    Purchased on 03/11/21. I wrote positive comments with 5 stars noting that it is effective but that I had it for a short time. Positive aspects include the immediate sweet heating, the absence of odors and noises, its beautiful presence in the space, and its very reliable remote control. One lamp is 800w, the second lamp is 1200w, and together they are 2000w, and 4) the light at its lower conical part. Hanging not from the ceiling but on an aluminum rod fixed to the wall on a corner support. In the first month of operation, the LED light at the bottom broke. It just flickers and is dim (a minor issue). In the second year, the heater did not turn on at all due to the dead central switch. Having some knowledge, I unscrewed its lower part and isolated its switch. (I connected the wires and covered them with electrical tape). I then plugged the central switch into the socket. At the beginning of the third year, the 1200w halogen bulb burned out. With only 800w, its operation is deemed unsatisfactory, and I am discontinuing it! 09/11/24. Before I could discontinue it, the other bulb burned out too!! What a shame. Personal advice to buyers is to allow 6-7 seconds between remote controls. However, I would take the risk and buy it again! I write this because afterwards I bought another ceiling heater with a carbon bulb of a different brand that made loud noises!
