Adco Class I tights, in beige color, 07180. This is a medical compression sock/tights used for the compression of the lower limbs, mainly for the treatment of disorders of the venous or lymphatic system.

  • With closed toes
  • Pressure: 15-20mmHg
  • Suitable for:
    • Venous diseases: Phlebitis / initial stages after phlebitis treatment
    • Improvement of quality of life in case of chronic venous diseases
    • Prevention and treatment of venous edema
    • Prevention of venous skin lesions
    • Functional venous insufficiency (in obesity, sedentary professions, and professions with standing)
    • Dermal lipodystrophy and white atrophy
    • Thromboembolic diseases: Superficial venous thrombosis, Deep vein thrombosis of the leg, Condition after thrombosis, Post-thrombotic syndrome, Prevention against thrombosis in patients with mobility
    • Edemas: Lymphedema, Edema during pregnancy, Post-traumatic edema, Post-surgical edema, Edema due to respective professions (professions with standing, sedentary professions), Edema due to medications when changing is not possible

Contraindications:

  • Advanced peripheral obstructive arterial disease
  • Septic phlebitis
  • Cyanotic painful inflammation
  • Congestive heart failure

Cleaning instructions:

  • Wash your compression sock daily after use. The sock should be hand washed preferably with detergent for delicate clothes.
  • Do not wring it, but gently press it between two dry towels to remove the water.
  • Clean the silicone strip on the inner side once a day with a damp cloth.
  • Do not expose it to direct heat/cold.
  • Follow the instructions printed on the fabric label on your product.
  • With regular care, you ensure optimal effectiveness.

Proper use and care will give your sock a lifespan of approximately 6 months. To select the correct size, measure the circumference of your thigh and calf:

  • XSmall: thigh 38 - 47cm, calf 26 - 32cm
  • Small: thigh 44 - 55cm, calf 30 - 36cm
  • Medium: thigh 50 - 61cm, calf 34 - 40cm
  • Large: thigh 56 - 68cm, calf 38 - 44cm
  • XLarge: thigh 62 - 70cm, calf 42 - 48cm
  • XXLarge: thigh 68 - 82cm, calf 46 - 52cm
