The biggest scam I have ever encountered. I bought it, put in batteries and pepper, and as soon as I turned it off, it started grinding without me even pressing a button and without being able to stop it. Since it was brand new and obviously defective, I requested a refund. The response I received was to send it to service. That is, to pay for shipping that would exceed the price of the product itself for an obviously defective item. I did not expect such unprofessional behavior.
