HealthTrade grapefruit essential oil has a citrusy character and contains 100% natural grapefruit essential oil. It can be used for body massage, a relaxing bath, room fragrancing and compresses, always diluted according to the instructions for use.

For massage, add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado or almond oil, or 20–25 drops to 50 ml of either oil. For a bath, add 4–8 drops to milk or honey before mixing with the bathwater. For a compress, add 3–6 drops to 100 ml of warm or cold water. It can also be used in an essential oil burner with water and a tea light, as well as in the making of perfumes, candles, soaps, cosmetics and household products.
