Well initially it's not an "out of the box" camera... in other words, you don't connect it and it shows you perfectly. It requires settings from the software. For me, who has tried several web cameras, it's the best one I've had so far. Of course, it's not going to make night into day, but I believe that someone who buys it also has the appropriate lighting equipment. I'm referring, of course, to YouTubers and people knowledgeable in the "field"... so NO, it's not for the average user who wants it for video calls with their cousin in Andritsaina. The 60fps are excellent in image performance without any delay. An excellent product in short, but not at the price it has in Greece. You can find it on foreign websites on offer at a much lower price.

In low room lighting, the quality is completely terrible with a lot of grain. It needs light, a lot of light...
The program for the settings is really amazing.
As for the downsides, it doesn't have a microphone and you need to have a separate one. I got it because I have a lot of video calls and I didn't want it to overheat (since it's open from the back) and burn pixels, but it came with a burnt one - unbelievable...
Its base is good if you learn it a bit. As a camera, it is big and bulky, which I accepted because it has a large sensor behind it - but with a burnt pixel, come on elgato? Ridiculous.
Such a waste of money... I'm waiting to see if they will replace it for me...
I gave it 1 star rating because - unbelievable but it has video cuts - we're talking about it being connected with USB 3 to a computer with 64GB RAM, latest generation, as fast as it gets, and it can't keep the video stable but it has drop frames - this has never happened to me with any other camera - unbelievable.
And the second camera they sent me to replace it had a burnt pixel - from there on, it's your responsibility - I told you so.

Στα μειονεκτήματα είναι ότι δεν έχει μικρόφωνο και πρέπει να έχεις ξεχωριστό. Την πήρα γιατι κάνω πολύ ώρα τηλεδιασκέψεις, και ήθελα να μην ζεσταίνεται (διότι είναι ανοιχτή από πισω) και καίγονται πίξελς, και ήρθε με καμένο – απίστευτο…
Η βάση της είναι καλή αν την μάθεις λίγο. Σαν κάμερα είναι μεγάλη χοντροκομμένη που το δέχτηκα γιατί έχει μεγάλο αισθητήρα πίσω της – αλλά με καμένο πίξελ βρε elgato ? έλεος.
Κρίμα τόσα χρήματα… περιμένω να δω αν θα μου την αλλάξουν…
Έριξα στο 1 αστεράκι την βαθμολογία γιατί – απίστευτο αλλά έχει κοψίματα στο βίντεο – μιλάμε ότι είναι συνδεδεμένο με usb 3 σε υπολογιστή με 64g ram, τελευταίας γενιάς, πιο γρήγορο δεν γίνεται, και δεν μπορεί να κρατήσει σταθερό το βίντεο αλλά εχει drop frames – σε καμία άλλη δεν μου έχει συμβεί αυτό το πράγμα – αν είναι δυνατόν.
