I have had it since early December 2021 and I mainly use it for recording 4K videos at regular speed and 1080p timewarp, either from the car or as a pedestrian with the GoPro 3-way grip.

HOWEVER, I notice that when I record at regular speeds from a moving car, the gyro sometimes gets stuck in turns and creates a strange and quite intense stuttering, as if I am turning the camera by hand, which I never noticed with the Hero 7.

UPDATE 1:
Regarding the stuttering, after a lot of searching and several trips with the vehicle and the camera in various settings, I found that the problem is due to the HyperSmooth function's software and that the only time I don't have such a problem is when HyperSmooth is inactive.
Since GoPro has not yet provided a solution through an update, I have 2 options:
1) to continue shooting videos with HyperSmooth at the lowest setting (which is the least problematic), even if it annoys me,
2) to completely disable it and have shaky videos.

UPDATE 2:
Eventually, the stutter was fixed by 90% (it appears extremely rarely and is so smooth that someone has to be incredibly observant to notice it), after resetting the camera to factory settings and with the guidance of a GoPro representative.
At least in terms of remote customer service, GoPro seems to be doing a good job.
Therefore, I am restoring the 5th star because now the videos are great:

Photos:
Whether you take regular photos in normal mode or nighttime photos in Night Mode, the photos come out very beautiful and clear, especially if you place it on a stable tripod.
Although it is an action camera, it has zoom, but it is digital, so it only covers some basic needs.
In comparison, the 15-year-old Olympus 550 SP=550UZ (a family heirloom - a gift from my parents) that I mainly use for distant photos has 100 times better zoom (optical).

Timewarp/Timelapse:
Excellent performance, especially with the function that allows Timewarp recording at 60 fps so that you can slow it down to 30 fps in post-editing (video at half speed), and the option for recording regular video during timewarp by simply pressing the button with the globe that appears on the touch screen.

Construction/dimensions:
Very good quality materials, waterproof up to a certain distance, and the door locks and opens with difficulty until you get used to it.
I used it to record with the camera mounted externally on a moving car and under heavy rain conditions for about 30 minutes, and I noticed first, that the door did its job very well (of course, I left it open afterwards to dry any moisture) and second, that the lens is indeed hydrophobic and does not retain water droplets for long.
The relevant video will be uploaded soon.
In terms of size, it is the same as the Hero 9 and slightly larger than the Hero 8.
If you own the Hero 7, place it in the plastic enclosure to get an idea of its approximate dimensions.

Battery:
The battery lasts for about 50 minutes in 4K and about 1.5 hours in Timewarp.
It can record videos while the battery is charging (but it heats up faster) or without the battery using a suitable power bank (out of the 3 I have, only 1 provides enough amperage for this) with the door open (ideal for continuous recording exceeding 1 hour).
As soon as I find time, I will make a comparative video between the factory battery, the Wasabi Power, and the Telesin.

Overheating:
It does generate some heat, but the only time it shut down on me (and I lost footage) was when I connected it to the car's USB and, with the battery inside the camera, it continuously recorded for over 2 hours during a long trip.
UPDATE 3:
As the weather gets warmer, the camera's overheating becomes more intense, and this is due to the battery, especially when there is no airflow in the area where it is located, which is understandable as it is an action camera. A satisfactory solution for this, when the camera is stationary (e.g., for timelapse), is to use it without the battery, powered by an external energy source (power bank), with the door open or even better, with the additional (metal) door that has a slot for a USB-C plug.

Software stability:
In contrast to the Hero 7, which would freeze 1 out of 2 times, I have not encountered any freezes or other issues with this one. On the contrary, it is much faster than the Hero 7 and considerably faster than the GoPro Max.

Conclusion:
The best GoPro released so far.
In terms of positives, the speed, stability, and quality of the footage, as well as the options it offers in various modes.
As for negatives, the limited battery performance (compared to the monstrous battery of the GoPro Max, which seemed to never run out regardless of the mode used) and the limited functionality of the mobile application when the camera is in use (no live preview or other options, it shows a blurry image and the camera's operating time).
However, it lost 1 star due to the strange stutter I mentioned above, so if I notice that it is fixed with an update, I will come back to give it 5 stars (Update: as I did).

The 10 is the one I was waiting for.
Although it was slow for a company of this size, finally a processor that goes fast enough and also connects quickly to the mobile, while in the previous ones it was just a matter of patience...

Positives are that it is full of YouTube and simply solves your hands in videos and photos.

Negatives include the quite dark environment (there I usually take only photos and not videos, so I'm not interested. And the photos in night mode with a tripod just drop jaws!!!) but also faced a freeze in the first update via mobile.

You have to take out the card and put it in the computer/tablet and follow the steps on the official site and then once you put it back in the camera, the update will be done normally and everything will be fine.

Bought from Greece at a very good deal of 390 new and the camera is just from another planet!!

Initially, I never had an action camera.
I have owned the camera for about 3 months. I mainly use it when I go snowboarding and I either have it on my helmet or on a tripod.
I am very satisfied with its ease of use, quality of construction, and even the videos and photos it takes.
On the mountain, the raw videos come out great and the sound (although I'm not too concerned about it) is pretty good, I must say.

Additionally, although it has a battery that lasts only about half an hour (as stated on the site), by only turning on the GoPro and recording what's worth it, it can last you a long time. When I'm on the mountain for 6-7 hours, I haven't needed a second battery yet - you just need to know how to use it well and put it in extended battery mode.

It's definitely an action camera that you should have (now, if you're coming from Hero 9 or 8, I don't think it's worth changing yet).

Finally, and most importantly, buy GoPro cameras from the official GoPro site.
Prices in Greece are outrageous.

I use it when I'm riding my motorcycle and I have it on my helmet. It has good resolution and colors when there is light, but also when it's cloudy. At night, it has a little bit of blur, but you can still see what's happening as long as there is some light from streetlights, etc. At 2.7k 60fps, I've made it record continuously for 55 minutes, but there was still some battery left when it reached the 1-hour mark (although you definitely need an extra one). It also has very stable footage, even if you fall into a puddle, the video doesn't show any sudden movements. It comes with a bag, charging/data transfer cable, and a sticker mount. I haven't had any problems with it in the 2-3 weeks that I've had it. The only issue I have is that you need to buy or come up with a solution to prevent the sound of wind in the videos. It has a small microphone in the front that doesn't pick up anything except for the sound of wind hitting it, especially when you're on a motorcycle. By the way, the camera heats up, but it has never turned off due to high temperature, it just feels warm in your hand.

First of all, I have had this camera for about a month. Let's start with the positives! An excellent quality action camera from a company that is already well-known to all of us. Its casing is of better quality than previous GoPros. It is waterproof with a detachable glass on the sensor which has an oleophobic coating and no longer leaves droplets on it when it rains! It is much faster than its predecessors as it has the new gp2 processor. Its menu runs smoothly and seamlessly.

After the latest update, it now has many resolutions with many options in fps, plus they added support for media mode. If you don't have a very fast computer, I would recommend working with it at 4K and not 5.3K.

On the downside of the issue... very poor resolution in the afternoon. Night shots are almost unsuitable for editing... Due to the fact that HYPERSMOOTH does not work at all at night, the shots are excessively shaky, as much as possible!! For night shots, I would recommend using a gimbal!!

My suggestion is to also get the new enduro battery. Don't regret spending the money on it. It has nothing to do with the blue regular batteries that come with the GoPro.

Finally, a change of processor... From Hero 6 to 9, it was the same, which caused all the freezes, etc. The entire menu and touch are responsive and don't lag, and photo storage no longer takes 5 seconds.

Some report overheating, which is natural since it's an action camera and uses a simple camera in 5.3K. The camera needs to be cooled by water or air that moves around it quickly. In simple use of 1080 or 2.7K, it doesn't shut down due to overheating. For those who don't do video editing, the choice of 4K and above is unnecessary since a 1-minute video is 2GB and obviously can't be run on either a PC or a TV without editing.

Knowing all this, it's an amazing camera because it does everything the 9 did without any freezes. It was unacceptable to pay 400 euros and have the screen response be like a 10-year-old phone.

In low-light shots, it's not good, but it's an action camera, so it doesn't bother me. During the day, however, it's very good.

The stabilization is very good, and in my personal opinion, this is what makes it unbeatable compared to other action cameras. Of course, there's no difference from the 9.

The photos it takes are good, but equally good ones come out of the videos. It gives you the option to take a photo from the video.

Finally, if someone has anything older than the 7, it's worth upgrading without hesitation. If they have 7, 8, 9, or Osmo Action, they won't see any difference in the videos except for stability and response speed.

Usually, I shoot in 2.7K 30fps on vacations and 2.7K 120fps or 240fps on the sea or mountains, etc., where I want slow motion for editing. In these settings, each shot lasts 10 to 15 minutes, and I haven't experienced any freezes or overheating.

Update 20/12/21
Of course, whoever is interested will buy it from the official site with the promotion with the subscription and not from here, where it's at least +100€. If you're not interested in the subscription, then cancel it around 11 months. If you cancel within the first month, you'll be charged the initial price without a discount, i.e., 580 or 680€ depending on which package you get (it's stated in the terms).

Update 5/5/22
After using it while kitesurfing, I have to say that in the 20-minute video, I didn't see a single drop of water (the video gets blurry where the drop is). With the 6black, I had many shots that were useless due to water staying on the lens.

The camera went into the water, came out, and half a second later, the entire image was clear without blurs. So, the hydrophobic lens did a great job.
