Well guys, boys and girls, I will be as clear as possible. The fryer is amazing, I have had it since around September 15th, about fifteen days. So far, I have made Florina peppers, chicken nuggets, fish, burgers, and of course, potatoes. It cooks everything perfectly.
However, it's better not to put too many potatoes in it. It bakes perfectly up to one kilogram, but when I put one and a half kilograms, they turned out fine. But in my opinion, they are much better with fewer potatoes. It made all the food juicy. I don't know if I can convince you or not, but I'm telling you my opinion clearly and honestly.
Of course, the potatoes need to be flipped and mixed a couple of times, depending on the quantity you put in. But we also flip them in a frying pan, so it's the same. However, I believe this fryer is better than a frying pan. It's easy to clean, and most importantly, all the food I cooked so far, I did it without a drop of oil. Yes, I'm telling you the truth, not a single drop. I did the same in a frying pan, without adding any oil, and the burgers left a residue that ruined the non-stick coating, and I threw it away in one or two months.
You might say I bought a cheap frying pan, yes, but this fryer is also cheap compared to others. I highly recommend it without hesitation, and I also recommend getting a large capacity one, meaning a liter. For me, the small one is not worth it, even for two people. The large one allows for comfortable cooking and as much as possible, a layer of food can fit inside the fryer.

λοιπον παιδια αγορια και κοριτσια θα ειμαι οσο ποιο σαφης μπορω,η φρτιτεζα ειναι καταπληκτικη,την εχω απο τις 15/9 περιπου δεκαπεντε μερες,εχω κανει μεχρι τωρα πιπεριες φλωρινης,κοτομπουκιες,ψαρια,μπιφτεκια,και φυσικα πατατες,σε ολα ητα καταπλικτικη αψογο μαγειρεμα.
η πατατες ομως καλυτερα να μην τις βαζετε πολλες μεσα μεχρι ενα κιλο ψηνει τελεια απο εκει και περα που εβαλα εναμισυ κιλο καλα τις εκανε αλλα πιστεω με τις λιγτερες ειναι πολυ καλυτερες,ολα τα φαγητα τα εκανε ζουμερα,οτι και να πω δεν ξερω αν σας πεισω η οχι εγω λεω την γνωμη μου καθαρα και ξασταρα,βεβαια θελουν γυρισμα και οι πατατες ενα ανακατεματακι ισοσ και δυο φορες αναλογως την ποσοτητα που θα βαλετε,αλλα και στο τηγανι τα γυρναμε οποτε το ιδιο,ομως καλυτερο πιστευω απο τηγανι ειναι αυτη η φριτεζα,καθαριζει ευκολα και το συμαντικοτερο σας το λεω τωρα,ολα αυτα που σας γραφω οτι μαγειρεψα μεχρι τωρα τα εκανα χωρις σταγονα λαδι,ναι ουτε σταγονα αληθεια σας λεω,στο τηγανι εκανα το ιδιο δεν εβαζα καθολου λαδι και τα μπιφτεκια αφηναν μια καρβουνια που χαλουσε την αντικολητικη επιστρωση και σε ενα με δυο μηνες το πετουσα,θα μου πειτε φτηνο τηγανι επερνα ναι αλλα και αυτη η φριτεζα φτηνη ειναι αναλογα με αλλες,εγω την προτινω με κλειστα ματια,και προτεινω επισης να παρετε μεγαλη σε χωριτηκοτητα λιτα δηλαδη,δεν αξιζει για μενα η μικρη εστω και για δυο ατομα μεγαλη για να μαγειρευει ανετα και οσο γινεται να μπαινει μεσα στην φριτεζα μια στρωση.αυτα και πιστευω να σας βοηθησα,θα επανελθω μετα απο καιρο παλι να σας πω αν αλαξε κατι.
