High-quality silicone plaster with water-repellent properties, resistant to weather conditions, water-repellent, and with excellent vapor permeability. It protects the surface from the growth of mold and fungi. It has excellent resistance to UV radiation and temperature. It is suitable for areas with high humidity and environmental pollution.

Colors

Available in white and transparent base, which can be used to create an unlimited number of shades through Vitex's Colorfull Shade Creation System.

Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry, and smooth, free from dust, oils, or any loose materials or paint. On new surfaces made of cement, concrete, plasterboard, or surfaces that have previously been covered with plastic or acrylic water-based paints, apply Granikot Primer.

Application

Mix well before use. Apply with a stainless steel spatula with a dilution of up to a maximum of 2% with water and use a plastic spatula to create the final effect. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C, and/or relative humidity above 80%. Do not apply the product in rain or under conditions of high humidity and strong winds. Protect surfaces from uneven exposure to sunlight to prevent uneven drying.
