I checked the diameter, it is 24cm, so it sits well on the kitchen stove without losing heat, thus cooking quickly. For its size, 10 liters, it is low and easy to use.     We got tired of paying 50 euros for Fischer spare parts. We bought the big Hitense 10 lit - Chinese product - but it seems good to me. If it holds up and we can find spare parts, we will be very satisfied. It costs as much as the handle of the Fischer... ridiculous

    Usage Instructions:

    • Before each use, ensure that the safety valve, the moving release button, and the pressure regulation valve are clean and functioning correctly
    • Make sure that the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner rim of the lid
    • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
    • The recess of the pressure regulation valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
    • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
    • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
    • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
