    Unacceptable product, I bought it solely for the company's reliability and the toner technology that doesn't dry. Essentially, I made a choice of a machine 5 times more expensive than a basic option in order to have longevity and cost-effectiveness because I make minimal prints and I wanted to avoid constantly changing ink cartridges due to drying. After 1.5 years and out of warranty, it displayed an error and after contacting a high-ranking employee, they confirmed that the recycling bin is a dead end as they don't support any spare parts for their products. If it was under warranty, they would have replaced the device. Out of warranty, it's only good for throwing away. This was official and verified information from the dealership. The machine still has the factory toner, which is clearly smaller and is still at 85%, not more than 50 prints.

    I recently bought it for office use (with macOS Monterey) mainly for invoices and photocopies. It's a pretty good machine. Just know that the toner included in the package is small, only for 700 prints. It's good to get an XL or XXL for 3000 or 6000 prints for maximum economy.

    In terms of wifi, compared to other printers I've had, it's very fast. I have it connected with a cable, without any disconnections or other problems.
