The Hendi 222652 V-type mandoline slices fruits and vegetables or cuts them into julienne strips. It includes two slicing blades, one of which makes a wavy cut, and three julienne blades with widths of 5, 7 and 10 mm.

The sliding holder keeps the food in place while cutting, while the non-slip base stabilises the mandoline. The storage box holds the blades.
