Liposomal παιδια, εγω θα παρω και liposomal βιταμινη C, ειναι καλυτερα να επενδυσεις λιγα χρηματα παραπανω στην liposomal (αν και αυτος ο σιδηρος ειναι πολυ φθηνος) παρα να πετας τα χρηματα για αλλες βιταμινες και να μην κανουν δουλεια.
