Cinnamon Essential Oil

Cinnamon essential oil has antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. It is derived from the leaves of the cinnamon plant and is one of the strongest essential oils with antimicrobial action. It stimulates circulation, eases breathing, and combats unpleasant odors. It has antioxidant effects and contributes to reducing premature aging.

Usage:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with the water.
• For room fragrance: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water.

Cinnamon essential oil can be combined with grapefruit, lavender, thyme, and rosemary essential oils.
