Not much to say about vanz must be my 4th or 5th pair I have ever bought I really like them for sports activities or even some casual or slightly formal wear so I always keep 2 pairs around

Yes, they are very nice. They are indeed affordable, but the material is such that, at least for me, they faded from the sun after a year and became discolored in many areas, as if chlorine had been spilled on them, and the color turned into a faded black. Like cheap black shirts. If you have experienced it, you will understand. And we're talking about a year like this, not with everyday use.

I have worn them very little. Unfortunately, size 45 is big on my foot. It needed half a size smaller.

My help for the size!
In adidas sneakers (Stan Smith, Continental) and adidas and nike basketball shoes, I wear size 44.5. In Vans, I got size 44, with athletic socks it is the perfect size for me. Size 45 was huge, so compared to sneakers you might want half a size smaller.
Sturdy, hard shoe compared to canvas all stars. The comfort cannot be the same as sneakers but slightly more comfortable than all stars. These ones are without the white stitches which I like better.

4 stars because the seam that touches the back of the foot is hard and I have to wear thick socks so it doesn't bother me... otherwise, for 42.29 including shipping that I paid, it's fine
