It includes a 6-pin to 4-pin adapter for the RGB, and it also has a 3-pin for the fan, and another one that I don't know what it does. There is no manual, and the box didn't even mention that an adapter is included. Unfortunately, it doesn't allow speed control (only 2 cables connect to the 3-pin). It has decent brightness and normal airflow, but the lack of control is a serious drawback.
