It is ideal for supermarket products (cheeses /cold cuts/frozen items etc) if you don't have a means of transportation and you are on foot, so that they don't spoil and don't defrost due to intense and unbearable heat in the summer until you get home.

For everyday use at the office, I would say it's a bit large; however, it has been very convenient for me on busy days to fit both breakfast and lunch, while it is also very handy for 2-day/3-day trips to take a few things or to pack snacks for the road. It doesn't keep hot food warm for many hours, and to keep it cold, you need ice packs. I don't use it at all for hot food, so it doesn't bother me. For cold items, I put one or two ice packs, which do reduce the space, but everything stays cold. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with the use it has gotten. If you want it only for the office, there are more convenient lunch bags, though.

I use it because of my diet for work. It comfortably fits a day's worth of meals along with two or three fruits for snacks in between. Of course, with one or two small ice packs. In extreme heat left in the car under the sun, the ice packs lasted for a few hours but not the full 8 hours. However, in the shade of the car, even in the summer, they held up. In the photo that shows the inside, of course, underneath the bowl with the fruit, there is also the container with the food and a second ice pack underneath the containers.

I wanted a thermal bag that I could take to the office and be presentable. This is it, good quality, satisfactory space with its two separate compartments. It keeps the temperature well and is the right size. Neither small nor huge. And the price is very good! So, 5 stars from me and I highly recommend it!

I like it in terms of quality! I haven't tried it yet because I just received it, I'm writing just to let you know that if you want a large space, look for something else. It has two compartments as you can see, the bottom one holds the metal can of Coca Cola (4) but if you want an ice chest, it only fits up to there and then you have the top part that can hold a small container

It kept everything I placed inside it at a satisfactory temperature, whether it was at the bottom or at the top (with or without an ice pack). Nice, large size, and the strap can be placed on the back, which I believe would be more convenient. Additionally, it is long enough for taller individuals. Everything I have purchased from Cangaroo has been quite good, though.

Sturdy construction and large capacity. Easily fits 3 containers. What is not so convenient is the strap. When the bag is full and heavy, the strap "cuts" into the shoulder. A cushion on the strap would be helpful.

Very good, I didn't know it was a famous brand of baby products! Very convenient bag, I use it for work, you can put some fruit/yogurt on top. And underneath, the food can fit two glass bowls in the bottom compartment. It also keeps the food somewhat insulated from the outside temperature. Finally, the quality is very good, although it hasn't broken yet, which is why I will buy it again.
