• Formula based on Soy Isoflavones, substances with a structure similar to that of female hormones. For this reason, soy isoflavones exhibit estrogenic action.
• With 8-prenylnaringenin (8PN) which is a prenylflavonoid found in Humulus Lupulus L. known in Greek as hops and has a similar structure to the female hormones that decrease during menopause.
• Studies have shown that traditional herbal extracts with anxiolytic properties such as hops of the genus Humulus Lupulus reduce anxiety, relieve stress, and improve sleep.
• With melatonin, a hormone produced by the brain specifically by the pineal gland. Studies have shown that the presence of melatonin helps regulate sleep and contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect can be achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
• Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• They also contribute to the regulation of metabolic and hormonal balance, improve mood, and reduce the risk of stroke and cardiovascular diseases. Since these vitamins are not stored in the human body, their daily intake through diet is recommended.
• With calcium and vitamin D3 which contribute to the strengthening of bones and teeth, as well as the maintenance of bone health.
