Depending on the use you want to make of it, I consider that it does its job very well for its price. It is a reliable machine that has been working perfectly for me so far. I don't know if others have encountered any problems with it.

Πολύ γρήγορος επεξεργαστής.

Έχω τη μικρή έκδοση 2GB/16GB αλλά ακόμη και αυτή πραγματικά "πετάει". Το χρησιμοποιώ με Stremio, Kodi, Youtube (Smart Tube), Ertflix.
Αξίζει και με το παραπάνω !
I come from an already fast tvbox (S912 Cortex-A53) and I wanted a faster one even though I had doubts if it was worth it. It is excellent. I used it with LAN cable / optical fiber for sound. Bluetooth worked fine even from a good distance. No issues, really fast. If you don't only use Netflix, even if you surf or watch videos through the browser, especially if you use programs like Kodi that require a good CPU, this box is a must buy. PS: The s905x3 processors, although they are new, only support armeabi-v7 (32 bit). This makes it more difficult to find updated applications. Some apps do not appear on Google Play (Netflix) even though there are current versions, others appear but the installation fails (Pirinel Chess), and in both cases, I installed them from an apk that I made sure includes the armeabi-v7 module.
Προέρχομαι από ένα ήδη γρήγορο tvbox (S912 Cortex-A53) και ήθελα ένα γρηγορότερο αν και είχα ενδιασμούς αν άξιζε τον κόπο .
Είναι άριστο. To δούλεψα με LAN καλώδιο / οπτική ίνα στον ήχο . To Bluetooth επαιξε ΟΚ και από καλή απόσταση .
Κάνενα θέμα , όντως ανθρώπινα γρήγορο . Αν δεν δουλεύετε μόνο netflix , ακόμα και έαν surfάρετε ή βλέπετε video μέσω browser , ειδικά αν δουλεύετε προγράμματα οπως το Kodi που απαιτούν και κάποια καλή CPU, αυτό το κουτί είναι must buy .
ΥΓ: Οι s905x3 επεξεργαστές παρόλο που ειναι νέοι υποστηρίζουν μόνο το armeabi-v7 (32 bit) . Αυτό ίοως του καθιστά πιο δύσκολους από άποψη εύρεσης ενημερωμένων εφαρμογών . Στo Google Play αλλες εφαρμογές δεν εμφανίζονται (netflix) ενώ υπάρχουν τρέχουσες εκδόσεις , άλλες εμφανίζονται αλλά αποτυγχάνει η εκγατάσταση (Pirinel Chess) και στις 2 περιπτώσεις έκανα εγκ/ση από apk που σιγουρευτηκα ότι περιλαμβάνει armeabi-v7 module.

Recently purchased but problems appeared early on, with the main issue being the malfunctioning Play Store, which no longer works. However,
- Positives
Promising device with (probably) the fastest "cheap" CPU of 2020, with an Antutu score of around 75,000 (similar to the old Redmi Note 6). It has 3 USB-A ports (one of which is blue USB 3, but all are upside down, meaning you can't see the USB logo when you plug in a cable), Ethernet, and a microSD reader. It has a clock on the front to tell you the time. It doesn't have any ventilation holes, which might be a problem in the summer. You can connect a mouse or a wireless keyboard with a touchpad and get your work done. The remote control works fine for basic functions, but requires more clicks. The plastic of the remote control is of low quality and the buttons are noisy when clicked, but it works from a distance.
- Negatives
The main problem is that since 24/12/2020 (around that time), the Play Store has stopped working! It used to work before, as seen on YouTube, but now nothing.
Furthermore, the device does not support PLAY! Google has "thrown it out" and it is not compatible. The device is not Google certified and does not function properly with it. It does not install any applications and shows error 403 or 192 (less frequently) without any clear solution or reason for this happening. We have tried everything (factory reset, new Google account, time zone, clear cache, Google services update, etc.) and nothing works! Other X96 "variations" have also experienced this issue, so keep that in mind. (By the way, it is rooted, if that has anything to do with the "blockage").
You can't even install APKs from the many side load sites. In most cases (but not all), it shows that the application cannot be installed (app did not install). Some APKs can be installed depending on where you download them from.
The device would be almost useless (unless you change the Android firmware, as there are some AOSP options), but luckily we found a store called "https://en.aptoide.com/" where you can install it (download the APK from Chrome, which is included) and then it can install applications satisfactorily, including some Google apps (the regular YouTube app works because it has a special version for TV, and it was installed and works. Google Maps was installed but does not work). With this "store," at least you can install VLC, NX, Firefox, etc., although it constantly displays annoying ads that make you want to close it. Thanks to this store, the situation was saved, so it doesn't deserve 1 star (due to Chinese software).
You can also install other stores like AppGallery (Huawei) and one from Amazon (and possibly others), but I found these specific ones to be very limited in terms of applications, and most of the ones I tried didn't work. However, some did work from either store.
Of course, since it is not certified, it does not support Netflix in 1080p, only in a much lower resolution, unless you do some strange sideloading of the application and it works for as long as it does.
It has issues with Philips TVs from before 2010 with HDMI (colors get mixed up and you have to plug and unplug), but this seems to be a flaw with that specific TV, although the same TV has no issues with other devices (however, the TV box tested on an LG TV had no issues, so it should be fine in general).
P.S. To change the firmware, there is a hidden "reset" button inside the 3.5mm jack (press it with a toothpick). We haven't dealt with this issue yet.
P.S.2 We are waiting for a solution to the play from those who created it (no updates have been given since they fixed it in 2019). Probably we won't have a solution. If it is found and I learn about it, I will update the review.
Αγοράστηκε πρόσφατα αλλά τα προβλήματα φάνηκαν νωρίς με κυριότερο το "πειραγμάνο" Play Store που είχε και μας άφησε και δεν λειτουργεί πλέον. Αλλά
- Θετικά
Πολλά υποσχόμενο κουτάκι και με (μάλλον) τον γρηγορότερο "φτηνό" cpu εποχής 2020 με antutu κοντά στο 75.000 (όσο ήταν το παλιό redmi note 6.
Εχει 3 Xusb-A (1 είναι μπλέ usb 3, όλα ειναι ανάποδα δλδ δεν βλέπεις το usb logo όταν βάζεις καλώδιο), ethernet και mircosd reader. Εχει ρολογάκι μπροστά να σας λέει την ώρα. Κατά τα άλλα δεν έχει τρύπες εξαερισμού και ίσως το καλοκαίρι να δώσει πρόβλημα αυτό.
Συνδέεις ποντίκι, ή ασύρματο πληκτρολόγιο με touchpad και κάνεις καλά την δουλειά σου. Με το remote κάνει τα βασικά οκ αλλά με περισσότερα κλικ. Ειναι χαμηλής ποιότητα τα πλαστικά του τηλεχειριστηρίου και θορυβώδες το κλικ στα πλήκτρα αλλά λειτουργεί από μακριά.
-Αρνητικά
το κυριότερο πρόβλημα είναι ότι από 24/12/2020 (εκεί κοντά) έχουν σταματήσει να λειτουργεί το play store! Μέχρι τότε λειτουργούσε όπως βλέπετε και στο youtube. εμείς κατεβάσαμε μερικές πιο πριν αλλά μετά τπτ!
Τέλος το PLAY! η google το "πέταξε" έξω και δεν ειναι συμβατό με αυτό. H συσκευή ΔΕΝ είναι google certified και δεν λειτουργεί σωστά με αυτήν. Δεν βάζει καμία εφαρμογή και βγάζει σφάλμα 403 ή 192 (πιο σπάνια) χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποια σαφής λύση ή λόγος που αυτό συμβαίνει. Δοκιμάστηκαν τα ΠΑΝΤΑ (factory reset, new google account, time zone, clear cash, google services update κ.τ.λ) και τίποτα! Το έχουν πάθει και ΑΛΛΑ Χ96 "παραλλαγές" οπότε να το έχετε υπόψη σας. (btw είναι root αν σχετίζεται κάτι αυτό με τον "αποκλεισμό" ).
Ούτε apk μπορείς να εγκαταστήσεις αυτά που έχουν πολλά side load sites. Στα περισσότερα (όχι όμως όλα) σου πετάει ότι δεν εγκαθίσταται η εφαρμογή (app did not isntall βγάζει). Κάποια apk μπαίνουν ανάλογα που θα τα κατεβάσεις.
Θα ήταν περίπου για πέταμα η συσκευή (εκτός αν της αλλάζαμε Android firmware καθώς υπάρχουν κάποια AOSP) αλλά ευτυχώς βρέθηκε ένα store "https://en.aptoide.com/" που το εγκαθιστάς (κατεβάζεις το apk από τον chrome που εχει μεσα) και μετά αυτό μπορεί και εγκαθιστά εφαρμογές ικανοποιητικά και της google κάποιες (το youtube το κανονικό γιατί αυτό εχει άλλη έκδοση μεσα ειδική για TV, μπήκε και λειτουργεί. To google maps μπήκε αλλά δεν λειτουργεί). Με αυτό το "store" τουλάχιστον μπορείς να βάλεις VLC, NX, Firefox κτλ αν και κάθε φορά σου βγάζει επίμονες διαφημίσεις που τρομάζεις να κλείσεις. Με αυτό το store σώθηκε η κατάσταση και ετσι δεν παίρνει 1 αστεράκι (λογο κινεζολογισμικού).
Μπορείς να βάλεις και άλλα stores πχ appgalery (huawei) και ένα της amazon (και πιθανόν και άλλα) αλλά τα συγκεκριμένα τα βρήκα πολύ "φτωχά" σε εφαρμογές και πάλι δεν έμπαιναν οι περισσότερες που δοκίμασα. Κάποιες όμως έμπαιναν από το ένα ή το άλλο store.
Εννοείται αφού δεν ειναι πιστοποιημένο ΔΕΝ παίζει Netflix 1080p αλλά σε πολύ χαμηλότερη ανάλυση εκτός αν κάνεις κανέναν περίεργο sideload της εφαρμογής και για όσο αυτή δουλέψει.
Προβλήματα έχει με philips TV του πριν του 2010 με το hdmi (μπερδεύονται τα χρώματα και πρέπει να βαλεις βγάλεις) αλλά αυτό ειναι ελάττωμα αυτής της τηλεόρασης μάλλον αν και με άλλες συσκευές η ίδια τβ δεν έχει πρόβλημα (πάντως το tvbox σε LG που δοκιμάστηκε δεν εχει πρόβλημα και γενικά πρέπει να είναι οκ στο θεμα αυτό).
Υ.Γ. Για να αλλάξεις firmware υπάρχει κρυφό κουμπι "reset" στο βάθος του 3,5mm jack (το πατάς με οδοντογλυφίδα). Δεν ασχοληθήκαμε ακόμα με αυτό το θέμα.
Υ.Γ.2 Περιμένουμε λύση στο play από αυτούς που το έφτιαξαν (καμιά ενημέρωση που έχουν να δώσουν από τότε που το έφτιαξαν το 2019). Μαλλον δεν θα έχουμε λύση. Αν βρεθεί και το μάθω θα ενημερώσω το review.

Εχω το 64 gb .Το εχω 10 μέρες, στις πρωτες μερες πηγαινε καλα , τωρα 3 μερες συνεχεια κολληματα καιεπανεκκινησεις. Επανέρχομαι στην αξιολόγηση, μετα απο 10 μερες κολλησε η εφαρμογη MediaBox Launcher και δεν μπορουσα να την κλεισω ουτε αναγκαστικη διακοπη ουτε τιποτα , το πηγα στο καταστημα το εστειλε στην αντιπροσωπία και μου το αντικατέστησαν. Μου ειπαν απο το καταστημα οτι αυτο δεν θα εχει κανενα πρόβλημα . Δυστυχώς μετα απο μια ωρα λειτουργιας παλι η ιδια εφαρμογη κολλημένη και δεν μπορώ να κανω τίποτα, ουτε μπορω να την κλεισω ουτε αναγκαστική διακοπη ,αν ξερει καποιος κατι ας με βοηθήσει.

Είναι άριστο. To δούλεψα με LAN καλώδιο / οπτική ίνα στον ήχο . To Bluetooth επαιξε ΟΚ και από καλή απόσταση .
Κάνενα θέμα , όντως ανθρώπινα γρήγορο . Αν δεν δουλεύετε μόνο netflix , ακόμα και έαν surfάρετε ή βλέπετε video μέσω browser , ειδικά αν δουλεύετε προγράμματα οπως το Kodi που απαιτούν και κάποια καλή CPU, αυτό το κουτί είναι must buy .
ΥΓ: Οι s905x3 επεξεργαστές παρόλο που ειναι νέοι υποστηρίζουν μόνο το armeabi-v7 (32 bit) . Αυτό ίοως του καθιστά πιο δύσκολους από άποψη εύρεσης ενημερωμένων εφαρμογών . Στo Google Play αλλες εφαρμογές δεν εμφανίζονται (netflix) ενώ υπάρχουν τρέχουσες εκδόσεις , άλλες εμφανίζονται αλλά αποτυγχάνει η εκγατάσταση (Pirinel Chess) και στις 2 περιπτώσεις έκανα εγκ/ση από apk που σιγουρευτηκα ότι περιλαμβάνει armeabi-v7 module.

Recently purchased but problems appeared early on, with the main issue being the malfunctioning Play Store, which no longer works. However,
- Positives
Promising device with (probably) the fastest "cheap" CPU of 2020, with an Antutu score of around 75,000 (similar to the old Redmi Note 6). It has 3 USB-A ports (one of which is blue USB 3, but all are upside down, meaning you can't see the USB logo when you plug in a cable), Ethernet, and a microSD reader. It has a clock on the front to tell you the time. It doesn't have any ventilation holes, which might be a problem in the summer. You can connect a mouse or a wireless keyboard with a touchpad and get your work done. The remote control works fine for basic functions, but requires more clicks. The plastic of the remote control is of low quality and the buttons are noisy when clicked, but it works from a distance.
- Negatives
The main problem is that since 24/12/2020 (around that time), the Play Store has stopped working! It used to work before, as seen on YouTube, but now nothing.
Furthermore, the device does not support PLAY! Google has "thrown it out" and it is not compatible. The device is not Google certified and does not function properly with it. It does not install any applications and shows error 403 or 192 (less frequently) without any clear solution or reason for this happening. We have tried everything (factory reset, new Google account, time zone, clear cache, Google services update, etc.) and nothing works! Other X96 "variations" have also experienced this issue, so keep that in mind. (By the way, it is rooted, if that has anything to do with the "blockage").
You can't even install APKs from the many side load sites. In most cases (but not all), it shows that the application cannot be installed (app did not install). Some APKs can be installed depending on where you download them from.
The device would be almost useless (unless you change the Android firmware, as there are some AOSP options), but luckily we found a store called "https://en.aptoide.com/" where you can install it (download the APK from Chrome, which is included) and then it can install applications satisfactorily, including some Google apps (the regular YouTube app works because it has a special version for TV, and it was installed and works. Google Maps was installed but does not work). With this "store," at least you can install VLC, NX, Firefox, etc., although it constantly displays annoying ads that make you want to close it. Thanks to this store, the situation was saved, so it doesn't deserve 1 star (due to Chinese software).
You can also install other stores like AppGallery (Huawei) and one from Amazon (and possibly others), but I found these specific ones to be very limited in terms of applications, and most of the ones I tried didn't work. However, some did work from either store.
Of course, since it is not certified, it does not support Netflix in 1080p, only in a much lower resolution, unless you do some strange sideloading of the application and it works for as long as it does.
It has issues with Philips TVs from before 2010 with HDMI (colors get mixed up and you have to plug and unplug), but this seems to be a flaw with that specific TV, although the same TV has no issues with other devices (however, the TV box tested on an LG TV had no issues, so it should be fine in general).
P.S. To change the firmware, there is a hidden "reset" button inside the 3.5mm jack (press it with a toothpick). We haven't dealt with this issue yet.
P.S.2 We are waiting for a solution to the play from those who created it (no updates have been given since they fixed it in 2019). Probably we won't have a solution. If it is found and I learn about it, I will update the review.
Αγοράστηκε πρόσφατα αλλά τα προβλήματα φάνηκαν νωρίς με κυριότερο το "πειραγμάνο" Play Store που είχε και μας άφησε και δεν λειτουργεί πλέον. Αλλά
- Θετικά
Πολλά υποσχόμενο κουτάκι και με (μάλλον) τον γρηγορότερο "φτηνό" cpu εποχής 2020 με antutu κοντά στο 75.000 (όσο ήταν το παλιό redmi note 6.
Εχει 3 Xusb-A (1 είναι μπλέ usb 3, όλα ειναι ανάποδα δλδ δεν βλέπεις το usb logo όταν βάζεις καλώδιο), ethernet και mircosd reader. Εχει ρολογάκι μπροστά να σας λέει την ώρα. Κατά τα άλλα δεν έχει τρύπες εξαερισμού και ίσως το καλοκαίρι να δώσει πρόβλημα αυτό.
Συνδέεις ποντίκι, ή ασύρματο πληκτρολόγιο με touchpad και κάνεις καλά την δουλειά σου. Με το remote κάνει τα βασικά οκ αλλά με περισσότερα κλικ. Ειναι χαμηλής ποιότητα τα πλαστικά του τηλεχειριστηρίου και θορυβώδες το κλικ στα πλήκτρα αλλά λειτουργεί από μακριά.
-Αρνητικά
το κυριότερο πρόβλημα είναι ότι από 24/12/2020 (εκεί κοντά) έχουν σταματήσει να λειτουργεί το play store! Μέχρι τότε λειτουργούσε όπως βλέπετε και στο youtube. εμείς κατεβάσαμε μερικές πιο πριν αλλά μετά τπτ!
Τέλος το PLAY! η google το "πέταξε" έξω και δεν ειναι συμβατό με αυτό. H συσκευή ΔΕΝ είναι google certified και δεν λειτουργεί σωστά με αυτήν. Δεν βάζει καμία εφαρμογή και βγάζει σφάλμα 403 ή 192 (πιο σπάνια) χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποια σαφής λύση ή λόγος που αυτό συμβαίνει. Δοκιμάστηκαν τα ΠΑΝΤΑ (factory reset, new google account, time zone, clear cash, google services update κ.τ.λ) και τίποτα! Το έχουν πάθει και ΑΛΛΑ Χ96 "παραλλαγές" οπότε να το έχετε υπόψη σας. (btw είναι root αν σχετίζεται κάτι αυτό με τον "αποκλεισμό" ).
Ούτε apk μπορείς να εγκαταστήσεις αυτά που έχουν πολλά side load sites. Στα περισσότερα (όχι όμως όλα) σου πετάει ότι δεν εγκαθίσταται η εφαρμογή (app did not isntall βγάζει). Κάποια apk μπαίνουν ανάλογα που θα τα κατεβάσεις.
Θα ήταν περίπου για πέταμα η συσκευή (εκτός αν της αλλάζαμε Android firmware καθώς υπάρχουν κάποια AOSP) αλλά ευτυχώς βρέθηκε ένα store "https://en.aptoide.com/" που το εγκαθιστάς (κατεβάζεις το apk από τον chrome που εχει μεσα) και μετά αυτό μπορεί και εγκαθιστά εφαρμογές ικανοποιητικά και της google κάποιες (το youtube το κανονικό γιατί αυτό εχει άλλη έκδοση μεσα ειδική για TV, μπήκε και λειτουργεί. To google maps μπήκε αλλά δεν λειτουργεί). Με αυτό το "store" τουλάχιστον μπορείς να βάλεις VLC, NX, Firefox κτλ αν και κάθε φορά σου βγάζει επίμονες διαφημίσεις που τρομάζεις να κλείσεις. Με αυτό το store σώθηκε η κατάσταση και ετσι δεν παίρνει 1 αστεράκι (λογο κινεζολογισμικού).
Μπορείς να βάλεις και άλλα stores πχ appgalery (huawei) και ένα της amazon (και πιθανόν και άλλα) αλλά τα συγκεκριμένα τα βρήκα πολύ "φτωχά" σε εφαρμογές και πάλι δεν έμπαιναν οι περισσότερες που δοκίμασα. Κάποιες όμως έμπαιναν από το ένα ή το άλλο store.
Εννοείται αφού δεν ειναι πιστοποιημένο ΔΕΝ παίζει Netflix 1080p αλλά σε πολύ χαμηλότερη ανάλυση εκτός αν κάνεις κανέναν περίεργο sideload της εφαρμογής και για όσο αυτή δουλέψει.
Προβλήματα έχει με philips TV του πριν του 2010 με το hdmi (μπερδεύονται τα χρώματα και πρέπει να βαλεις βγάλεις) αλλά αυτό ειναι ελάττωμα αυτής της τηλεόρασης μάλλον αν και με άλλες συσκευές η ίδια τβ δεν έχει πρόβλημα (πάντως το tvbox σε LG που δοκιμάστηκε δεν εχει πρόβλημα και γενικά πρέπει να είναι οκ στο θεμα αυτό).
Υ.Γ. Για να αλλάξεις firmware υπάρχει κρυφό κουμπι "reset" στο βάθος του 3,5mm jack (το πατάς με οδοντογλυφίδα). Δεν ασχοληθήκαμε ακόμα με αυτό το θέμα.
Υ.Γ.2 Περιμένουμε λύση στο play από αυτούς που το έφτιαξαν (καμιά ενημέρωση που έχουν να δώσουν από τότε που το έφτιαξαν το 2019). Μαλλον δεν θα έχουμε λύση. Αν βρεθεί και το μάθω θα ενημερώσω το review.

Εχω το 64 gb .Το εχω 10 μέρες, στις πρωτες μερες πηγαινε καλα , τωρα 3 μερες συνεχεια κολληματα καιεπανεκκινησεις. Επανέρχομαι στην αξιολόγηση, μετα απο 10 μερες κολλησε η εφαρμογη MediaBox Launcher και δεν μπορουσα να την κλεισω ουτε αναγκαστικη διακοπη ουτε τιποτα , το πηγα στο καταστημα το εστειλε στην αντιπροσωπία και μου το αντικατέστησαν. Μου ειπαν απο το καταστημα οτι αυτο δεν θα εχει κανενα πρόβλημα . Δυστυχώς μετα απο μια ωρα λειτουργιας παλι η ιδια εφαρμογη κολλημένη και δεν μπορώ να κανω τίποτα, ουτε μπορω να την κλεισω ουτε αναγκαστική διακοπη ,αν ξερει καποιος κατι ας με βοηθήσει.

Στο πρώτο άνοιγμα και έκανε τρεις φορές reboot. Και τις τρεις φορές κόλλησε την τηλεόραση μου και αναγκάστηκα να κάνω αποσύνδεση από το HDMI. Η ποιότητα της εικόνας μου φάνηκε χαμηλότερη. Χωρίς ποντίκι ή/και πληκτρολόγιο είναι δύσχρηστο.

Depending on the use you want to make of it, I consider that it does its job very well for its price. It is a reliable machine that has been working perfectly for me so far. I don't know if others have encountered any problems with it.

I come from an already fast tvbox (S912 Cortex-A53) and I wanted a faster one even though I had doubts if it was worth it. It is excellent. I used it with LAN cable / optical fiber for sound. Bluetooth worked fine even from a good distance. No issues, really fast. If you don't only use Netflix, even if you surf or watch videos through the browser, especially if you use programs like Kodi that require a good CPU, this box is a must buy.
