First impressions are very positive. Beautiful screen with a relatively premium feel, fast and easy assembly, power supply integrated into the screen (no external 'brick' to search for and accommodate), connection + power of the MacBook Air M1 with a USB-C cable (provided in the package), so no more plugging and unplugging the Mac's power supply to make it work as a desktop. It has two additional HDMI inputs (in fact, I read that it can display two sources simultaneously), a speaker/headphone output, and one (1) USB port to which I connected my webcam. Great height adjustment capabilities, vertical and horizontal rotation axis, and full rotation of the screen in vertical layout. Note that the stand shown in the photos I had before and I keep it for office organization purposes, but practically it is not necessary to bring the screen to an ergonomically correct height.
From the moment it is turned on, the screen synchronizes with the MacBook in default FHD (1920x1080) resolution, and to change it, one must go to the MacOS settings. Here, caution is needed because the USB-C port is initially set to prioritize data transfer, and many of the necessary options do not appear in the menu until some necessary settings are made in the screen menu. So, to unlock all resolutions, one must go from the screen menu and select "Display" > "USB-C Prioritization" > "High Resolution". Various users also recommend ensuring that in the same menu, "Smart HDR" is turned off, as otherwise the screen may flicker. After these steps, the screen settings menu in MacOS displays a range of resolutions that can work without loss, including 4K/60Hz. This is also where the option to rotate the screen in vertical layout appears. Personally, I found the best ratio of workspace surface area / letter size in a resolution of 2304x1296 / 60Hz (available when selecting "Show all resolutions"), but this may vary for each user.
In conclusion, from the first impression, the screen represents incredible value for money. I appreciate the connectivity with a cable to the MacBook Air M1, as well as the plethora of ergonomic settings in all possible positions and viewing angles. I have not made any adjustments to color/brightness/contrast/clarity/etc., but the image already looks sufficient from its factory setup. If anything changes in the future, I will come back, but for office work on a Mac, I can't find any obvious flaws.
*It would be ideal to have two (2) USB ports available to connect an additional webcam and an external USB microphone. This is not a real problem because now there is a free USB-C port on the MacBook and I can connect directly there, but it is a half step away from the ideal scenario of connecting the laptop to my desk with just one cable.
**The speakers are at the limit of adequacy, just enough to pass sound. For listening to music or even dialogues with someone in person, external speakers/headphones are definitely needed!
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις πολύ θετικές. Όμορφη οθόνη με σχετικά premium αίσθηση, γρήγορη και πανεύκολη συναρμολόγηση, τροφοδοτικό ενσωματωμένο στην οθόνη (δεν υπάρχει εξωτερικό 'τούβλο' για να ψάχνεις να το βολέψεις), σύνδεση + τροφοδοσία του MacBook Air M1 με ένα καλώδιο USB-C (προσφέρεται στη συσκευασία) οπότε τέρμα το βάλε-βγάλε του τροφοδοτικού του Mac για να μπορέσει να δουλέψει ως desktop. Έχει δύο επιπλέον εισόδους HDMI (μάλιστα διαβάζω πως μπορεί να δείξει δύο πηγές παράλληλα), μια έξοδο ηχείων/ακουστικών και μια (1) θύρα USB στην οποία συνέδεσα τη webcam που είχα. Μεγάλες δυνατότητες διαμόρφωσης καθ' ύψος, περιστροφή στον κατακόρυφο και οριζόντιο άξονα αλλά και πλήρης περιστροφή της οθόνης σε κατακόρυφη διάταξη. Να σημειωθεί πως τη βάση που φαίνεται στις φωτό την είχα από πριν και την κρατάω για λόγους οργάνωσης γραφείου, όμως πρακτικά δεν χρειάζεται για να έρθει η οθόνη σε ένα εργονομικά σωστό ύψος.
Από το άνοιγμα η οθόνη συγχρονίζει με το MacBook σε προεπιλογή FHD (1920Χ1080) και για να το αλλάξει κανείς θα πρέπει να πάει στις ρυθμίσεις του MacOS. Εδώ χρειάζεται προσοχή, γιατί η θύρα USB-C είναι κατ' αρχήν ρυθμισμένη για να δίνει προτεραιότητα στη μεταγωγή δεδομένων και πολλές από τις απαραίτητες επιλογές δεν φαίνονται στο μενού μέχρι να γίνουν κάποιες απαρίατητες ρυθμίσεις στο μενού της οθόνης. Έτσι, για να ξεκλειδώσει κανείς όλες τις αναλύσεις θα πρέπει να πάει από το μενού της οθόνης και να επιλέξει “Display” > “USB-C Prioritization” > “High Resolution”. Διάφοροι χρήστες συνιστούν να εξασφαλίζουμε επίσης ότι στο ίδιο μενού το “Smart HDR” είναι κλειστό γιατί αλλιώς η οθόνη μπορεί να κάνει flicker. Μετά από αυτά τα βήματα, το μενού ρύθμισης της οθόνης στο MacOS εμφανίζει μια σειρά από αναλύσεις που μπορούν να δουλέψουν χωρίς απώλειες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της 4Κ/60Hz. Επίσης έτσι εμφανίζεται και η επιλογή για περιστροφή της οθόνης σε κατακόρυφη διάταξη. Προσωπικά βρήκα την καλύτερη αναλογία χώρου επιφάνειας εργασίας / μεγέθους γραμμάτων σε ανάλυση 2304Χ1296 / 60Hz (διαθέσιμη εφόσον επιλέξουμε "Εμφάνιση όλων των αναλύσεων") αλλά αυτό μπορεί να διαφέρει για τον κάθε έναν χρήστη.
Συμπερασματικά από την πρώτη εντύπωση, η οθόνη αντιπροσωπεύει φοβερό VFM για τα χρήματα που ζητάει. Κρατώ την συνδεσιμότητα με ένα καλώδιο με το MacBook Air M1, όπως και την πληθώρα εργονομικών ρυθμίσεων σε όλες τις πιθανές θέσεις και γωνίες θέασης. Δεν έχω κάνει καμια ρύθμιση στο χρώμα/φωτεινότητα/αντίθεση/ευκρίνεια/... κ.λπ. αλλά η εικόνα δείχνει επαρκής ήδη από το εργοστασιακό της στήσιμο. Αν αλλάξει κάτι στο μέλλον θα επανέλθω, αλλά για δουλειά γραφείου σε Mac δεν μπορώ να της βρω κάποιο προφανές ψεγάδι.*

* Θα ήταν ιδανικό να είχα στη διάθεσή μου δύο (2) θύρες USB για να μπορώ να συνδέσω επιπλέον της webcam και ένα εξωτερικό USB μικρόφωνο. Αυτό δεν είναι πραγματικό πρόβλημα γιατί πλέον έχει απελευθερωθεί μια θύρα USB-C στο MacBook και μπορώ να συνδεθώ απ' ευθείας εκεί, ωστόσο είναι μισό βήμα από το ιδεατό σενάριο να συνδέω το φορητό MacBook στο γραφείο μου με ένα και μόνο καλώδιο.
** Τα ηχεία είναι στο όριο του επαρκούς, ίσα για να περνάει ήχος. Για ακρόαση μουσικής ή ακόμα και για διαλόγους με κάποιο φυσικό σώμα χρειάζονται εξωτερικά ηχεία / ακουστικά οπωσδήποτε!
Compared to the previous model of dell 27’’ that I have with similar characteristics, it has worse sound, it doesn't have comfort view, the type-c cable is much smaller and of worse quality. Using the same settings, I have not managed to show the 2 screens with the same colors. I expected that by buying a better-more expensive model, the quality would also improve. The only thing that went up was the 100€ in the final price and the resolution from Qhd to 4k.
Σε σύγκριση με προηγούμενο μοντέλο dell 27’’ που έχω με παρόμοια χαρακτηριστικά, έχει χειρότερο ήχο, δεν έχει το comfort view, το type-c καλώδιο είναι πολύ μικρότερο και χειρότερης ποιότητας. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις ίδιες ρυθμίσεις δεν έχω καταφέρει να δείχνουν οι 2 οθόνες με τα ίδια χρώματα. Περίμενα ότι αγοράζοντας καλύτερο-ακριβότερο μοντέλο θα ανέβαινε και η ποιότητα. Το μόνο που ανέβηκε ήταν τα 100€ στην τελική τιμή και η ανάλυση από Qhd σε 4k.
The Dell S2722QC is a very good monitor for its price, excellent picture, very good user experience… as long as it works.
Unfortunately, after just one week of use, a small accident (a light touch against the wall that left a small scratch on the back as you can see in the photo) made it stop working completely. The damage was purely cosmetic, but the monitor no longer turns on.
I acknowledged that the responsibility was mine and I was willing to pay for a repair. I understand that the IPS panel is the most expensive part of such a monitor, but Dell Greece did not even bother to check if the panel was actually damaged or if something else could be repaired. The only "solution" offered to me was to buy a new monitor.
For a device worth €350, it is disappointing that there is no repair program or spare parts availability, especially from a company like Dell. This is not only unfair to the consumer, as it pushes for the disposal of almost new products instead of giving the option of repair.
In summary: the monitor is excellent for its price, but Dell’s support policy in such cases disappointed me and now, since I will probably have to buy a new one, this neglect and lack of engagement, even to explain things to me, guess what it will lead me to—to buy a monitor from another brand.
Η Dell S2722QC είναι μια πολύ καλή οθόνη για τα χρήματά της, εξαιρετική εικόνα, πολύ καλή εμπειρία χρήσης… όσο δουλεύει.
Δυστυχώς, μετά από μόλις μία εβδομάδα χρήσης, ένα μικρό ατύχημα (ελαφρύ άγγιγμα στον τοίχο που άφησε μια μικρή γρατζουνιά στο πίσω μέρος όπως βλέπετε στη φωτό) την έκανε να σταματήσει να λειτουργεί εντελώς. Η ζημιά ήταν καθαρά αισθητική, αλλά η οθόνη πλέον δεν ανάβει.
Αναγνώρισα ότι η ευθύνη ήταν δική μου και ήμουν πρόθυμος να πληρώσω για επισκευή. Κατανοώ ότι το IPS panel είναι το πιο ακριβό κομμάτι μιας τέτοιας οθόνης, όμως η Dell Ελλάδας δεν μπήκε καν στη διαδικασία να ελέγξει αν το panel είχε πράγματι πρόβλημα ή αν μπορούσε να επισκευαστεί κάτι άλλο. Η μόνη «λύση» που μου προτάθηκε ήταν η αγορά καινούριας οθόνης.
Για μια συσκευή αξίας 350€, είναι απογοητευτικό να μην υπάρχει κανένα πρόγραμμα επισκευής ή διάθεσης ανταλλακτικών, ειδικά από μια εταιρεία όπως η Dell. Αυτό δεν είναι μόνο άδικο για τον καταναλωτή, , αφού ωθεί σε απόρριψη σχεδόν καινούριων προϊόντων αντί να δίνεται η επιλογή επισκευής.
Συνοψίζοντας: η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική για τα χρήματά της, αλλά η πολιτική υποστήριξης της Dell σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις με απογοήτευσε και τώρα μάλλον που αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούργια αυτός ο παραγκονισμός και η μή ενασχόληση έστω να μου εξηγήσουν μαντέψτε σε τι θα με ωθήσει, να πάρω άλλη μάρκα οθόνη.
Very good monitor, especially for its price. I use it with a Macbook M1 Pro and I have no complaints.
I use Better Display to get the highest resolution I can with HiDPI.
Obviously, the PPI is not enough to compare with the Mac's Retina XDR, nor in color performance.
That said, I am a software engineer and color accuracy doesn't concern me that much, so I can live with the above two.
Πάρα πολύ καλή οθόνη, ειδικότερα για τα χρήματα της. Τη χρησιμοποιώ με ένα Macbook M1 Pro και δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.
Χρησιμοποιώ Better Display για να πάρω το υψηλότερο resolution που μπορώ με HiDPI.
Προφανώς το PPI δεν είναι αρκετό για να συγκριθεί με τη Retina XDR του mac, ούτε και σε απόδοση χρωμάτων.
Παρόλα αυτά, είμαι software engineer και το color accuracy δεν με αφορά τόσο πολύ, οπότε μπορώ να ζήσω με τα 2 παραπάνω.
A very honest alternative for those who are used to Mac screens. As a graphic designer, I can say that it has satisfied me quite a bit and there is no deviation from the colors I work with.

Purchased for Mac Mini M4 and it is flawless. The speakers are nothing special and I wouldn't recommend them for regular listening, but the picture is fantastic and the USB Hub is excellent for my daily routine as I switch devices often due to work without needing any extra cables

One of the best monitors available out there for under 500 euros. Specifically for connection with a Macbook, it surpasses in text clarity many more expensive monitors I have tried. Side by side with a 5K monitor from an iMac I had, I can't say it has much to envy. The speakers, as some others have mentioned, are completely basic, while I would ideally like it to have an additional 100 nits of brightness.
Μια από τις καλύτερες οθόνες που κυκλοφορούν εκεί έξω μέχρι τα 500 ευρω. Ειδικότερα για σύνδεση με Macbook, βάζει κάτω σε text clarity πολύ ακριβότερες οθόνες που έχω δοκιμάσει. Δίπλα-δίπλα με 5Κ monitor από imac που είχα, δεν μπορώ να πω ότι έχει να ζηλέψει πάρα πολλά. Τα ηχεία όπως είπαν και κάποιοι άλλοι είναι εντελώς basic, ενώ θα ήθελα ιδανικά να είχε και 100 nits ακόμη φωτεινότητα.

The screen is incredibly excellent in colors and connectivity. It charges all laptops with one cable and the only thing I adjusted differently is that I increased the brightness from 75% to 80-85% and everything is simply perfect. I also tried to download the links mentioned below but I couldn't install them. I'm not a technology guru, of course.
Η οθόνη είναι φοβερά εξαιρετική σε χρώματα και συνδεσιμότητα. Φορτίζει με ένα καλώδιο όλα τα laptops και το μόνο που ρύθμισα διαφορετικά είναι ότι αύξησα την φωτεινότητα από 75% σε 80-85% και είναι απλά όλα τέλεια. επίσης δοκίμασα να κατεβάσω τα links που αναφέρονται παρακάτω αλλά δεν τα κατάφερα να τα εγκαταστήσω. Δεν είμαι και guru τεχνολογίας βέβαια.

I have it connected to a MacBook Pro M2 14 with a 2K resolution using the Better Display app and the necessary settings (hdpi, font smooth, etc.). The image is good, but you can notice a difference in resolution quality compared to the MacBook. Obviously, you need a monitor with a resolution of over 1K to have similar quality.
Nevertheless, it is a decent choice for the money I paid (270 euros). You can charge it and have a simultaneous display with the USB-C cable, and you can connect a mouse and keyboard (be careful with HDMI, as the mouse and keyboard do not work since HDMI does not transmit a signal from USB).
When I have it connected to Windows in 4K, it is simply pure enjoyment!
Το έχω συνδεδεμένο με macbook pro m2 14 στα 2κ ανάλυση με την εφαρμογη better display και τις απαραίτητες ρυθμίσεις (hdpi, font smooth κλπ) . Η εικόνα είναι καλή αλλά μπορείς να καταλάβεις διαφορά στην ποιότητα της ανάλυσης σε σχέση με το macbook , προφανώς χρειάζεται monitor πάνω από 1κ για να έχεις αντίστοιχη ποιότητα .
Παρόλα αυτά είναι μια αξιοπρεπής επιλογή για τα λεφτά που έδωσα ( 270 ευρώ) .Φορτίζεις και έχεις παράλληλα εικόνα με το usb-c καλώδιο και μπορείς να συνδέσεις ποντίκι και πληκτρολόγιο ( προσοχή με HDMI το ποντίκι και το πληκτρολόγιο δεν δουλεύουν καθώς το hdmi δεν μεταφέρει σήμα από usb).
Όταν την έχω συνδεδεμένη με windows σε 4κ είναι απλα σκέτη απόλαυση!
Excellent choice at 270 euros that I bought on Black Friday. I would prefer the colors to be a little better, especially when you're not sitting straight. Not something crazy, but definitely noticeable. Other than that, the monitor is an excellent budget choice and upgrading from 1080p to 4k is huge. Everything looks better and the screen can fit a lot more things. The ability to connect with USB-C is also very positive, as it practically offers image, sound, data, and power in one cable. It's the best option for anyone who wants to connect a laptop to the monitor (I connect a MacBook Air) and that was also a buying criterion. After experimenting with the settings, I have to say: a) do not change the response time, the screen is designed to work on default (8ms) and any other setting significantly reduces video quality b) unfortunately, HDR doesn't work well (it's pseudo-HDR from the beginning), so it has to stay disabled (specifically with the MacBook, the screen flickers). Some people here suggest downloading a color profile from a website. I have never seen duller and more unbalanced colors. Maybe it has to do with the Mac (I'm not an expert on colors and how profiles work). That's all from me. If you want to upgrade to 4k for tasks that don't require the best colors, go ahead and buy it (I use it for browsing and programming). If you care about perfect colors, go for an ultrasharp.
Εξαιρετικη επιλογή στα 270 ευρώ που την πηρα σε black friday. θα προτιμουσα τα χρώματα να είναι λίγο καλύτερα ειδικα οταν δεν καθεσαι στην ευθεία. οχι κατι τρελο, αλλα σίγουρα αισθητό. Κατα τα αλλα, το monitor ειναι εξαιρετικη budget επιλογη και ειναι αναβαθμιση απο 1080p σε 4κ ειναι τεραστια. Τα παντα φαινονται καλυτερα και η οθονη χωράει πολυ περισσότερα πραγματα. Πολύ θετική ειναι επίσης η δυνατοτητα συνδεσης με usb-c το οποιο πρακτικα προσφερει εικονα-ηχο-δεδομένα-ρευμα σε ενα καλώδιο. Ό,τι καλύτερο για όποιον θελει να συνδέει λαπτοπ στην οθονη (εγω συνδέω MacBook Air) και ηταν και αυτο κριτήριο αγοράς. Έπειτα απο πειραματισμό με τις ρυθμίσεις, εχω να πω: α) μην αλλάξετε το response time, οθονη ειναι σχεδιασμενη να λειτουργεί στο default (8ms) και σε οποιαδήποτε αλλη ρύθμιση η ποιότητα του βίντεο πέφτει αισθητά β) δυστυχώς το hdr δεν παίζει καλα (που ψευδο-hdr ειναι εξαρχης) με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να μένει απενεργοποιημένο (συγκεκριμένα με το MacBook η οθονη κανει flickering). Επίσης καποιοι εδω λενε να κατεβασετε ενα color profile απο ενα site. Δεν έχω δει πιο μουντά και unbalanced χρώματα. Ίσως εχει να κανει με το Mac (δεν ειμαι ειδικός στα χρώματα και το πως δουλεύουν τα προφιλ). Αυτά απο μένα, οποιος θελει να κανει την αναβαθμιση σε 4k για δουλειές που δεν χρειάζονται και τα καλυτερα χρώματα, αγοράστε αφοβα (εγω τη χρησιμοποιω για browsing και προγραμματισμό). Αν σας ενδιαφέρουν τα χρώματα να ειναι τελεια, πηγαίντε σε ultrasharp.
Daily use for coding and less for Xbox and PC gaming. Excellent in all aspects. Charges sufficiently (along with image of course) MacBook Pro M1 (2020). Very fair price at €330.

I am only satisfied with my choice. I use it daily for 10 hours and it performs flawlessly with the connected MacBook Pro M2 Max (2023).

Μόνο ευχαριστημένος είμαι από την επιλογή μου. Τη χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά 10ωρο και συμπεριφέρεται άψογα και με συνδεδεμένο MacBook Pro M2 Max (2023).
Unacceptable from a company like Dell to bring a monitor with dead pixels and tell me that more than 5 is considered a problem! So, I will be working every day and seeing the dead pixels in front of me! Never again Dell, look to get monitors with a 0 dead pixel policy.
Απαράδεκτο απο μια εταιρεία σαν την Dell να φέρνει οθόνη με dead pixels και να μου λέει οτι πάνω απο 5 θεωρείτε πρόβλημα! Δηλαδή εγώ θα δουλεύω κάθε μέρα κι θα βλέπω τα dead pixel μπροστά μου! Ποτέ ξανά Dell κοιτάξτε να πάρετε monitors με πολιτική 0 dead pixels.

For Mac users beware: the HDMI cable that comes with the monitor does not support 60Hz in 4K resolution, resulting in laggy image on the screen, while the USB-C cable in the package is only 1M (not suitable for many office setups). If you need a longer cable, DO NOT purchase any USB-C male - USB-C male cables of USB 3.0+ 100W technology because they simply are not all suitable for image transfer. Look for Thunderbolt technology cables. 4 stars only due to cable incompatibility and length. Otherwise, it is a very good and comfortable monitor. Daily use for work 8+ hours.

The Dell S2722QC is a fantastic 27-inch 4K monitor. The picture quality is amazing, making everything from work to movies look great. The design is sleek and it's really easy to use. Plus, it has loads of ports, including USB-C, making it super convenient for connecting devices. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a top-notch screen.
I have had this monitor in my possession for about 5 months. Coming from the Dell U2414H, which I have had for 9 years, the upgrade is obviously significant. The colors out of the box are good, but you can significantly improve them through the review on RTINGS at the following link, https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2722qc by downloading the ICC profile from the Color Accuracy (Post-Calibration) field, as mentioned by other owners in previous comments.
Having both screens side by side, the colors are more vibrant and the accuracy is evident due to the higher resolution. Additionally, the brightness is satisfactory.
4K on a 27-inch screen looks very beautiful. Certainly, proportionally, a 32-inch screen may be more logical and correct for this resolution, but in any case, it is an enjoyable screen in my personal opinion.
Regarding the ports it has, there are two HDMI v2.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 1, 3.5mm Audio Jack (Audio Out, you can hear but cannot be used as a microphone), and one USB Type-C upstream/DisplayPort with Power Delivery up to 65W, through which you can have image and charging for a laptop. Finally, it also has two speakers that are of typical performance, so they can serve as a temporary solution.
For anyone who needs a monitor for everyday use, from browsing to YouTube, work such as coding or any type of office work, it is a very good choice.
In gaming mode, it can perform well, but definitely not in fast-paced games or FPS games, as you would want high FPS and the lowest possible response time, which it does not offer as it is limited to 60Hz and 4ms response time. For casual single-player gaming, it is fine.
Furthermore, the build quality is very good, and the stand is very stable, allowing rotation from both sides, height adjustment, and tilt up and down.
In conclusion, it is an overall very good choice, with which you can do many things and enjoy it for several years.
When I bought it, the price was around 400€ and it was definitely worth the money. Now you can find it at a lower price, making it even more attractive and a great value for money.
Την οθόνη την έχω στην κατοχή μου περίπου 5 μήνες. Προερχόμενος από την Dell U2414H την οποία την έχω 9 χρόνια, η αναβάθμιση προφανώς σημαντική. Τα χρώματά της out of the box είναι καλά, αλλά μπορείτε τα βελτιώσετε σημαντικά μέσα από το review του RTINGS στο παρακάτω link, https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2722qc κατεβάζοντας το icc profile μέσα από το πεδίο Color Accuracy (Post-Calibration), όπως έχουν αναφέρει και οι υπόλοιποι κάτοχοι στα προηγούμενα σχόλια.
Έχοντας και τις δύο οθόνες δίπλα – δίπλα τα χρώματα είναι πιο ζωντανά και η ακρίβεια εξαιτίας της μεγαλύτερης ανάλυσης είναι εμφανής. Επιπρόσθετα, η φωτεινότητά της είναι ικανοποιητική.
Το 4K σε μία 27 ιντσών φαίνεται πολύ όμορφο. Σίγουρα αναλογικά γι αυτή την ανάλυση μία οθόνη 32 ιντσών μπορεί να είναι πιο λογική και σωστή, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση είναι απολαυστική οθόνη κατά την προσωπική μου άποψη.
Σχετικά με τις θύρες που διαθέτει δύο HDMI v2.0, δύο USB 3.2 Gen 1, Audio Jack 3.5mm (Audio Out, ακούς αλλά δε μπορεί να χρησιμοιποιηθεί σαν μικρόφωνο) και μία θύρα USB Type-C upstream/DisplayPort with Power Delivery μέχρι 65W, μέσω της οποίας μπορείς να έχεις εικόνα και φόρτιση ενός laptop. Τέλος, διαθέτει και δύο ηχεία τα οποία είναι πολύ τυπικών επιδόσεων, άρα και για προσωρινή λύση.
Για όποιον/α χρειάζεται μία οθόνη για καθημερινή χρήση από browsing έως YouTube, εργασία όπως πχ coding ή κάθε φύσεως γραφειακή δουλειά είναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή.
Σε κατάσταση gaming μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί, σαφέστατα όμως όχι σε fast pace παιχνίδια ή FPS games, γιατί εκεί θέλεις τα πολλά FPS και το λιγότερο δυνατό response time, πράγματα που δεν στα προσφέρει καθώς περιορίζεται στα 60Hz και 4ms response time. Για casual single player gaming είναι μία χαρά.
Ακόμη η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι πολύ καλή, η βάση της πολύ σταθερή δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα για περιστροφή και από τις δύο πλευρές, διαχείριση ύψους και tilt προς τα πάνω και προς τα κάτω.
Εν κατακλείδι, πρόκειται για μία overall πολύ καλή επιλογη, με την οποία μπορείς να κάνεις πολλά πράγματα και να την απολαύσεις για αρκετά χρόνια.
Η τιμή της όταν την είχα αγοράσει ήταν κοντά στα 400€ και άξιζε σίγουρα τα λεφτά της. Πλέον μπορείτε να τη βρείτε σε πιο χαμηλή τιμή, όπου την κάνει ακόμα πιο ελκυστική και Value For Money.

Oπότε εκτός από πολύ καλή οθόνη είναι και πολύ εύχρηστη για σύνδεση με λαπτοπ.

The screen is a gem. Real VFM. At 335 euros, you would be foolish to choose anything else. The screen would easily cost 600 euros for what it is.
2. The 4K image on a 27'' screen is very good. The common complaint about 4K, that it doesn't work well because it has very small icons, fonts, etc., didn't bother me at all because it has infinite space. Also, you can zoom in on fonts while browsing and it doesn't bother you at all.
3. The response time is perfect, around 6-10ms. Those who think they will get a screen with 1ms response time are actually getting 3+ms, so the differences are minimal and you won't see any difference even in games.
4. 60 hertz is enough for all uses, even for games, unless you are a professional Counterstrike player and make money from it, then yes, you want more. For the strategy games I play online, it's more than enough.
5. If someone plays very heavy games, it's better to get a 2K screen since 4K is a pain for graphics cards and FPS, and in essence, you won't notice much difference in resolution in games because you're focused on the game. But FPS is important... that's why for hardcore gaming, go for 2K.
6. A big plus is the USB-C 60w charging that I have a permanent cable for.

8. Be careful, to get 4K 60Hertz, the cable must be High Speed HDMI 2.0 or higher. I had an old one that the screen wasn't recognized by the laptop, and after trying, I temporarily lowered it to 30hertz and then after two days, I got another cable.

Η οθόνη είναι ένα κόσμημα.Πραγματικό VFM.Στα 335 ευρώ θα ήσουν χαζός αν διάλεγες οτιδήποτε άλλο.Η οθόνη άνετα θα κόστιζε 600 ευρώ για αυτό που είναι.
1. Η εικόνα 4κ στις 27'' είναι πάρα πολύ καλή,αυτό που λένε για τις 4Κ ότι δεν βολεύει λόγω του ότι έχει πολύ μικρά εικονίδια γραματοσειρές κτλ. δεν με ένοιαξε καθόλου μιας και έχει άπειρο χώρο,επίσεις γραματοσειρές σε browsing κάνεις zoom και δεν σε νοιάζει καθόλου.
2. Ακόμα το text ειναι απίστευτο χωρίς καθόλου πιξέλιασμα όπως και πίξελ δεν θα δείτε με τίποτα ούτε από κοντά.
3. Χρόνος απόκρισης είναι τέλειος,περίπου στα 6-10ms και όσοι νομίζουν ότι θα πάρουν οθόνη με 1ms στην πραγματικότητα είναι 3+ άρα οι διαφορές είναι μηδαμινές και δεν θα δείτε καμία διαφορά ακόμα και σε games.
4. Τα 60 hertz είναι αρκετά για όλες τις χρήσεις ακομα ΚΑΙ ΓΙΑ GAMES εκτός και αν είσαι ο επαγγελματίας Counterstrike και βγάζεις χρήματα από αυτό τότε ναι θες παραπάνω.Για παιχνίδια στρατηγικής που παίζω εγώ online είναι υπέρ αρκετά.
5. Αν παίζει κάποιος πολύ βαριά παιχνίδια καλύτερα να πάρει 2Κ οθόνη μιας και η 4Κ είναι πόνος για τις κάρτες γραφικών και τα FPS και στην ουσία δεν θα καταλάβεις και πολλά από την ανάλυση στα παιχνίδια γιατί παρατηρείς το παιχνίδι.Τα FPS όμως είναι σημαντικά...Γιαυτό για hardcore gaming 2Κ.
6. Μεγάλο συν η USB-C 60w φόρτιση που έχω μόνιμα καλώδιο πάνω.
7. Η βάση πολύ σταθερή.
8. Προσοχή για να βγάλει 4Κ 60Hertz θα πρέπει το καλώδιο να είναι High Speed HDMI 2.0 και πάνω.Είχα ένα παλιό με το οποίο η οθόνη δεν αναγνωριζόταν απο το λάπτοπ και μετά από προσπάθεια την κατέβασα στα 30hertz προσωρινά και μετά από δύο μέρες πήρα άλλο καλώδιο.
9. Τα ηχεία της έχουν καλό ήχο,όχι τρελά πράγματα,με χαμηλή προς μέτρια ένταση,αρκετή για παιχνίδια,youtube κτλ,καλύτερο ήχο σίγουρα από το λάπτοπ.
10. Κατεβάστε και το πρόγραμμα της Dell για να μπορείτε να παίξετε με διάφορα στοιχεία κτλ.Λινκ παρακάτω.

My first big screen and I'm not crying a single cent. On the positive side, its colors are very good and it's the right size for programming. The screen has the ability to rotate vertically but I haven't used it yet. One disadvantage, I would say, is the access to the ports at the back. It has a USB type C port but you have to try a little to plug in the cable as the port is in an inaccessible spot. Other than that, I would buy it again and recommend it to others. Note that I don't play games nor am I a monitor expert. I watch my movies and do my work, what else can I ask for the money?
Η πρώτη μου μεγάλη οθόνη και δεν κλαίω ούτε cent.
Στα θετικά είναι τα πολύ καλά χρώματα της και το κατάλληλο για εμέ μέγεθος για programming. Η οθόνη έχει την δυνατότητα να γυρίζει κάθετα αλλά δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμα.
Ένα μειονέκτημα, θα έλεγα ότι είναι η πρόσβαση στις θύρες από πίσω. Έχει θέση για USB type C αλλά για να βάλεις το καλώδιο πρέπει να το προσπαθήσεις λίγο καθώς η θύρα βρίσκεται σε δυσπρόσιτο σημείο.
Other than that, θα την ξανα-αγόραζα και θα την πρότεινα και σε άλλους.
Υπόψιν, ότι δεν παίζω παιχνίδια ούτε είμαι monitor-expert. Τις ταινιούλες μου τις βλέπω, την δουλειά μου την κάνω, τι άλλο να ζητήσω για τα χρήματα αυτά;

The Dell S2722QC is a very good monitor for its price, excellent picture, very good user experience… as long as it works.
Unfortunately, after just one week of use, a small accident (a light touch against the wall that left a small scratch on the back as you can see in the photo) made it stop working completely. The damage was purely cosmetic, but the monitor no longer turns on.
I acknowledged that the responsibility was mine and I was willing to pay for a repair. I understand that the IPS panel is the most expensive part of such a monitor, but Dell Greece did not even bother to check if the panel was actually damaged or if something else could be repaired. The only "solution" offered to me was to buy a new monitor.
For a device worth €350, it is disappointing that there is no repair program or spare parts availability, especially from a company like Dell. This is not only unfair to the consumer, as it pushes for the disposal of almost new products instead of giving the option of repair.
In summary: the monitor is excellent for its price, but Dell’s support policy in such cases disappointed me and now, since I will probably have to buy a new one, this neglect and lack of engagement, even to explain things to me, guess what it will lead me to—to buy a monitor from another brand.
Η Dell S2722QC είναι μια πολύ καλή οθόνη για τα χρήματά της, εξαιρετική εικόνα, πολύ καλή εμπειρία χρήσης… όσο δουλεύει.
Δυστυχώς, μετά από μόλις μία εβδομάδα χρήσης, ένα μικρό ατύχημα (ελαφρύ άγγιγμα στον τοίχο που άφησε μια μικρή γρατζουνιά στο πίσω μέρος όπως βλέπετε στη φωτό) την έκανε να σταματήσει να λειτουργεί εντελώς. Η ζημιά ήταν καθαρά αισθητική, αλλά η οθόνη πλέον δεν ανάβει.
Αναγνώρισα ότι η ευθύνη ήταν δική μου και ήμουν πρόθυμος να πληρώσω για επισκευή. Κατανοώ ότι το IPS panel είναι το πιο ακριβό κομμάτι μιας τέτοιας οθόνης, όμως η Dell Ελλάδας δεν μπήκε καν στη διαδικασία να ελέγξει αν το panel είχε πράγματι πρόβλημα ή αν μπορούσε να επισκευαστεί κάτι άλλο. Η μόνη «λύση» που μου προτάθηκε ήταν η αγορά καινούριας οθόνης.
Για μια συσκευή αξίας 350€, είναι απογοητευτικό να μην υπάρχει κανένα πρόγραμμα επισκευής ή διάθεσης ανταλλακτικών, ειδικά από μια εταιρεία όπως η Dell. Αυτό δεν είναι μόνο άδικο για τον καταναλωτή, , αφού ωθεί σε απόρριψη σχεδόν καινούριων προϊόντων αντί να δίνεται η επιλογή επισκευής.
Συνοψίζοντας: η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική για τα χρήματά της, αλλά η πολιτική υποστήριξης της Dell σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις με απογοήτευσε και τώρα μάλλον που αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούργια αυτός ο παραγκονισμός και η μή ενασχόληση έστω να μου εξηγήσουν μαντέψτε σε τι θα με ωθήσει, να πάρω άλλη μάρκα οθόνη.
Very good monitor, especially for its price. I use it with a Macbook M1 Pro and I have no complaints.
I use Better Display to get the highest resolution I can with HiDPI.
Obviously, the PPI is not enough to compare with the Mac's Retina XDR, nor in color performance.
That said, I am a software engineer and color accuracy doesn't concern me that much, so I can live with the above two.
Πάρα πολύ καλή οθόνη, ειδικότερα για τα χρήματα της. Τη χρησιμοποιώ με ένα Macbook M1 Pro και δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.
Χρησιμοποιώ Better Display για να πάρω το υψηλότερο resolution που μπορώ με HiDPI.
Προφανώς το PPI δεν είναι αρκετό για να συγκριθεί με τη Retina XDR του mac, ούτε και σε απόδοση χρωμάτων.
Παρόλα αυτά, είμαι software engineer και το color accuracy δεν με αφορά τόσο πολύ, οπότε μπορώ να ζήσω με τα 2 παραπάνω.
A very honest alternative for those who are used to Mac screens. As a graphic designer, I can say that it has satisfied me quite a bit and there is no deviation from the colors I work with.
Πολύ τίμια εναλλακτική για όσους έχουν καλομάθει στις οθόνες των Mac. Σαν γραφίστρα μπορώ να πω πως με έχει καλύψει αρκετά και δεν έχει απόκλιση απο τα χρώματα που δουλεύω.
Purchased for Mac Mini M4 and it is flawless. The speakers are nothing special and I wouldn't recommend them for regular listening, but the picture is fantastic and the USB Hub is excellent for my daily routine as I switch devices often due to work without needing any extra cables

First impressions are very positive. Beautiful screen with a relatively premium feel, fast and easy assembly, power supply integrated into the screen (no external 'brick' to search for and accommodate), connection + power of the MacBook Air M1 with a USB-C cable (provided in the package), so no more plugging and unplugging the Mac's power supply to make it work as a desktop. It has two additional HDMI inputs (in fact, I read that it can display two sources simultaneously), a speaker/headphone output, and one (1) USB port to which I connected my webcam. Great height adjustment capabilities, vertical and horizontal rotation axis, and full rotation of the screen in vertical layout. Note that the stand shown in the photos I had before and I keep it for office organization purposes, but practically it is not necessary to bring the screen to an ergonomically correct height.
From the moment it is turned on, the screen synchronizes with the MacBook in default FHD (1920x1080) resolution, and to change it, one must go to the MacOS settings. Here, caution is needed because the USB-C port is initially set to prioritize data transfer, and many of the necessary options do not appear in the menu until some necessary settings are made in the screen menu. So, to unlock all resolutions, one must go from the screen menu and select "Display" > "USB-C Prioritization" > "High Resolution". Various users also recommend ensuring that in the same menu, "Smart HDR" is turned off, as otherwise the screen may flicker. After these steps, the screen settings menu in MacOS displays a range of resolutions that can work without loss, including 4K/60Hz. This is also where the option to rotate the screen in vertical layout appears. Personally, I found the best ratio of workspace surface area / letter size in a resolution of 2304x1296 / 60Hz (available when selecting "Show all resolutions"), but this may vary for each user.
In conclusion, from the first impression, the screen represents incredible value for money. I appreciate the connectivity with a cable to the MacBook Air M1, as well as the plethora of ergonomic settings in all possible positions and viewing angles. I have not made any adjustments to color/brightness/contrast/clarity/etc., but the image already looks sufficient from its factory setup. If anything changes in the future, I will come back, but for office work on a Mac, I can't find any obvious flaws.
*It would be ideal to have two (2) USB ports available to connect an additional webcam and an external USB microphone. This is not a real problem because now there is a free USB-C port on the MacBook and I can connect directly there, but it is a half step away from the ideal scenario of connecting the laptop to my desk with just one cable.
**The speakers are at the limit of adequacy, just enough to pass sound. For listening to music or even dialogues with someone in person, external speakers/headphones are definitely needed!
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις πολύ θετικές. Όμορφη οθόνη με σχετικά premium αίσθηση, γρήγορη και πανεύκολη συναρμολόγηση, τροφοδοτικό ενσωματωμένο στην οθόνη (δεν υπάρχει εξωτερικό 'τούβλο' για να ψάχνεις να το βολέψεις), σύνδεση + τροφοδοσία του MacBook Air M1 με ένα καλώδιο USB-C (προσφέρεται στη συσκευασία) οπότε τέρμα το βάλε-βγάλε του τροφοδοτικού του Mac για να μπορέσει να δουλέψει ως desktop. Έχει δύο επιπλέον εισόδους HDMI (μάλιστα διαβάζω πως μπορεί να δείξει δύο πηγές παράλληλα), μια έξοδο ηχείων/ακουστικών και μια (1) θύρα USB στην οποία συνέδεσα τη webcam που είχα. Μεγάλες δυνατότητες διαμόρφωσης καθ' ύψος, περιστροφή στον κατακόρυφο και οριζόντιο άξονα αλλά και πλήρης περιστροφή της οθόνης σε κατακόρυφη διάταξη. Να σημειωθεί πως τη βάση που φαίνεται στις φωτό την είχα από πριν και την κρατάω για λόγους οργάνωσης γραφείου, όμως πρακτικά δεν χρειάζεται για να έρθει η οθόνη σε ένα εργονομικά σωστό ύψος.
Από το άνοιγμα η οθόνη συγχρονίζει με το MacBook σε προεπιλογή FHD (1920Χ1080) και για να το αλλάξει κανείς θα πρέπει να πάει στις ρυθμίσεις του MacOS. Εδώ χρειάζεται προσοχή, γιατί η θύρα USB-C είναι κατ' αρχήν ρυθμισμένη για να δίνει προτεραιότητα στη μεταγωγή δεδομένων και πολλές από τις απαραίτητες επιλογές δεν φαίνονται στο μενού μέχρι να γίνουν κάποιες απαρίατητες ρυθμίσεις στο μενού της οθόνης. Έτσι, για να ξεκλειδώσει κανείς όλες τις αναλύσεις θα πρέπει να πάει από το μενού της οθόνης και να επιλέξει “Display” > “USB-C Prioritization” > “High Resolution”. Διάφοροι χρήστες συνιστούν να εξασφαλίζουμε επίσης ότι στο ίδιο μενού το “Smart HDR” είναι κλειστό γιατί αλλιώς η οθόνη μπορεί να κάνει flicker. Μετά από αυτά τα βήματα, το μενού ρύθμισης της οθόνης στο MacOS εμφανίζει μια σειρά από αναλύσεις που μπορούν να δουλέψουν χωρίς απώλειες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της 4Κ/60Hz. Επίσης έτσι εμφανίζεται και η επιλογή για περιστροφή της οθόνης σε κατακόρυφη διάταξη. Προσωπικά βρήκα την καλύτερη αναλογία χώρου επιφάνειας εργασίας / μεγέθους γραμμάτων σε ανάλυση 2304Χ1296 / 60Hz (διαθέσιμη εφόσον επιλέξουμε "Εμφάνιση όλων των αναλύσεων") αλλά αυτό μπορεί να διαφέρει για τον κάθε έναν χρήστη.
Συμπερασματικά από την πρώτη εντύπωση, η οθόνη αντιπροσωπεύει φοβερό VFM για τα χρήματα που ζητάει. Κρατώ την συνδεσιμότητα με ένα καλώδιο με το MacBook Air M1, όπως και την πληθώρα εργονομικών ρυθμίσεων σε όλες τις πιθανές θέσεις και γωνίες θέασης. Δεν έχω κάνει καμια ρύθμιση στο χρώμα/φωτεινότητα/αντίθεση/ευκρίνεια/... κ.λπ. αλλά η εικόνα δείχνει επαρκής ήδη από το εργοστασιακό της στήσιμο. Αν αλλάξει κάτι στο μέλλον θα επανέλθω, αλλά για δουλειά γραφείου σε Mac δεν μπορώ να της βρω κάποιο προφανές ψεγάδι.*

** Τα ηχεία είναι στο όριο του επαρκούς, ίσα για να περνάει ήχος. Για ακρόαση μουσικής ή ακόμα και για διαλόγους με κάποιο φυσικό σώμα χρειάζονται εξωτερικά ηχεία / ακουστικά οπωσδήποτε!
Compared to the previous model of dell 27’’ that I have with similar characteristics, it has worse sound, it doesn't have comfort view, the type-c cable is much smaller and of worse quality. Using the same settings, I have not managed to show the 2 screens with the same colors. I expected that by buying a better-more expensive model, the quality would also improve. The only thing that went up was the 100€ in the final price and the resolution from Qhd to 4k.
Σε σύγκριση με προηγούμενο μοντέλο dell 27’’ που έχω με παρόμοια χαρακτηριστικά, έχει χειρότερο ήχο, δεν έχει το comfort view, το type-c καλώδιο είναι πολύ μικρότερο και χειρότερης ποιότητας. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις ίδιες ρυθμίσεις δεν έχω καταφέρει να δείχνουν οι 2 οθόνες με τα ίδια χρώματα. Περίμενα ότι αγοράζοντας καλύτερο-ακριβότερο μοντέλο θα ανέβαινε και η ποιότητα. Το μόνο που ανέβηκε ήταν τα 100€ στην τελική τιμή και η ανάλυση από Qhd σε 4k.
The Dell S2722QC is a very good monitor for its price, excellent picture, very good user experience… as long as it works.
Unfortunately, after just one week of use, a small accident (a light touch against the wall that left a small scratch on the back as you can see in the photo) made it stop working completely. The damage was purely cosmetic, but the monitor no longer turns on.
I acknowledged that the responsibility was mine and I was willing to pay for a repair. I understand that the IPS panel is the most expensive part of such a monitor, but Dell Greece did not even bother to check if the panel was actually damaged or if something else could be repaired. The only "solution" offered to me was to buy a new monitor.
For a device worth €350, it is disappointing that there is no repair program or spare parts availability, especially from a company like Dell. This is not only unfair to the consumer, as it pushes for the disposal of almost new products instead of giving the option of repair.
In summary: the monitor is excellent for its price, but Dell’s support policy in such cases disappointed me and now, since I will probably have to buy a new one, this neglect and lack of engagement, even to explain things to me, guess what it will lead me to—to buy a monitor from another brand.
Η Dell S2722QC είναι μια πολύ καλή οθόνη για τα χρήματά της, εξαιρετική εικόνα, πολύ καλή εμπειρία χρήσης… όσο δουλεύει.
Δυστυχώς, μετά από μόλις μία εβδομάδα χρήσης, ένα μικρό ατύχημα (ελαφρύ άγγιγμα στον τοίχο που άφησε μια μικρή γρατζουνιά στο πίσω μέρος όπως βλέπετε στη φωτό) την έκανε να σταματήσει να λειτουργεί εντελώς. Η ζημιά ήταν καθαρά αισθητική, αλλά η οθόνη πλέον δεν ανάβει.
Αναγνώρισα ότι η ευθύνη ήταν δική μου και ήμουν πρόθυμος να πληρώσω για επισκευή. Κατανοώ ότι το IPS panel είναι το πιο ακριβό κομμάτι μιας τέτοιας οθόνης, όμως η Dell Ελλάδας δεν μπήκε καν στη διαδικασία να ελέγξει αν το panel είχε πράγματι πρόβλημα ή αν μπορούσε να επισκευαστεί κάτι άλλο. Η μόνη «λύση» που μου προτάθηκε ήταν η αγορά καινούριας οθόνης.
Για μια συσκευή αξίας 350€, είναι απογοητευτικό να μην υπάρχει κανένα πρόγραμμα επισκευής ή διάθεσης ανταλλακτικών, ειδικά από μια εταιρεία όπως η Dell. Αυτό δεν είναι μόνο άδικο για τον καταναλωτή, , αφού ωθεί σε απόρριψη σχεδόν καινούριων προϊόντων αντί να δίνεται η επιλογή επισκευής.
Συνοψίζοντας: η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική για τα χρήματά της, αλλά η πολιτική υποστήριξης της Dell σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις με απογοήτευσε και τώρα μάλλον που αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούργια αυτός ο παραγκονισμός και η μή ενασχόληση έστω να μου εξηγήσουν μαντέψτε σε τι θα με ωθήσει, να πάρω άλλη μάρκα οθόνη.
Very good monitor, especially for its price. I use it with a Macbook M1 Pro and I have no complaints.
I use Better Display to get the highest resolution I can with HiDPI.
Obviously, the PPI is not enough to compare with the Mac's Retina XDR, nor in color performance.
That said, I am a software engineer and color accuracy doesn't concern me that much, so I can live with the above two.
Πάρα πολύ καλή οθόνη, ειδικότερα για τα χρήματα της. Τη χρησιμοποιώ με ένα Macbook M1 Pro και δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.
Χρησιμοποιώ Better Display για να πάρω το υψηλότερο resolution που μπορώ με HiDPI.
Προφανώς το PPI δεν είναι αρκετό για να συγκριθεί με τη Retina XDR του mac, ούτε και σε απόδοση χρωμάτων.
Παρόλα αυτά, είμαι software engineer και το color accuracy δεν με αφορά τόσο πολύ, οπότε μπορώ να ζήσω με τα 2 παραπάνω.
A very honest alternative for those who are used to Mac screens. As a graphic designer, I can say that it has satisfied me quite a bit and there is no deviation from the colors I work with.

Purchased for Mac Mini M4 and it is flawless. The speakers are nothing special and I wouldn't recommend them for regular listening, but the picture is fantastic and the USB Hub is excellent for my daily routine as I switch devices often due to work without needing any extra cables

One of the best monitors available out there for under 500 euros. Specifically for connection with a Macbook, it surpasses in text clarity many more expensive monitors I have tried. Side by side with a 5K monitor from an iMac I had, I can't say it has much to envy. The speakers, as some others have mentioned, are completely basic, while I would ideally like it to have an additional 100 nits of brightness.
Μια από τις καλύτερες οθόνες που κυκλοφορούν εκεί έξω μέχρι τα 500 ευρω. Ειδικότερα για σύνδεση με Macbook, βάζει κάτω σε text clarity πολύ ακριβότερες οθόνες που έχω δοκιμάσει. Δίπλα-δίπλα με 5Κ monitor από imac που είχα, δεν μπορώ να πω ότι έχει να ζηλέψει πάρα πολλά. Τα ηχεία όπως είπαν και κάποιοι άλλοι είναι εντελώς basic, ενώ θα ήθελα ιδανικά να είχε και 100 nits ακόμη φωτεινότητα.

The screen is incredibly excellent in colors and connectivity. It charges all laptops with one cable and the only thing I adjusted differently is that I increased the brightness from 75% to 80-85% and everything is simply perfect. I also tried to download the links mentioned below but I couldn't install them. I'm not a technology guru, of course.
Η οθόνη είναι φοβερά εξαιρετική σε χρώματα και συνδεσιμότητα. Φορτίζει με ένα καλώδιο όλα τα laptops και το μόνο που ρύθμισα διαφορετικά είναι ότι αύξησα την φωτεινότητα από 75% σε 80-85% και είναι απλά όλα τέλεια. επίσης δοκίμασα να κατεβάσω τα links που αναφέρονται παρακάτω αλλά δεν τα κατάφερα να τα εγκαταστήσω. Δεν είμαι και guru τεχνολογίας βέβαια.

I have it connected to a MacBook Pro M2 14 with a 2K resolution using the Better Display app and the necessary settings (hdpi, font smooth, etc.). The image is good, but you can notice a difference in resolution quality compared to the MacBook. Obviously, you need a monitor with a resolution of over 1K to have similar quality.
Nevertheless, it is a decent choice for the money I paid (270 euros). You can charge it and have a simultaneous display with the USB-C cable, and you can connect a mouse and keyboard (be careful with HDMI, as the mouse and keyboard do not work since HDMI does not transmit a signal from USB).
When I have it connected to Windows in 4K, it is simply pure enjoyment!
Το έχω συνδεδεμένο με macbook pro m2 14 στα 2κ ανάλυση με την εφαρμογη better display και τις απαραίτητες ρυθμίσεις (hdpi, font smooth κλπ) . Η εικόνα είναι καλή αλλά μπορείς να καταλάβεις διαφορά στην ποιότητα της ανάλυσης σε σχέση με το macbook , προφανώς χρειάζεται monitor πάνω από 1κ για να έχεις αντίστοιχη ποιότητα .
Παρόλα αυτά είναι μια αξιοπρεπής επιλογή για τα λεφτά που έδωσα ( 270 ευρώ) .Φορτίζεις και έχεις παράλληλα εικόνα με το usb-c καλώδιο και μπορείς να συνδέσεις ποντίκι και πληκτρολόγιο ( προσοχή με HDMI το ποντίκι και το πληκτρολόγιο δεν δουλεύουν καθώς το hdmi δεν μεταφέρει σήμα από usb).
Όταν την έχω συνδεδεμένη με windows σε 4κ είναι απλα σκέτη απόλαυση!
Excellent choice at 270 euros that I bought on Black Friday. I would prefer the colors to be a little better, especially when you're not sitting straight. Not something crazy, but definitely noticeable. Other than that, the monitor is an excellent budget choice and upgrading from 1080p to 4k is huge. Everything looks better and the screen can fit a lot more things. The ability to connect with USB-C is also very positive, as it practically offers image, sound, data, and power in one cable. It's the best option for anyone who wants to connect a laptop to the monitor (I connect a MacBook Air) and that was also a buying criterion. After experimenting with the settings, I have to say: a) do not change the response time, the screen is designed to work on default (8ms) and any other setting significantly reduces video quality b) unfortunately, HDR doesn't work well (it's pseudo-HDR from the beginning), so it has to stay disabled (specifically with the MacBook, the screen flickers). Some people here suggest downloading a color profile from a website. I have never seen duller and more unbalanced colors. Maybe it has to do with the Mac (I'm not an expert on colors and how profiles work). That's all from me. If you want to upgrade to 4k for tasks that don't require the best colors, go ahead and buy it (I use it for browsing and programming). If you care about perfect colors, go for an ultrasharp.
Εξαιρετικη επιλογή στα 270 ευρώ που την πηρα σε black friday. θα προτιμουσα τα χρώματα να είναι λίγο καλύτερα ειδικα οταν δεν καθεσαι στην ευθεία. οχι κατι τρελο, αλλα σίγουρα αισθητό. Κατα τα αλλα, το monitor ειναι εξαιρετικη budget επιλογη και ειναι αναβαθμιση απο 1080p σε 4κ ειναι τεραστια. Τα παντα φαινονται καλυτερα και η οθονη χωράει πολυ περισσότερα πραγματα. Πολύ θετική ειναι επίσης η δυνατοτητα συνδεσης με usb-c το οποιο πρακτικα προσφερει εικονα-ηχο-δεδομένα-ρευμα σε ενα καλώδιο. Ό,τι καλύτερο για όποιον θελει να συνδέει λαπτοπ στην οθονη (εγω συνδέω MacBook Air) και ηταν και αυτο κριτήριο αγοράς. Έπειτα απο πειραματισμό με τις ρυθμίσεις, εχω να πω: α) μην αλλάξετε το response time, οθονη ειναι σχεδιασμενη να λειτουργεί στο default (8ms) και σε οποιαδήποτε αλλη ρύθμιση η ποιότητα του βίντεο πέφτει αισθητά β) δυστυχώς το hdr δεν παίζει καλα (που ψευδο-hdr ειναι εξαρχης) με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να μένει απενεργοποιημένο (συγκεκριμένα με το MacBook η οθονη κανει flickering). Επίσης καποιοι εδω λενε να κατεβασετε ενα color profile απο ενα site. Δεν έχω δει πιο μουντά και unbalanced χρώματα. Ίσως εχει να κανει με το Mac (δεν ειμαι ειδικός στα χρώματα και το πως δουλεύουν τα προφιλ). Αυτά απο μένα, οποιος θελει να κανει την αναβαθμιση σε 4k για δουλειές που δεν χρειάζονται και τα καλυτερα χρώματα, αγοράστε αφοβα (εγω τη χρησιμοποιω για browsing και προγραμματισμό). Αν σας ενδιαφέρουν τα χρώματα να ειναι τελεια, πηγαίντε σε ultrasharp.
Daily use for coding and less for Xbox and PC gaming. Excellent in all aspects. Charges sufficiently (along with image of course) MacBook Pro M1 (2020). Very fair price at €330.

Μόνο ευχαριστημένος είμαι από την επιλογή μου. Τη χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά 10ωρο και συμπεριφέρεται άψογα και με συνδεδεμένο MacBook Pro M2 Max (2023).
Unacceptable from a company like Dell to bring a monitor with dead pixels and tell me that more than 5 is considered a problem! So, I will be working every day and seeing the dead pixels in front of me! Never again Dell, look to get monitors with a 0 dead pixel policy.
Απαράδεκτο απο μια εταιρεία σαν την Dell να φέρνει οθόνη με dead pixels και να μου λέει οτι πάνω απο 5 θεωρείτε πρόβλημα! Δηλαδή εγώ θα δουλεύω κάθε μέρα κι θα βλέπω τα dead pixel μπροστά μου! Ποτέ ξανά Dell κοιτάξτε να πάρετε monitors με πολιτική 0 dead pixels.

For Mac users beware: the HDMI cable that comes with the monitor does not support 60Hz in 4K resolution, resulting in laggy image on the screen, while the USB-C cable in the package is only 1M (not suitable for many office setups). If you need a longer cable, DO NOT purchase any USB-C male - USB-C male cables of USB 3.0+ 100W technology because they simply are not all suitable for image transfer. Look for Thunderbolt technology cables. 4 stars only due to cable incompatibility and length. Otherwise, it is a very good and comfortable monitor. Daily use for work 8+ hours.

The Dell S2722QC is a fantastic 27-inch 4K monitor. The picture quality is amazing, making everything from work to movies look great. The design is sleek and it's really easy to use. Plus, it has loads of ports, including USB-C, making it super convenient for connecting devices. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a top-notch screen.
I have had this monitor in my possession for about 5 months. Coming from the Dell U2414H, which I have had for 9 years, the upgrade is obviously significant. The colors out of the box are good, but you can significantly improve them through the review on RTINGS at the following link, https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2722qc by downloading the ICC profile from the Color Accuracy (Post-Calibration) field, as mentioned by other owners in previous comments.
Having both screens side by side, the colors are more vibrant and the accuracy is evident due to the higher resolution. Additionally, the brightness is satisfactory.
4K on a 27-inch screen looks very beautiful. Certainly, proportionally, a 32-inch screen may be more logical and correct for this resolution, but in any case, it is an enjoyable screen in my personal opinion.
Regarding the ports it has, there are two HDMI v2.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 1, 3.5mm Audio Jack (Audio Out, you can hear but cannot be used as a microphone), and one USB Type-C upstream/DisplayPort with Power Delivery up to 65W, through which you can have image and charging for a laptop. Finally, it also has two speakers that are of typical performance, so they can serve as a temporary solution.
For anyone who needs a monitor for everyday use, from browsing to YouTube, work such as coding or any type of office work, it is a very good choice.
In gaming mode, it can perform well, but definitely not in fast-paced games or FPS games, as you would want high FPS and the lowest possible response time, which it does not offer as it is limited to 60Hz and 4ms response time. For casual single-player gaming, it is fine.
Furthermore, the build quality is very good, and the stand is very stable, allowing rotation from both sides, height adjustment, and tilt up and down.
In conclusion, it is an overall very good choice, with which you can do many things and enjoy it for several years.
When I bought it, the price was around 400€ and it was definitely worth the money. Now you can find it at a lower price, making it even more attractive and a great value for money.
Την οθόνη την έχω στην κατοχή μου περίπου 5 μήνες. Προερχόμενος από την Dell U2414H την οποία την έχω 9 χρόνια, η αναβάθμιση προφανώς σημαντική. Τα χρώματά της out of the box είναι καλά, αλλά μπορείτε τα βελτιώσετε σημαντικά μέσα από το review του RTINGS στο παρακάτω link, https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/s2722qc κατεβάζοντας το icc profile μέσα από το πεδίο Color Accuracy (Post-Calibration), όπως έχουν αναφέρει και οι υπόλοιποι κάτοχοι στα προηγούμενα σχόλια.
Έχοντας και τις δύο οθόνες δίπλα – δίπλα τα χρώματα είναι πιο ζωντανά και η ακρίβεια εξαιτίας της μεγαλύτερης ανάλυσης είναι εμφανής. Επιπρόσθετα, η φωτεινότητά της είναι ικανοποιητική.
Το 4K σε μία 27 ιντσών φαίνεται πολύ όμορφο. Σίγουρα αναλογικά γι αυτή την ανάλυση μία οθόνη 32 ιντσών μπορεί να είναι πιο λογική και σωστή, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση είναι απολαυστική οθόνη κατά την προσωπική μου άποψη.
Σχετικά με τις θύρες που διαθέτει δύο HDMI v2.0, δύο USB 3.2 Gen 1, Audio Jack 3.5mm (Audio Out, ακούς αλλά δε μπορεί να χρησιμοιποιηθεί σαν μικρόφωνο) και μία θύρα USB Type-C upstream/DisplayPort with Power Delivery μέχρι 65W, μέσω της οποίας μπορείς να έχεις εικόνα και φόρτιση ενός laptop. Τέλος, διαθέτει και δύο ηχεία τα οποία είναι πολύ τυπικών επιδόσεων, άρα και για προσωρινή λύση.
Για όποιον/α χρειάζεται μία οθόνη για καθημερινή χρήση από browsing έως YouTube, εργασία όπως πχ coding ή κάθε φύσεως γραφειακή δουλειά είναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή.
Σε κατάσταση gaming μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί, σαφέστατα όμως όχι σε fast pace παιχνίδια ή FPS games, γιατί εκεί θέλεις τα πολλά FPS και το λιγότερο δυνατό response time, πράγματα που δεν στα προσφέρει καθώς περιορίζεται στα 60Hz και 4ms response time. Για casual single player gaming είναι μία χαρά.
Ακόμη η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι πολύ καλή, η βάση της πολύ σταθερή δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα για περιστροφή και από τις δύο πλευρές, διαχείριση ύψους και tilt προς τα πάνω και προς τα κάτω.
Εν κατακλείδι, πρόκειται για μία overall πολύ καλή επιλογη, με την οποία μπορείς να κάνεις πολλά πράγματα και να την απολαύσεις για αρκετά χρόνια.
Η τιμή της όταν την είχα αγοράσει ήταν κοντά στα 400€ και άξιζε σίγουρα τα λεφτά της. Πλέον μπορείτε να τη βρείτε σε πιο χαμηλή τιμή, όπου την κάνει ακόμα πιο ελκυστική και Value For Money.

Oπότε εκτός από πολύ καλή οθόνη είναι και πολύ εύχρηστη για σύνδεση με λαπτοπ.

The screen is a gem. Real VFM. At 335 euros, you would be foolish to choose anything else. The screen would easily cost 600 euros for what it is.
2. The 4K image on a 27'' screen is very good. The common complaint about 4K, that it doesn't work well because it has very small icons, fonts, etc., didn't bother me at all because it has infinite space. Also, you can zoom in on fonts while browsing and it doesn't bother you at all.
3. The response time is perfect, around 6-10ms. Those who think they will get a screen with 1ms response time are actually getting 3+ms, so the differences are minimal and you won't see any difference even in games.
4. 60 hertz is enough for all uses, even for games, unless you are a professional Counterstrike player and make money from it, then yes, you want more. For the strategy games I play online, it's more than enough.
5. If someone plays very heavy games, it's better to get a 2K screen since 4K is a pain for graphics cards and FPS, and in essence, you won't notice much difference in resolution in games because you're focused on the game. But FPS is important... that's why for hardcore gaming, go for 2K.
6. A big plus is the USB-C 60w charging that I have a permanent cable for.

8. Be careful, to get 4K 60Hertz, the cable must be High Speed HDMI 2.0 or higher. I had an old one that the screen wasn't recognized by the laptop, and after trying, I temporarily lowered it to 30hertz and then after two days, I got another cable.

Η οθόνη είναι ένα κόσμημα.Πραγματικό VFM.Στα 335 ευρώ θα ήσουν χαζός αν διάλεγες οτιδήποτε άλλο.Η οθόνη άνετα θα κόστιζε 600 ευρώ για αυτό που είναι.
1. Η εικόνα 4κ στις 27'' είναι πάρα πολύ καλή,αυτό που λένε για τις 4Κ ότι δεν βολεύει λόγω του ότι έχει πολύ μικρά εικονίδια γραματοσειρές κτλ. δεν με ένοιαξε καθόλου μιας και έχει άπειρο χώρο,επίσεις γραματοσειρές σε browsing κάνεις zoom και δεν σε νοιάζει καθόλου.
2. Ακόμα το text ειναι απίστευτο χωρίς καθόλου πιξέλιασμα όπως και πίξελ δεν θα δείτε με τίποτα ούτε από κοντά.
3. Χρόνος απόκρισης είναι τέλειος,περίπου στα 6-10ms και όσοι νομίζουν ότι θα πάρουν οθόνη με 1ms στην πραγματικότητα είναι 3+ άρα οι διαφορές είναι μηδαμινές και δεν θα δείτε καμία διαφορά ακόμα και σε games.
4. Τα 60 hertz είναι αρκετά για όλες τις χρήσεις ακομα ΚΑΙ ΓΙΑ GAMES εκτός και αν είσαι ο επαγγελματίας Counterstrike και βγάζεις χρήματα από αυτό τότε ναι θες παραπάνω.Για παιχνίδια στρατηγικής που παίζω εγώ online είναι υπέρ αρκετά.
5. Αν παίζει κάποιος πολύ βαριά παιχνίδια καλύτερα να πάρει 2Κ οθόνη μιας και η 4Κ είναι πόνος για τις κάρτες γραφικών και τα FPS και στην ουσία δεν θα καταλάβεις και πολλά από την ανάλυση στα παιχνίδια γιατί παρατηρείς το παιχνίδι.Τα FPS όμως είναι σημαντικά...Γιαυτό για hardcore gaming 2Κ.
6. Μεγάλο συν η USB-C 60w φόρτιση που έχω μόνιμα καλώδιο πάνω.
7. Η βάση πολύ σταθερή.
8. Προσοχή για να βγάλει 4Κ 60Hertz θα πρέπει το καλώδιο να είναι High Speed HDMI 2.0 και πάνω.Είχα ένα παλιό με το οποίο η οθόνη δεν αναγνωριζόταν απο το λάπτοπ και μετά από προσπάθεια την κατέβασα στα 30hertz προσωρινά και μετά από δύο μέρες πήρα άλλο καλώδιο.
9. Τα ηχεία της έχουν καλό ήχο,όχι τρελά πράγματα,με χαμηλή προς μέτρια ένταση,αρκετή για παιχνίδια,youtube κτλ,καλύτερο ήχο σίγουρα από το λάπτοπ.
10. Κατεβάστε και το πρόγραμμα της Dell για να μπορείτε να παίξετε με διάφορα στοιχεία κτλ.Λινκ παρακάτω.

My first big screen and I'm not crying a single cent. On the positive side, its colors are very good and it's the right size for programming. The screen has the ability to rotate vertically but I haven't used it yet. One disadvantage, I would say, is the access to the ports at the back. It has a USB type C port but you have to try a little to plug in the cable as the port is in an inaccessible spot. Other than that, I would buy it again and recommend it to others. Note that I don't play games nor am I a monitor expert. I watch my movies and do my work, what else can I ask for the money?
Η πρώτη μου μεγάλη οθόνη και δεν κλαίω ούτε cent.
Στα θετικά είναι τα πολύ καλά χρώματα της και το κατάλληλο για εμέ μέγεθος για programming. Η οθόνη έχει την δυνατότητα να γυρίζει κάθετα αλλά δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμα.
Ένα μειονέκτημα, θα έλεγα ότι είναι η πρόσβαση στις θύρες από πίσω. Έχει θέση για USB type C αλλά για να βάλεις το καλώδιο πρέπει να το προσπαθήσεις λίγο καθώς η θύρα βρίσκεται σε δυσπρόσιτο σημείο.
Other than that, θα την ξανα-αγόραζα και θα την πρότεινα και σε άλλους.
Υπόψιν, ότι δεν παίζω παιχνίδια ούτε είμαι monitor-expert. Τις ταινιούλες μου τις βλέπω, την δουλειά μου την κάνω, τι άλλο να ζητήσω για τα χρήματα αυτά;

The Dell S2722QC is a very good monitor for its price, excellent picture, very good user experience… as long as it works.
Unfortunately, after just one week of use, a small accident (a light touch against the wall that left a small scratch on the back as you can see in the photo) made it stop working completely. The damage was purely cosmetic, but the monitor no longer turns on.
I acknowledged that the responsibility was mine and I was willing to pay for a repair. I understand that the IPS panel is the most expensive part of such a monitor, but Dell Greece did not even bother to check if the panel was actually damaged or if something else could be repaired. The only "solution" offered to me was to buy a new monitor.
For a device worth €350, it is disappointing that there is no repair program or spare parts availability, especially from a company like Dell. This is not only unfair to the consumer, as it pushes for the disposal of almost new products instead of giving the option of repair.
In summary: the monitor is excellent for its price, but Dell’s support policy in such cases disappointed me and now, since I will probably have to buy a new one, this neglect and lack of engagement, even to explain things to me, guess what it will lead me to—to buy a monitor from another brand.
Η Dell S2722QC είναι μια πολύ καλή οθόνη για τα χρήματά της, εξαιρετική εικόνα, πολύ καλή εμπειρία χρήσης… όσο δουλεύει.
Δυστυχώς, μετά από μόλις μία εβδομάδα χρήσης, ένα μικρό ατύχημα (ελαφρύ άγγιγμα στον τοίχο που άφησε μια μικρή γρατζουνιά στο πίσω μέρος όπως βλέπετε στη φωτό) την έκανε να σταματήσει να λειτουργεί εντελώς. Η ζημιά ήταν καθαρά αισθητική, αλλά η οθόνη πλέον δεν ανάβει.
Αναγνώρισα ότι η ευθύνη ήταν δική μου και ήμουν πρόθυμος να πληρώσω για επισκευή. Κατανοώ ότι το IPS panel είναι το πιο ακριβό κομμάτι μιας τέτοιας οθόνης, όμως η Dell Ελλάδας δεν μπήκε καν στη διαδικασία να ελέγξει αν το panel είχε πράγματι πρόβλημα ή αν μπορούσε να επισκευαστεί κάτι άλλο. Η μόνη «λύση» που μου προτάθηκε ήταν η αγορά καινούριας οθόνης.
Για μια συσκευή αξίας 350€, είναι απογοητευτικό να μην υπάρχει κανένα πρόγραμμα επισκευής ή διάθεσης ανταλλακτικών, ειδικά από μια εταιρεία όπως η Dell. Αυτό δεν είναι μόνο άδικο για τον καταναλωτή, , αφού ωθεί σε απόρριψη σχεδόν καινούριων προϊόντων αντί να δίνεται η επιλογή επισκευής.
Συνοψίζοντας: η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική για τα χρήματά της, αλλά η πολιτική υποστήριξης της Dell σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις με απογοήτευσε και τώρα μάλλον που αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούργια αυτός ο παραγκονισμός και η μή ενασχόληση έστω να μου εξηγήσουν μαντέψτε σε τι θα με ωθήσει, να πάρω άλλη μάρκα οθόνη.
Very good monitor, especially for its price. I use it with a Macbook M1 Pro and I have no complaints.
I use Better Display to get the highest resolution I can with HiDPI.
Obviously, the PPI is not enough to compare with the Mac's Retina XDR, nor in color performance.
That said, I am a software engineer and color accuracy doesn't concern me that much, so I can live with the above two.
Πάρα πολύ καλή οθόνη, ειδικότερα για τα χρήματα της. Τη χρησιμοποιώ με ένα Macbook M1 Pro και δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο.
Χρησιμοποιώ Better Display για να πάρω το υψηλότερο resolution που μπορώ με HiDPI.
Προφανώς το PPI δεν είναι αρκετό για να συγκριθεί με τη Retina XDR του mac, ούτε και σε απόδοση χρωμάτων.
Παρόλα αυτά, είμαι software engineer και το color accuracy δεν με αφορά τόσο πολύ, οπότε μπορώ να ζήσω με τα 2 παραπάνω.
A very honest alternative for those who are used to Mac screens. As a graphic designer, I can say that it has satisfied me quite a bit and there is no deviation from the colors I work with.
Πολύ τίμια εναλλακτική για όσους έχουν καλομάθει στις οθόνες των Mac. Σαν γραφίστρα μπορώ να πω πως με έχει καλύψει αρκετά και δεν έχει απόκλιση απο τα χρώματα που δουλεύω.
Purchased for Mac Mini M4 and it is flawless. The speakers are nothing special and I wouldn't recommend them for regular listening, but the picture is fantastic and the USB Hub is excellent for my daily routine as I switch devices often due to work without needing any extra cables
