Retarder Medium for delaying the drying time of Model Color by Vallejo 17ml 70597. Mix a few drops with the paint or dip the brush in the retarder on the palette. The colors will not change their consistency. Particularly useful for "wet on wet" techniques and for reducing film formation on the palette.
