HealthTrade thyme essential oil has a camphoraceous aromatic character and consists of 100% natural thyme essential oil. It is intended for aromatherapy and external use after dilution in a carrier oil or water, depending on how it is used.

It can be used for body massage, in a relaxing bath, to scent a room, or for compresses. For massage, add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado or almond oil, or 20–25 drops to 50 ml of either oil. For a bath, add 4–8 drops to milk or honey, then add to the water. For compresses, use 3–6 drops in 100 ml of hot or cold water. To scent a room, add a few drops to an essential oil burner containing water and a tea light.
