    With diskpart and clean all, the write speed for HDD was about 40 MB/sec.
    I changed the docking station and the speed increased to 135 MB/sec (same disk, same cable, same USB port).
    I ran CrystalDiskInfo and my suspicions turned out to be true...
    Unfortunately, it's going back for a refund since it is advertised as UASP.
