It doesn't produce any smoke like a frying pan, it is silent, consumes minimal oil, and you don't have to change and throw away the oil that remains in the pan after frying.
After a few tries, I achieved the desired result of perfect potatoes.
I use Neokopio (or Egypt) potatoes from Sklavenitis.
I cut only one large potato into thin pieces inside the bowl, add a spoonful of olive oil and a little pepper, and mix well.
I select the "Classic fries" program with preheating from the "Mi home" mobile application.
After the preheating of the drum is finished, I put the potatoes inside and spread them around the fryer drum, leaving the hole in the center of the grill free, so that the hot air can penetrate the bottom of the drum and heat up the potatoes that are pressed by the others.
After 19 minutes, the result is amazing.
You can also easily and quickly make mini pizzas using a pita for souvlaki, sauce, cheese, tomato, oregano, etc. at a temperature of 180 degrees in just 5 minutes!

- It has such a small capacity that the food doesn't even suffice for one person! I wonder how you manage to eat for 2 or even more!
- I just bought it (due to the reviews) and made fresh oil-free potatoes. Terrible.
- I experimented with egg-like eggbeaters and eye on the lid (as I saw in a video). Terrible.
- Should I put a burger? It can barely fit 2 human-sized burgers. I have a spouse and a child. I can barely make 6 burgers for all of us. It takes me 20 minutes for 2.
To eat burgers at the same time for the 3 of us, without potatoes, I need 1 hour of preparation. If I add potatoes, it will take me an hour and a half!
- If I had put all these in the oven like I did for so many years, without oil (as I always do), they would be ready in much less time. And at the SAME temperature, all together.
Would I consume more electricity maybe? Or would I eat more unhealthily?
- I wanted to know, is it really worth so much money to buy it? It doesn't cook tasty at all. And it only produces enough quantity for one person. At best.
- The issue is that since we now read reviews here on Skroutz, and usually base our decisions on them, it would be good not to mislead others with our enthusiasm!
- For a student or a bachelor, it might be a useful machine. But for anyone else, it's not! I bought it purely for our evening snacks. But in the end, it doesn't even do that!

I am glad that once again, even though I was tempted and bought it, I was confirmed in not choosing these Chinese products. After 8 months, the one and only rotary knob it has for temperature and cooking time adjustment broke, and I am forced to do it through the mobile application. It is a lesson learned so that I will never choose Xiaomi or Huawei for a white device, as I have experienced and learned with their mobile phones, etc.
I bought it for myself and it has been very convenient for me. I can make whatever I want in just 20 minutes and what I liked is that it has this metal base where I can put the vegetables underneath and the fish, chicken on top and everything is ready together.
I haven't fried potatoes, to be honest, because I don't eat them much, but vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish, meat, spring rolls, cheese croquettes and many more, even individual pies, it does them perfectly. I haven't turned on the oven for over three months... I will say again that I am one person, so the quantity covers me.
Very good solution for speed, economy, and convenience. Generally cooks moderately to satisfactorily. I do not recommend it for demanding taste testers and gourmet types. Potatoes and vegetables have a somewhat "plastic" feel... The result improves after testing with temperatures and cooking times. The remarkable thing is that I bake cheese pies with ready-made dough and they turn out great with 20 minutes of baking on each side. Generally, the ~70€ it cost is worth it - and takes up quite a bit of space on your small kitchen counter. Worth it, -from me, Yes :)

A very good choice for one person. I definitely do not recommend it for french fries, but it does an excellent job with any meat I have tried (chicken, pork, fish). If it's for one person, I highly recommend it without a second thought
I found it at a very good price, we are 2 people and it comfortably covers us. Everything I have made turned out very good and tasty. It requires experimentation with temperature and time. I keep notes, I have made classic potatoes like most people and we loved them, burgers, steaks, poached eggs, fried eggs, and omelettes. Fresh corn, chicken for fajitas, perfect! Quick snack with tortilla... I have one thing to say: I fell in love with it!!! It cleans quickly and is ready for the next recipe. It's great for students, bachelors, and couples. I highly recommend it!

From grilling it goes well, from construction not at all. The box does not "lock" well. The grill, after 10 grilling and washing from the soft side of the sponge, started to change color (to copper).

It is very high quality, user-friendly, and overall excellent. I have nothing bad to say. It is not worth going for something more expensive from another brand unless you want a much larger bin.
My best man gave it to me as a gift.. honestly, it has solved all my problems.. you have to find the right cooking times for each dish, but once you do, you won't want to use the oven again.. it cleans easily and the grates can go in the dishwasher.. with this for 3 years at home, I cook healthier and faster! So, this fryer is for 2 people. That is, it can fit 4 burgers or potatoes for 2 people, for example. It's not convenient to put together 2 things like vegetables and meat.
I was generally very satisfied and I use it a lot. It burns half of what the kitchen does and they cook quickly because it has a small space. However, what worried me a lot is the Teflon (or the black plastic coating) it has in the basket, which has started to come off without us rubbing it with anything, meaning that we consume it. I would prefer the parts to be ceramic or something else, I consider it unacceptable in the year 2023. Other than that, it's fine and does its job.

Coming from the Tefal Actifry with a rotating basket that broke after 12 years, I decided to try this solution since the price was low at 69€. So, here we go. The basket is very small, suitable only for one adult. It can work for two people. Obviously, you have to be on top to turn the food or potatoes, otherwise they won't cook properly. The basket has an internal grill, which cooks fish nicely and quickly. Overall, it has nothing to do with my previous machine that didn't do anything because it had a stirrer and cooked wonderfully. You might say it doesn't have the same price and I agree. For its price, it is decent but that's it. The basket is very easy to clean, really. I would definitely like it to have a much larger basket. At the price of 69€, it is borderline worth it in my opinion. I can't compare it to other similar ones, only to the one I had and in comparison, it definitely loses. If you have the possibility to spend a little more money, go for the Tefal Actifry with the rotating basket. If not, at 69€, as I said, it is a decent choice for one person and borderline for two.
I do not regret the purchase for a moment. Very good quality and perfectly satisfactory size of the pot for two or more servings. Also, with the Mi Home application, you can see how much time is left and it also has many recipes to try beyond the default ones.

It's perfect!!! Very high-quality construction, cooks food quickly for up to two people, cleans easily, and takes up little space in the kitchen. I have cooked almost everything! In the photos is the omelette with potatoes, cheese, and freshly ground pepper that I made today. I made it in a silicone baking dish, first I put the potatoes in the dish and baked them in the program it has for fresh potatoes, then I beat 4 eggs and poured them on top and baked for another ten minutes at the same temperature, I took it out, flipped it, added the cheese and left it for another 5 minutes and it's ready!!!!!

Firstly, some foods, like fried potatoes, require very little oil and stirring (the oven has an audible notification and a notification on the mobile phone).
Secondly, the capacity of the basket is for a maximum of 2 people, maximum! It can fit 2-3 chicken thighs, 2 servings of potatoes, 4-5 medium-sized burgers. If you want something for a family of 3-4 people, go for something bigger and more expensive.
Thirdly, it also has a grill. You can put some vegetables on top and whatever else you want in the basket below.
Fourthly, it has a maximum power of 1500 watts and does not require preheating. It cooks at least twice as fast as a regular oven.
Finally, you need to use it for a while to see the cooking times and quantities you need to use. Don't put something in for 15 minutes without checking what's happening inside, otherwise, your steak might turn out raw.

Although it was purchased to bake... potatoes, it has been used -almost- for everything. Potatoes, burgers, schnitzel, bread (!), croissants, zucchini. It's definitely worth it! Much more economical than the oven, it cooks the food deliciously and quite quickly.
