HealthTrade cinnamon essential oil has a spicy aroma and is derived from the leaves of the cinnamon plant. It is 100% natural and can be used to scent a room, in massages, in the bath and in compresses, once diluted according to the directions for use. It can also be used to make perfumes, candles, soaps and cosmetics.

For massage, add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of almond or avocado oil, or 20–25 drops to 50 ml of either carrier oil. For a bath, add 4–8 drops to milk or honey, then add to the water. For a compress, add 3–6 drops to 100 ml of warm or cold water.
