Some people mentioned that they broke immediately. This mainly happens if they are old and have dried out (they are made of plastic). The ones I bought came to me dry enough...

They were purchased solely for the fact that if you have them on the car trunk, you will not receive a call from the traffic police. This and only this, because a vehicle with them worn on the tires will not go even 1 meter

I bought 2 sets in case one breaks!!
In 500 meters of road, I stopped 3 times!!
They all broke and got stuck between the brake discs and after my ordeal, I was immobilized in the middle of a snowstorm!!

Unacceptable! I tried them in the first snow and they broke as soon as the car moved.. You can only consider them as a joke for car anti-skid chains.

They were installed while the car was already in the snow, yet 9 out of 10 broke as soon as I released the clutch. Citroen Saxo, so a light car. I bought them out of curiosity and in the end, my question was answered, they don't even work for an emergency solution.

It is a cheap but also fast solution.
I believe that it is not suitable for excessive speeds and long distances.

Optically they look good and like they will do their job when needed. Since it rarely snows here in Corfu, I will come back to my comments the first chance I use them.
