια ΓΙΑ ΟΣΟΥΣ ΤΟ ΘΕΛΟΥΝ ΓΙΑ ΧΡΗΣΗ ΜΕ ΥΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΤΗ PCVR GAMES την τελευταια προταση)
3) για παρακολουθηση βιντεο youtube, καλυτερα να μπαινετε στο youtube απο τον υπολογιστη σας (μεσω quest link, δηλαδη συνδεση του quest με τον υπολογιστη) διοτι η εφαρμογη στο αυτονομο συστημα του quest εχει χαλια αναλυση)

I've had it for almost a month, I use it every day and the batteries haven't run out yet. The only downside is the headset's battery. It lasts at most 2 hours which is quite annoying. Nevertheless, I recommend it a thousand times.

But if you know you won't get bored (because I said that too, but I got bored), then you'll be fine.

The best thing for an introduction to the world of VR. I have had it for about 2-3 months, new to VR in general. One of the best purchases I have ever made. I loved it. The strap is not as bad as some people present it, but it's not perfect either. The battery lasts 2-3 hours depending on what you do, I wish it lasted longer, although you still need a break after a while anyway. Οτι καλυτερο για εισαγωγη στον κοσμο του VR. Το εχω περιπου 2-3 μηνες, καινουργιος στα VR γενικα. Απο τις καλυτερες αγορες που εχω κανει ποτε μου. Το λατρεψα. Το στραπ δεν ειναι οσο χαλια το παρουσιαζουν μερικοι αλλα δεν ειναι και τελειο. η μπαταρια 2-3 ωρες κραταει αναλογα το τι κανεις, μακαρι να κρατουσε περισσοτερο, αν και ετσι κ αλλιως χρειαζεσαι ενα διάλειμμα μετα απο λιγη ωρα. Ειναι και standalone και μπορεις να το παιρνεις και παιζεις οπου θελεις χωρις καλωδια κτλ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα δεν θα το μετανιωσετε
Very impressive for anyone trying it for the first time. It has games for exercise, with puzzles, action, children's games, sports, anything you can imagine and of good to excellent quality. It requires an extra holding system that you can buy for 30-40€ and it's worth it. The fact that it is autonomous means that you can take it with you to another house, or on vacation, something that for example the PS5 or XBOX doesn't have (but the Switch does). Overall, you definitely won't regret your money, even if you don't spend hours on it.
Πολύ εντυπωσιακό για όποιον το δοκιμάζει πρώτη φορά. Έχει παιχνίδια για γυμναστική, με γρίφους, με δράση, παιδικά, αθλήματα, ό,τι φανταστείς και αρκετά καλής έως άριστης ποιότητας. Θέλει ένα έξτρα σύστημα συγκράτησης που μπορείς να αγοράσεις με 30-40€ και αξίζει τον κόπο. Το ότι είναι αυτόνομο σημαίνει ότι μπορείς να το πάρεις μαζί σου και σε ένα άλλο σπίτι, ή στις διακοπές, κάτι που δεν το έχει πχ το PS5 ή το XBOX (το έχει όμως το Switch). Γενικά, σίγουρα δεν κλαις τα λεφτά σου, ακόμη κι αν δεν ασχολείσαι μαζί του με τις ώρες.
For those who are still hesitant to try VR, the Quest 2 is a good introduction to VR. So far, I have only used it wirelessly with PCVR and it has left me impressed. It is worth the money, around 250-300€.
Note: As many have mentioned, it comes with an American charger, but there is a possibility that they will give you an adaptor along with the headset.
Για όσους ακόμα διστάζουν να δοκιμάσουν VR το Quest 2 είναι μια καλή εισαγωγή στο VR.
Μέχρι στιγμής το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μόνο με PCVR ασύρματα και με έχει αφήσει εντυποσιασμένο. Για περίπου 250-300€ αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
Σημείωση: Όπως αναφέρουν πόλοι έχει αμερικανικό φορτιστή αλλά υπάρχει πιθανότητα να σου δώσουν μαζί με το headset και adaptor.
Ive been using it for 5 days and its really good but the only thing i want to say is to change the head-strap as soon as you get it because after some time its really uncomfortable . Anyways ,crazy standalone vr headset and i recommend it for anyone who wants to buy one

New Year's Eve. You plug in the cable and see that it's fully charged. You unplug it and put it in its box! At night, you decide to open it and play with your friends. It never turns on! You plug in the cable, but the LED doesn't even light up! Exactly one year after purchase, and a few days later, so the warranty is void!

Παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς. Βάζεις το καλώδιο βλπέπεις οτι είναι φορτισμένο 100% το βγάζεις το βάζεις στο κουτάκι του ! Το βράδυ αποφασίζεις να το ανοίξεις να παίξεις με την παρέα. Δεν ανάβει ποτέ! Βάζεις καλώδιο δεν ανάβει ποτέ ούτε καν το LED ! ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ εναν χρόνο απο την αγορά και κάτι μέρες οπότε εγγύηση άκυρη !
Αν δεν είχει συμβεί αυτό τότε το πήγαινε για 5 αστέρια χωρίς σκέψη ! Δυστυχώς την πάθαμε.......
The left speaker never started to have sound, never loses it after 3 months and in the end it completely went off, of course, just after the warranty expired. Apart from that, the clever gentlemen in Greece exaggerate with the price, as they do with the Quest 3, and sell it for as much as they want. Shame on them, really. The experience is very good, especially if you play Half-Life: Alyx, perhaps the best game in terms of graphics at the moment through Steam. Unfortunately, it comes with an English plug without an adapter.
Το αριστερό ηχείο άρχισε ποτέ να έχει ήχο ποτε να τον χάνει μετά από 3 μήνες και στο τέλος βγήκε τελείως οφ εννοείται μόλις έληξε η εγγύηση.κατα τα άλλα οι έξυπνοι κύριοι στην Ελλάδα υπερβάλλουν στην τιμή όπως και για το quest 3 και πουλάνε όσο τους παίρνει. Ντροπή τους απλά.η εμπειρία πολύ καλή ειδικά αν παίξεται half life alyx ίσως το καλύτερο παιχνίδι σε γραφικά αυτή τη στιγμή μέσω steam.ερχεται δυστυχώς με αγγλική πρίζα χωρίς ανταπτορα.

In this price category, nothing comes close to it. Get the cheapest one, the extra capacity is useless for me as I mainly play Beat Saber (get it immediately and install mods for custom songs) and I have only 2-3 other games installed at the same time, so I would even take the 64GB if it was still available. 256GB only if you want to play 10 games simultaneously.
The best thing about the Quest 2 is that it works perfectly as a standalone device but also has the ability to connect to a PC, and even wirelessly, in perfect quality (requires 5 GHz Wi-Fi), so if you have a powerful PC, you can play Steam VR, etc.
For VR movies of any kind, I recommend the Skybox VR player. It costs €10 but it just works. Fantastic experience.
The battery is great both in the headset and in the controllers. If you feel like you need more, get an external battery pack, but personally, I always get tired before the battery runs out.
It has some drawbacks, for me the biggest one is that the image is not perfect because 1) it only has 3 preset positions for the lenses and if none of them fits you perfectly, the lenses won't be in the right position in front of your eyes, 2) it's not convenient with glasses, and 3) it has a relatively low field of view and you see black in your peripheral vision.
Regarding Facebook, it's better than I expected. You create a separate meta account, don't connect it to anything, and that's it.
Σε αυτή την κατηγορία τιμής τίποτα δεν το αγγίζει. Πάρτε το φθηνότερο, η επιπλέον χωρητικότητα για εμένα είναι άχρηστη καθώς παίζω κυρίως Beat Saber (πάρτε το αμέσως και βάλτε mods για custom τραγούδια) και έχω εγκατεστημένα άντε άλλα 2-3 παιχνίδια παράλληλα, οπότε θα έπαιρνα και το 64 gb αν υπήρχε ακόμα. 256 μόνο αν θέλετε να παίζετε 10 παιχνίδια παράλληλα.
Το καλύτερο με το Quest 2 είναι ότι δουλεύει μια χαρά ως αυτόνομη συσκευή αλλά έχει και τη δυνατότητα να συνδεθεί με PC και μάλιστα ασύρματα σε τέλεια ποιότητα (χρειάζεται 5 GHz Wi-Fi) οπότε αν έχεις δυνατό PC παίζεις και Steam VR κτλ.
Για VR ταινίες κάθε τύπου προτείνω το Skybox VR player. Κοστίζει 10€ αλλά απλά δουλεύει. Φανταστική εμπειρία.
Η μπαταρία είναι μια χαρά και στο headset και στα χειριστήρια. Αν το δεις ότι θέλεις παραπάνω πάρε εξωτερικό battery pack αλλά προσωπικά έχω πάντα κουραστεί πριν η μπαταρία αδειάσει.
Έχει μερικά μειονεκτήματα, για εμένα το μεγαλύτερο είναι ότι η εικόνα δεν είναι τέλεια γιατί 1) έχει μόνο 3 προκαθορισμένες θέσεις για τους φακούς και αν δε σου ταιριάζει τέλεια μια από αυτές τις θέσεις οι φακοί δε θα είναι σε σωστή θέση απέναντι από τα μάτια σου, 2) δεν είναι βολικό με γυαλιά και 3) έχει σχετικά χαμηλό πεδίο όρασης (field of view) και βλέπεις μαύρο στην περιφερειακή σου όραση.
Σχετικά με το Facebook, είναι καλύτερο από ότι περίμενα. Φτιάχνεις ξεχωριστό meta account, δε το συνδέεις με τίποτα και τέλος.
The main reason I bought it is because I thought I would be able to play on Steam through my PC. In hindsight, I realized that Oculus and Steam are not a good combination. I downloaded two games and didn't play any of them, costing me 40 euros. Most of the Oculus games in their PC store are only compatible with the Rift, not the Quest 2. Ο σημαντικοτερος λογος που το αγορασα ειναι γιατι νομιζα πως θα παιζω στο steam μεσο pc . Εκ των υστερων διαπιστωσα οτι oculus k steam ειναι πολυ κακη επιλογη δυο παιχνιδια κατεβασα κανενα δεν επαιξα με κοστος 40 ευρο. Τα παιχνιδια της oculus στο καταστημα της για pc ειναι τα περισσοτερα συμβατα μονο με RIFT οχι με quest 2 . Τα γραφικα αυτο ειναι κ το σημαντικοτερο για εμενα ειναι σαν να βλεπω σε μια 40αρα tv απο 30 cm αποσταση οποτε ουτε ταινιες βλεπεις ειναι πολυ κουραστικο . Ειναι μια συσκευη που αν δεν εισαι πορωμενος πιτσιρικας θα την χρησιμοποιησεις καποιες ωρες ισως καποιες μερες και μετα συρταρι.
Although it has a somewhat blurry image, which may be due to it not sitting steadily on the head, it is still an amazing product. I mainly use it for movies and there may not be a better way to watch them. The wireless internet access gives it instant access to the entire web. The sound is very good. Μολονότι έχει μια κάπως θολή εικόνα το οποίο ίσως να οφείλεται πως δεν κάθεται σταθερά στο κεφάλι εντούτοις είναι είναι ένα καταπληκτικό προιόν. Το χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για ταινίες και ίσως να μην υπάρχει καλυτερος τρόπος για να τις παρακολουθεί κάποιος. Η ασύρματη πρόσβαση στο ιντερνετ το κάνει να έχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε όλο τον ιστό. Ο ήχος είναι πολύ καλός. Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας είναι περίπου τρεις ώρες. Φαίνεται αρκετό αλλά δεν είναι όταν βλέπει κάποιος ταινίες. Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε με διαρκή σύνδεση στον φορτιστή αλλά με ένα καλώδιο ειδικού τύπου όπου η άκρη usb που μπαίνει στη συσκευή είναι μαγνητική, έτσι ώστε αν τραβηχτεί το καλώδιο, κατά λαθος, να αποσυνδεθεί χωρίς πρόβλημα.Η παρακολούθηση 3D ταινιών είναι μαγική.
Very good for its price and easy to use. However, initially it was a big hassle to connect, as you had to...tour all the META accounts and create a new one! Also, the connection with payment seemed a bit pushy (constantly appearing!) and ended up being ready to buy at any moment! Imagine it in the hands of kids - as soon as they get paid, your balance disappears in the blink of an eye - and you won't even know what happened. For me, it was resolved by blocking it on PayPal. But don't take it on my word - maybe I did something wrong! Now, as a VR device, it really compensates you more than enough. If you pay attention to the setup in the beginning, everything works well afterwards. Mainly, enter your order-payment details correctly so you don't get surprises from your princesses and princes!
Note: Don't leave the kids with the VR for too long because it really tires and distracts them - they don't understand that and become...bells!
Πάρα πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του και εύκολο στη χρήση. Αρχικά όμως ήταν μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία να συνδεθείς, μιας και έπρεπε να κάνεις...tour σε όλους τους λογαριασμούς της ΜΕΤΑ και να δημιουργήσεις και νέο! Λίγο αρπακολατζίδικο επίσης μου φάνηκε και η σύνδεση με πληρωμή (που εμφανίζεται συνεχως!) και κατέληξε να είναι έτοιμο ανά πάσα στιγμή να αγοράσεις! Σκεφτείτε το στα χέρια των πιτσιρικάδων-με το που πληρώνεσαι θα εξαφανίζεται το υπόλοιπό σου εν ριπή οφθαλμού-και δεν θα ξέρεις και τι έγινε. Για μένα, λύθηκε με μπλοκάρισμα στο PayPal. Μην σα πάρω όμως στο λαιμό μου-μπορεί να έκανα εγώ κάτι λάθος! Τώρα, ως συσκευή VR , πραγματικά σε αποζημιώνει με το παραπάνω. Αν δείξετε λίγο προσοχή στο σετάρισμα στην αρχή όλα δουλεύουν καλά στη συνέχεια. Κυρίως, βάλτε με σφαλή τρόπο τα στοιχεία παραγγελία-πληρωμής σας για να μην έχετε εκπήξεις από τις προγκίπισσες και τους πρίγκιπές σας!
ΣΗΜ: μην αφήνετε τα παιδιά πολύ ώρα με το VR γιατί πραγματικά κουράζει και αποπροσανατολίζει -αυτά δεν το πολυκαταλαβαίνουν και γίνονται...κουδούνια!
I have had it for a year now and I have to say that it is extremely good. It is worth its money. The only downside is the head strap, which personally doesn't fit very well. However, everything else is positive and only.
Το έχω εδώ και ένα χρόνο και έχω να πω ότι είναι υπερβολικά καλό. Αξίζει για τα χρήματά του. Το μόνο κακό είναι το Strap για το κεφάλι που προσωπικά δεν κάθτετε πολυ καλά. Παρόλα αυτά ολα τα υπόλοιπα είναι θετικά και μόνο.
For games perfect. For exercise buy the Beat Saber, add-on for extra songs and after a few days you become a different person in terms of endurance. For computer it's like being in first place at the cinema.
Για παιχνιδια τελειο. Για γυμναστικη αγορα το το Beat Saber, μονταρισμα για εξτρα τραγουδια και μετα απο μερικες μερες γινεσαι αλλος ανθρωπος απο αποψη αντοχης. Για υπολογιστη απλα σαν να εισαι πρωτη θεση σε κινηματογραφο.
Very good value for money, really. Thousands of videos on YouTube to watch, if you don't experience it, you can't understand the "depth" it creates in games. Its store exceeded my expectations, it has a lot of games/apps and when they go on sale it's worth buying them because they go down to less than 20.00 euros.
παρα,παρα πολυ καλο για τα λεφτα του,πραγματικα.Χιλλια βιντεο στο Youtube αν δειτε,αν δεν το ζησετε δεν μπορειτε να καταλαβετε το "βαθος" που δημιουργει στα παιχνιδια.Το store του,ξεπερασε τις προσδοκιες μου,εχει παρα πολλα games/εφαρμογες και οταν τα βγαζει σε εκπτωσεις συμφερει η αγορα τους γιατι πεφτουν κατων απο 20,00 ευρω.
Very good and high quality, the only problem is that with the head strap that comes with it, it doesn't fit very well and if you make a sudden movement, it often moves a little, resulting in poor visibility. However, I think there is an extra Oculus strap that is probably better, but it's definitely not a huge problem and I overcame it. Good value for money, with a big difference from the PS4 VR, but if you have a PS5, it may be worth looking at the new PSVR5. The big advantage compared to most VRs is that it is wireless and easy to transport. Definitely a great construction and I also noticed that after a lot of use, it starts to warm up a little, but nothing too serious.
πολυ καλο και ποιοτικο, το μονο προβλημα ειναι οτι με το λουρακι για το κεφαλι που ερχετε μαζι δεν εφαρμοζει παρα πολυ καλα κε αν παιζεισ και κανεισ μια αποτομη κινιση συχνα φευγει λιγο με αποτελεσμα να μην βλεπεις καλα . Νομιζ ωοστοσο οτι υπαρχει εχτρα λουρακι της oculus που λογικα ειναι καλυτερο αλλα σιγουρα δεν ειναι τεραστιο προoβλημα και το ξεπερασα καλο για τα λεφτα του μεγαλη διαφορα απο το vr του ps4 αλλα αν εχετε ps5 ισως να αξιζει να κοιταξετε το καινουριο psvr5 αλλα το μεγαλο πλεονεκτημα σε σεχεση με τα περισοτερα VR ειναι οτι ειναι ασυρματο και μεταφερετε ευκολα.
σιγουρα vfm πολυ γερη κατασκευη και τελοσ παρατηρησα οτι μετα απο αρκετη ωρα χρησησ αρχιζει να ζεστενεται λιγο αλλα οχι κατι πολυ σοβαρο.
I got it as a PCVR to play my racing games since I already had a steering wheel... conclusion, I won't play on a screen again because the feeling (immersion as our American friends say) is incomparable. You'll get dizzy 100% and whoever came and saw it fell flat in 10 minutes, it took me a week to get used to it and now I don't understand anything. I downloaded some other games like Half Alyx but I refunded them because I found it tiring to move my hands to open a door, take a document, aim with the gun... if you're a kid it won't bother you but at 44+ after 10 hours of work, I can't anymore... and I've been a gamer since 1988 with everything that's come out from ATARI, AMSTRAD, AMIGA PS1, SEGA, NES... You'll need a good graphics card to reduce the blur and have a clear image, I have the RX6700 AMD with i512400 and it took me a month with continuous benchmarking on Assetto Corsa to find the golden ratio where I'm satisfied at 80-90fps without any lag, if I had a stronger one it would be even better without meaning that you can't play with a weaker one, you just have to compromise on the graphics.
2. I'm connected with a cable which I bought and downloaded Virtual Desktop to adjust my settings because with the mama application of Oculus I had lags and many times it didn't even open, the universe froze.
3. The videos that someone sees through the game for VR do not correspond 100% to what they will see in terms of how clear the image appears, that's why you see everyone struggling with the settings to make the image clearer!

Το πηρα σαν PCVR για να παιξω τα ραλλακια μου καθως ειχα την τιμονιερα ήδη ...συμπερασμα δεν προκειται να ξαναπαιξω σε οθονη ξανα διοτι δεν συγκρινεται η αισθηση(το immersion που λενε και οι φιλοι μας οι Αμερικανοι). Θα ζαλιστεις 100% οποιος ηρθε και το ειδε επεσε ξερος στο 10 λεπτο ,μου πηρε μια βδομαδα να το συνηθισω και τωρα δεν καταλαβαινω τιποτα.Κατεβασα και καποια αλλα παιχνιδια μπαμ μπουμ τυπου half alyx αλλα τα εκανα refund διοτι το βρηκα κουραστικο να κουνω τα χερια μου για να ανοιξω μια πορτα ,να παρω ενα εγραφο,να σημαδεψω με το οπλο... αν εισαι πιτσιρικας δεν θα σε πειραξει αλλα στα 44+ που ειμαι εγω μετα απο 10 ωρες δουλειας δεν μπορω πια..και ειμαι gamer απο το 1988 με οτι εχει βγει απο ATARI,AMSTRAD,AMIGA PS1,SEGA,NES...Θα χρειαστεις καλη καρτα γραφικων για να μειωσεις την θολουρα και να εχεις καθαρη εικονα ,εχω την RX6700 AMD με i512400 και μου πηρε 1 μηνα με συνεχη benchmark στο asseto corsa για να βρω την χρυση τομη οπου να μαι ευχαριστημενος στα 80-90fps χωρις κολληματα αν ειχα δυνατοτερη θα ταν ακομη καλυτερα χωρις να σημαινει οτι δεν μπορεις να παιξεις και με πιο αδυναμη απλα πρεπει να κανεις υποχωρησεις στα γραφικα.
Ειμαι συνδεμενος με καλωδιο το οποιο το αγορασα συν κατεβασα το virtual desktop για να κανω τις ρυθμισεις μου διοτι με την μαμα εφαρμογη του oculus ειχα κολληματα και πολλες φορες δεν ανοιγε καν ,παγωνε το συμπαν.
Στο youtube και σε forum στα αγγλικα θα βρεις πολλες πλήροφοριες για το πως να ξεκινησεις αλλα οτι και αν διαβασα αν δεν εκανα συνεχεις δοκιμες μονος μου δεν θα εβρισκα λυση.

This particular model is a one-way street for this period. It's not the most ideal (neither in terms of resolution nor battery life) but I haven't found anything particularly competitive from another manufacturer.
The great thing is that it has its own store with a wide variety, while one can also sideload their own applications.
The ability for hand tracking is also very good, so one can use their hands instead of controllers.
Finally, it can be connected to a PC and function as a display for the graphics card.
Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο είναι μονόδρομος για αυτή την περίοδο. Δεν είναι ότι πιο ιδανικό (ούτε από ανάλυση ούτε από διάρκεια μπαταρίας) αλλά δεν έχω βρει κάτι ιδιαίτερα ανταγωνιστικό από άλλο κατασκευαστή.
Το πολύ καλό είναι πως έχει δικό του store με μεγάλη ποικιλία ενώ μπορεί να κάνει κανεις και sideload δικές του εφαρμογές.
Πολύ καλή και η δυνατότητα για hand tracking ώστε να χρησιμοποιεί κανείς τα χέρια αντί των controllers.
Τέλος, μπορεί να συνδεθεί και με PC και να λειτουργήσει ως display της κάρτας γραφικών.

When I bought it, I was amazed (like most people). Virtual reality is an amazing phenomenon, although still in its early stages, I would say. It deceives you and makes you feel like you are in another world!
WHAT MAKES QUEST 2 STAND OUT FROM OTHER VR HEADSETS?

Quest 2 is standalone and can operate on its own wherever you go without needing a computer (unless you want to play PCVR games). It has its own applications such as YouTube VR, Instagram VR, and a game store from which you can buy games to play, while other VR headsets require a computer to function. And finally, let's not forget that Quest 2 has been designated as the best VR on the market so far and has a reasonable price compared to other headsets.
THE GOOD (+)

+ the battery is satisfactory. It can be improved with a strap (head accessory) that has an extra battery.
+ simple and nice controllers.

+ moderate to good resolution for a standalone device (see below on how to improve the resolution for standalone operation + use with a computer).

THE BAD (-)

-The simple headstrap is not very convenient on the head, forcing you to buy extra accessories to improve your experience + cable for the computer. i.e. extra cost.
-Expensive price (the price of the VR has increased significantly in recent months).
-A lot of hassle to improve the resolution of the headset on the computer, literally burned my brain and had many problems. (fortunately, I solved them, and I will explain them below so you don't have trouble)
-Expensive games in the standalone system (under $30 a little difficult)
FOR THOSE WHO WANT VR FOR STANDALONE USE WITHOUT A COMPUTER:

The Quest 2 is worth every penny, even though its price is a bit high now. The Quest 2, besides games, allows you to watch videos on YouTube, search the internet, or connect to the computer. In short, YES, IT IS WORTH IT FOR BOTH STANDALONE USE AND USE WITH A COMPUTER. IF YOU FIND IT FOR LESS THAN $480, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, GRAB IT AS IT IS.

1) THE STORAGE CAPACITY (64, 128, 256 GB) APPLIES ONLY TO THOSE WHO USE THIS PRODUCT STANDALONE (WITHOUT A COMPUTER). FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN USING IT WITH A COMPUTER, BUY THE CHEAPEST VERSION (128 GB) BECAUSE THE GAMES WILL BE DOWNLOADED ONTO THE COMPUTER AND NOT ON THE QUEST SYSTEM.

TIPS FOR STANDALONE USERS:

1) YOU CAN IMPROVE THE RESOLUTION! Just make sure you have a tower/laptop with Windows 10+, the Oculus app, the SideQuest Easy Installer app (the app that improves resolution), and a USB 3 port (you can use the Oculus charging cable if you have a USB C port, otherwise get a USB C male - A male cable). Connect the Oculus and choose a resolution (personally, I choose 90Hz and the second-to-last resolution, 2560). Search SideQuest for instructional videos.
TIPS FOR PCVR
----------------------------------------------
1) To improve resolution, you won't use SideQuest (that's only for standalone devices), but instead use the Oculus app settings + Steam VR + the Oculus debug tool.
The settings I recommend (depending on the power of your computer!!!):
SteamVR settings: video -> resolution per eye: 130% (depending on the power of your computer)
Oculus: 350 bits (debug tool) (depending on the power of your computer)
Oculus app: 90Hz, 2560 resolution (depending on the power of your computer)
Regarding the Oculus debug tool:
To find it, you'll need to go to the following address:
C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics
You can either open File Explorer and follow the above address or simply press the Windows button + r and copy-paste the above address. Once you do that, open the application called Oculus Debug Tool.
Now, regarding the settings of the Oculus debug tool:

Encode Bitrate (Mbps): 350 (The most important for resolution, be careful with this as it depends on the power of your computer. The max is 500.)

After you make the above settings (or your own), click on "File" (top left) and then click on the "Restart as Administrator" button, check if the settings were saved. Then click on "Service" (a little to the right) and click on "Restart Oculus Service". It would be good to make these settings first and then connect the Quest 2 to the computer.
2) You can get Steam games for a much better price if you search well. Read in the category FOR THOSE WHO WANT IT FOR USE WITH PCVR GAMES the last sentence)
3) For watching YouTube videos, it's better to access YouTube from your computer (via Quest Link, meaning connecting the Quest to your computer) because the app on the standalone Quest system has poor resolution.

1) ΜΠΟΡΕΙΣ ΝΑ ΒΕΛΤΙΩΣΕΙΣ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΑΛΥΣΗ! αρκει να εχεις πυργο/λατποπ που να εχει windows 10+, την εφαρμογη του oculus, την εφαρμογη sidequest Easy Installer (η εφαρμογη που βελτιωνει την αναλυση), και θυρα usb 3 (μπορεις να χρησιμοποιησεις το καλωδιο φορτισης του oculus εαν εχεις θυρα c, αλλιως παρε καλωδιο USB c male - a male) Συνδεσε το oculus και επελεξε μια αναλυση (προσωπικα επιλεγω 90HZ και την προτελευταια αναλυση 2560) Ψαξε sidequest για να δεις βιντεο βοηθειας.
TIPS ΓΙΑ ΤΟΥΣ PCVR

1) Για να βελτιωσετε την αναλυση, δεν θα χρησιμοποιησετε το sidequest (αυτο ειναι μονο για τους αυτονομους) αλλα τις ρυθμισεις της εφαρμογης oculus + steam vr + το debug tool του oculus.
οι ρυθμισεις που προτεινω (αναλογα με την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου!!!) :
steamvr settings: video -> resolution per eye : 130% (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
oculus: 350 bits (debug tool) (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
oculus app: 90 HZ, 2560 resolution. (αναλογως την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
σχετικα με το oculus debug tool:
για να το βρειτε, θα πρεπει να πατε στην παρακατω διευθυνση:
C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics
Μπορειτε ειτε να ανοιξετε το file explorer και να ακολουθησετε την παραπανω διευθυνση η απλως να πατησετε windows button + r και να κανετε copy paste μεσα την παραπανω διευθυνση. Αφου το κανετε, ανοιξτε την εφαρμογη που λεγεται oculus debug tool.
Τωρα σχετικα με τις ρυθμισεις του oculus debug tool:
Τα δικα μου settings ειναι τα παρακατω: (εχω ανεβασει και φωτογραφια για διευκόλυνση)

distortion curvature : Low (προσοχη : το low στο συγκεκριμενο δεν σημαινει οτι ειναι κακο η χαλια. To low δινει καλο quality ενω το high δινει low quality)
Encode Resolution Width : 2560 (αναλογως με την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σου)
Encode bitrate Max : Default
Dynamic Bitrate Max : 0
Encode bitrate (mbs) : 350 (Το ποιο σημαντικο για την αναλυση, προσοχη σε αυτο διοτι εξαρταται απο την δυναμη του υπολογιστη σας. Το max ειναι 500.)
Dynamic bitrate offset (mbps) : 0
Link Sharpening : Auto
Mobile ASW : Auto
Αφου κανετε τα παραπανω settings (η τα δικα σας), Καντε click στο "File" (πανω αριστερα) και μετα click στο κουμπι "Restart as Administrator" , τσεκαρετε εαν οι ρυθμισεις αποθηκευτηκαν. Μετα καντε click στο "service" (λιγο πιο δεξια) και click στο "Restart Oculus service". Καλο θα ηταν να κανετε αυτες τις ρυθμισεις πρωτα, και μετα να συνδεσετε το quest 2 στον υπολογιστη.
2) μπορειτε να παρετε παιχνιδια του steam για πολυ καλυτερη τιμη εαν ψαξετε πολυ καλα. (διαβασε στην κατηγορια ΓΙΑ ΟΣΟΥΣ ΤΟ ΘΕΛΟΥΝ ΓΙΑ ΧΡΗΣΗ ΜΕ ΥΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΤΗ PCVR GAMES την τελευταια προταση)
3) για παρακολουθηση βιντεο youtube, καλυτερα να μπαινετε στο youtube απο τον υπολογιστη σας (μεσω quest link, δηλαδη συνδεση του quest με τον υπολογιστη) διοτι η εφαρμογη στο αυτονομο συστημα του quest εχει χαλια αναλυση)

Τελευταια ενημερωση: 7/04/24
-Ενημερωθηκε η φωτογραφια που εδειχνε τις ρυθμισεις στο oculus debug tool. Οι ρυθμισεις ειναι οι ιδιες, απλως λογω ενημερωσεων η εμφανιση αλλαξε λιγο οποτε επρεπε να ανανεωσω την φωτογραφια για να μην υπαρξουν προβληματα/μπερδεματα.
Πολυ συντομα θα γραψω και ενα νεο κεφαλαιο που θα κανει μια απλη συγκριση με το quest 3 και αν αξιζει/ποτε αξιζει καποιος να το αγορασει/αναβαθμισει.

για 300 ευρώ ναι. Αν θες την εμπειρία του vr χωρίς να σκάσεις ένα σορό λεφτά είναι μια χαρά ευχάριστο. παραπανω δεν αξίζει. δεν έχει τόσο ευκρίνεια καθαρή εικόνα και λόγω βάρους δεν κάθεται καλά στο κεφάλι με το λουρί που έρχεται μαζί.
My first VR headset. Incredible, I have to say. The price is amazing for the features the headset offers. The batteries in the controllers last several days. I've had it for almost a month, I use it every day and the batteries haven't run out yet. The only downside is the headset's battery. It lasts at most 2 hours which is quite annoying. Nevertheless, I recommend it a thousand times.
Το πρώτο μου vr headset. Απίστευτο έχω να πω. Η τιμή του καταπληκτική για το τι δυνατότητες προσφέρει το headset. Η μπαταρίες στους μοχλούς κρατανε αρκετές μέρες. Το έχω ένα μήνα σχεδόν, το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε μέρα και οι μπαταρίες δεν έχουν τελειώσει ακόμη. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχει είναι η μπαταρία του headset. Κρατάει το πολύ 2 ωρες το οποίο είναι αρκετά εκνευριστηκό. Παρόλα αυτα το προτείνω με τα χίλια.
It is a good budget VR headset, and if you have it connected to the computer with a cable, it charges continuously. However, the battery will run out in 2-3 hours of gameplay. If you use it without a computer, the battery will last about 1-2 hours. To be honest, though, after 1 to 2 months I got bored of it, and now I only turn it on when I have nothing to do. But if you know you won't get bored (because I said that too, but I got bored), then you'll be fine.
I had downloaded about 20-30 VR games, which are almost all the good ones available right now, and overall I used it for about 25 hours. In the first 10 hours, you might feel dizzy and you have to take it off because it gets worse if you don't take it off and take a break.
Another issue is that you will need a powerful computer, which will cost you over 800 euros at least, to be able to play the games without lagging. And besides that, you need to buy a Type-C cable that is 3.0 and over 3 meters long, and this will cost around 20 euros for the cheapest and 60 euros for the most expensive. Είναι καλό budget VR headset και αν το έχεις συνδεδεμένο στον υπολογιστή με καλώδιο, φορτίζει συνεχόμενα. Ωστόσο, η μπαταρία θα τελειώσει σε 2-3 ώρες παιχνιδιού. Ένα άλλο θέμα είναι ότι θα χρειαστείς έναν δυνατό υπολογιστή, που θα σου κοστίσει πάνω από 800 ευρώ το λιγότερο, για να μπορείς να παίξεις τα παιχνίδια χωρίς να κολλάει. Και πέρα από αυτό, πρέπει να αγοράσεις ένα καλώδιο Type-C που να είναι 3.0 και πάνω από 3 μέτρα, και αυτό θα κοστίσει κάπου στα 20 ευρώ το πιο φθηνό και 60 ευρώ το πιο ακριβό. Και ευτυχώς δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα να αναφέρω. Αυτά είχα να πω και ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
