I threw it away as I didn't notice when I bought it that it contains the chemical form of B9, which is folic acid. In such an otherwise well-designed supplement, it shouldn't be present in this form, especially when it is advertised as "High Bioavailability"! For those who don't know, folic acid can accumulate in the blood as it is not fully metabolized due to genetic mutations that many people have. Prefer B vitamins in "methylated" form and never B9 as simple folic acid but as Methylfolate, L-methylfolate, Quatrefolic® or Metafolin®.
