Order placed on 11/6, no updates until 3/7 where they canceled 7 out of the 8 products of the order and informed me that the only one they actually have will arrive after 20 days, in total 45 days to receive 1 out of the 7 products of the initial order. The worst experience, stay away from Gap!!!

The order was placed on 11/6 with an initial estimated delivery date of 24/6/2024, but it still hasn't arrived and they have updated the delivery time to 6/7. Just disappointed with their reliability. I called the call center and nobody answered

Personally, I am lucky because I already had 3 of them and I knew they were bought from the GAP store 5 years ago for 60 euros each. I thought they wouldn't be available anymore, so when the offer came up, I didn't even think about it. Guys, you get what you pay for. Their fabric is amazing. Very durable, comfortable, and ergonomic due to the pockets. As I mentioned above, with everyday use in spring, summer, and autumn, they lasted me 5 years and the only thing that happened is that the fabric wore out and tore in various places. The zippers, buttons, and seams remained intact. One of my best purchases.

It's fine. Very satisfied. The side pockets require some dexterity to close them with one hand, but it's a minor detail.
