I have bought it for the office to connect my headphones to the computer. In a large open space it has no problem, but as expected, if you enter another room with a wall and things, its range decreases.

VERY HONEST AND TROUBLE-FREE.
I connect 2 devices to the PC simultaneously (it may support more, I haven't tried.) Headphones and PS5 controller. It works perfectly. It recognizes it immediately in a Windows environment. It works flawlessly from the moment you connect it.
One note that doesn't concern Bluetooth but may matter to someone, if you connect it to the USB ports of the monitor and happen to turn it off, you will have a disconnect, as is logical. It also has a decent range, if you move around the house with the headphones and there aren't too many walls between you and the point where the Bluetooth is connected.

I use it exclusively with wireless headphones that I have. Sometimes it disconnects and reconnects on its own, but never when I'm watching a movie, listening to music, or the radio. It only happens when it's idle, meaning essentially I'm not listening to anything at that moment. This might be caused by the headphones themselves and not the bluetooth device, but I'm not 100% sure. I hope this doesn't confuse anyone.

I mainly bought it to connect headphones to a computer. The sound quality is terrible. I will use it for other tasks and will come back with a new evaluation. The other reviews seem to indicate that it is good for the tasks it performs. I should add that I expected there to be an application for mobile or PC to manage it, unfortunately I did not research it properly before buying it. If, however, there is such an application and I missed it, please let me know.

It was installed immediately, without any disconnection problems. Its range is definitely not 20 meters unless we mean in a straight line without obstacles, 5 meters with obstacles. Great value for money. It's worth it

It's worth the money. The installation of the drivers is very easy and quick. I mainly use it with wireless Edifier headphones, and I didn't expect it to work so well as both an input and output, surprisingly it has impressed me!

I bought it to connect headphones to a desktop that didn't have Bluetooth. Easy to install, it immediately finds the devices. It doesn't have signal interruptions when the headphones are used in front of the PC. However, when it loses line of sight (e.g. in another room), it has small interruptions or buzzing in the sound. That's why four stars.

I have it for over 2 months and so far no problem anywhere. It is a fairly cheap product for those who do not have Bluetooth on their motherboard!
Personally, I used it because I play FIFA and I wanted to wirelessly connect my controller (ps4 controller)!
Also, I had no problem connecting Bluetooth headphones normally

I bought this one to replace a tp-link one that was equally good because I had poor connectivity with my Bluetooth headphones. In the end, the problem remained with the headphones, the only thing that changed was that it is much superior in terms of range compared to the previous tp-link Bluetooth I had.

This particular product works flawlessly if your motherboard doesn't have a Bluetooth antenna. I have tested it on Windows 11 and you can connect up to 5 devices, including PS controllers. However, be aware that you cannot use it, for example, on a PS5 and connect wireless headphones to it. The PS5 doesn't even recognize it as a device, so if you want something like that, look for another product because it won't serve you.
Finally, pay attention to the compatibility with operating systems, because from what I read, it is NOT compatible with macOS and Linux. I haven't tested it myself and I can't say for sure, so it's good to do some research. But it definitely works great on Windows 11.

Actually, I can't judge it because it never worked on a PS5 as a clever person below writes! So if you want it for consoles, DON'T GET IT!!
