The reed screen is woven with extremely durable synthetic yarn (made from the same raw material as the nets), offering maximum stability. If you need to reduce its length while unrolling, you can easily do so by following the necessary condition below for a perfect result:
- Stabilization: Before cutting, apply a small drop of PVC glue on all the cords, just before and after the point where you want to cut the reed screen.
- Waiting: Allow the glue to fully stabilize to "lock" the yarn onto the rods.
- Cutting: Once the glue is dry, you can cut safely. Your reed screen will not unravel, and the final result will be completely stable and aesthetically flawless.
