The first time I ordered this particular cream, we were sent the box shown in the photo on the site at the moment, but the jar inside indicated a different product, and in addition, the lid was broken. However, the inconsistency between the photo, the packaging, and the final product, combined with the language indicated on the box, reasonably raises questions both about the quality and authenticity of the product compared to what is advertised by the manufacturer, as well as about the overall quality of the services provided.
Προχωρώ στη συγκεκριμένη κριτική όχι τόσο για το προϊόν όσο για το ίδιο το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, καθώς για δεύτερη φορά η παραγγελία που λάβαμε ήταν λανθασμένη.
Την πρώτη φορά που παρήγγειλα τη συγκεκριμένη κρέμα, μας στάλθηκε το κουτί που φαίνεται στη φωτογραφία του site αυτή τη στιγμή, όμως το βαζάκι στο εσωτερικό ανέγραφε διαφορετικό προϊόν, ενώ επιπλέον το καπάκι ήταν σπασμένο. Τότε, η μητέρα μου επέλεξε να μην προχωρήσουμε σε επιστροφή, ώστε να αποφύγουμε περαιτέρω καθυστέρηση, καθώς δεν διέθετε δεύτερη κρέμα.
Δυστυχώς, στη δεύτερη παραγγελία επαναλήφθηκε το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Όπως φαίνεται και στη φωτογραφία, άλλο προϊόν αναγράφεται στο κουτί και άλλο στο βαζάκι που περιέχεται μέσα. Αρχικά υπέβαλα αίτημα αντικατάστασης, το οποίο όμως ακύρωσα, καθώς ο χρόνος μου είναι περιορισμένος και ο βασικός λόγος επιλογής των ηλεκτρονικών αγορών είναι ακριβώς η εξοικονόμηση χρόνου και χρημάτων.
Θα ήθελα, λοιπόν, να επιστήσω την προσοχή στην αποθήκη του συγκεκριμένου ηλεκτρονικού φαρμακείου. Κατανοώ ότι, για λόγους κόστους, ενδέχεται τα προϊόντα να εισάγονται από άλλες χώρες με σκοπό τη μεγιστοποίηση του κέρδους. I gave it 4 stars only because I disagree with the jar packaging. It is scientifically proven that with jars, the product gets destroyed gradually because air enters when you open and close it. I recommend preferring tube packaging, my friends!
