Well. I ordered 2. The first one worked for 6-7 days, 5-7 minutes per day (half a container in total), and the second one worked for 4-5 days with the same usage. I have it in the car for fragrance. Distilled water and 5-7 drops of essential oil... When the first one broke, I thought I had to send it back and that it was defective... I submitted a request through Scroutz for a replacement and it was accepted... When, after 4-5 days, the new one broke before it arrived, I submitted a request for a refund and that was also accepted to the store's credit, and they even told me to keep the old ones... So, I had the courage to fix it myself... What it was showing was that it wouldn't start, and when it did start, it wouldn't stop... both of them... and it's okay if it doesn't stop, you take it out and put it back in... but it wouldn't start at all... Opening the device at the point where it has the ON-OFF switch, there is a very thin copper sheet with a small wire behind it that seems to work as a magnetic contact... because the plastic is thick, after a few uses and with the moisture from the water, the magnetic field inside the device changes and this thin copper sheet cannot do its job... By taking out the cable with the copper from the machine, surprise, it works... So the problem is in the contact... but there is no way to fix it unless you open the device... I will file it down to minimize the plastic between the copper...
