I bought two and have been using them for six months, and no problems have occurred, despite living on an island and in an old house where electrical issues are common. I still use all five ports, with half of the devices having high power requirements, and everything works perfectly. The ports have appropriate spacing so that they can all be used, even if some plugs have transformers. The intensity of the indicator lights is subtle and does not disturb sleep at night. When I contacted APC, they asked for the model and serial number and told me that they would send me a brand new one soon. And that's exactly what happened. They didn't even want the broken one back! Σε επικοινωνία με την apc μου ζήτησαν τον τύπο και το serial number και μου είπαν πως σε λίγο καιρό θα μου στείλουν ίδιο ολοκαίνουριο. Και έτσι έγινε. Ούτε το χαλασμένο δεν ήθελαν πίσω! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και σίγουρα θα τους προτιμώ χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη από εδώ και πέρα.
