For the best application, it is important to thoroughly wash your hair before applying the mask. Prefer warm to hot water so that the hair follicles open, allowing the mask to be fully absorbed. After draining your hair, apply a quantity roughly the size of two walnuts, spreading the mask from mid-length to the ends and giving a gentle massage. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm to cold water to lock in the nutrients.
