Grapefruit Essential Oil

The essential oil of Grapefruit is used for reducing stress, combating depression, anorexia, indigestion, fluid retention, cellulite, oily skin, nervous exhaustion, obesity, fever, and lack of concentration. It is also used as an antiseptic, disinfectant, diuretic, soothing agent, astringent, and tonic. It promotes optimism, self-esteem, and vitality.

USE:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil or 20-25 drops to 50ml of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with water. Relax for 10-15 minutes in the scented water.
• For room fragrance: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner, adding water to the surface and a tealight candle to the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water depending on the case. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterilized gauze. Squeeze and apply it to the area that needs treatment.

It is widely used in the production of perfumes, household items, candles, soaps, cosmetics, etc. Combination suggestion: Grapefruit essential oil can be combined with lavender essential oil and geranium. For body use, use almond oil or avocado oil as a base.
