Connie’s Patisserie from the Cry Babies series includes a figure dressed as a pastry chef and a trolley with an oven and a macaron machine. The figure cries real tears when her tummy is pressed after she has been fed with the bottle. When the tears fall into the collector, the oven activates, the lights turn on and smoke comes out.
