Nostos Pure lemon balm is a dried herb used to prepare an infusion. For one cup, add one teaspoon to water at 80–90 °C and cover for 5–8 minutes before straining. Honey, milk or lemon can be added.
Caution is advised for people taking thyroid medication. If you are pregnant or taking medication or dietary supplements, consult a doctor beforehand. The product may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, lactose, soy, celery, gluten, mustard and sesame. To preserve it, store in a glass jar in a cool, dark, shaded place.
