Geranium Essential Oil

The essential oil is derived from the flowers, leaves, and stems of the plant. It is a balancing essential oil for both oily and dry skin. It has astringent and antimicrobial properties. Excellent for addressing skin issues such as eczema, acne, burns, and cuts. It helps improve blood and lymph circulation and consequently combats fluid retention and cellulite. Ideal for quick wound healing and a good deodorant, both for personal hygiene and for scenting spaces. A powerful anti-aging and anti-wrinkle oil as it acts against free radicals and sagging.

Usage:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil or 20-25 drops to 50ml of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with water. Relax for 10-15 minutes in the scented water.
• For scenting a space: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner, adding water to the surface and tealight candle at the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water depending on the case. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterile gauze. Squeeze and apply it to the area that needs treatment.

Combination Suggestions: Geranium essential oil can be combined with grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, orange, and rosemary essential oils. For body use, use almond oil or avocado oil as the base.
