My cat has issues with gingivitis in general. I don't know if it helps as much as others, but it's the only one that I don't need to hold him to use, unlike the others with mint flavor.
It doesn't create as much saliva as the others, but he couldn't take the others regularly at all. He still needs cleanings at the vet, but at least he eats this happily (even as a snack when we trim his nails), so it's better than nothing.
I showed the ingredients to the vet and she had no issues, so we continue with this.
I gave it 4 stars because some other mint ones were, I believe, more effective in comparison.

Έδειξα και τα συστατικά στην κτηνίατρο και δεν είχε κάποιο θέμα, οπότε συνεχίζουμε με αυτό.
Έβαλα 4 αστέρια γιατί κάποια άλλα με μεντα ήταν πιστεύω πιο αποτελεσματικά συγκριτικά.
