Now that the excitement has passed, I can provide a more objective review. It has some positives and several negatives.
The positives are:
+ Heats water very quickly
+ Very easy to clean
+ Very affordable in cost
The negatives are:
- Does not work with all cookware (e.g. aluminum)
- There is a possibility of warping the cookware if the bottom is thin and the size is large (20cm+)
- The cookware should be +- 4cm from the size of the electromagnetic which is 14cm, so 10cm to 18cm.
- I had to change the leakage relay to a digital one because the regular relay kept falling during operation.
- The digital thermometer does not work when I bring it close to the stove due to magnetic interference.
- When frying potatoes (the cookware is at 140 - 170c), I smell like the electric insulation from the electromagnetic's cable is burning.
- Noisy fan and the electric sound made by the coil.
- The power adjustment flickers below 1000W and the values it mentions do not correspond to the measurements from an external meter. For example, 1000W in reality is 1200W, 1300W is still 1200W, and 2000W is 1700W. The fact that it flickers the stove below 1000W is bad because it cannot be used for smoking or slow cooking. One moment the food is burning, the next it's as if you removed the cookware from the fire.
I do not recommend it if it is going to be the only stove you have (e.g. for students). As a supplementary stove for heating water, it is good.
I recommend buying a ceramic stove, it is a bit slower but it works with all cookware and due to its simplicity, it will probably last longer.
Update 29/9/23: After 7 months, it broke. In the morning when I plugged it in, it made a bang and tripped the circuit breaker in the house. Since then, it does not turn on at all. I do not recommend it, changing the review to one star.
Τώρα που πέρασε ο ενθουσιασμός στο ποσό γρήγορα ζεσταίνει νερό μπορώ να επιφέρω μια πιο αντικειμενική κριτική.
Έχει κάποια θετικά και αρκετά αρνητικά.
Τα θετικά είναι ότι:
+ Θερμαίνει νερό πολύ γρήγορα
+ Πολύ εύκολη στο καθάρισμα
+ Πολύ φθηνή σε κόστος.
Στα αρνητικά
- Δε δουλεύει με όλα τα σκευή (πχ αλουμινίου).
- Υπαρχή περίπτωση να στραβώσει το σκεύος αν είναι λεπτός ο πάτος και είναι μεγάλο σε μέγεθος(20cm+).
- Τα σκευή που θα πρέπει να είναι +- 4cm από το μέγεθος του ηλεκτρομαγνήτη ο οποίος είναι 14cm οπότε 10cm με 18cm.
- Χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω το ρελε διαρροής σε ψηφιακό γιατί το απλό ρελε έπεφτε συνέχεια κατά τη λειτουργία της.
- Το ψηφιακό θερμόμετρο δε δουλεύει όταν το πάω κοντά στην εστία από τις μαγνητικές παρεμβολές.
- Όταν τηγανίζω πατάτες (το σκεύος είναι στους 140 - 170c) μυρίζω σαν να καίγεται η ηλεκτρική μόνωση από το καλώδιο του ηλεκτρομαγνήτη.
- Θορυβώδης και ο ανεμιστήρα που έχει άλλα και ο ηλεκτρικός ήχος που κάνει το πηνίο.
- Η ρύθμιση ισχύος αναβοσβήνει κάτω από 1000W και οι τιμές που αναφέρει δεν ανταποκρίνονται με τις μετρήσεις από εξωτερικό μετρητή. πχ τα 1000W στην πραγματικότητα είναι 1200W, τα 1300W είναι πάλι 1200W τα 2000W είναι 1700W. Το ότι αναβοσβήνει την εστία κάτω από τα 1000W είναι κακό διότι δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για τσιγάρισμα ή σιγοψήσιμο. Τη μια στιγμή καίγεται το φάει την άλλη είναι λες και σήκωσες το σκεύος από τη φωτιά.
Δεν την προτείνω αν πρόκριτε να είναι η μόνη εστία που θα έχετε (πχ φοιτητές).
Σαν συμπληρωματική για να ζεσταίνεται νερό είναι καλή.
Προτείνω να αγοράσετε κεραμική εστία, είναι λίγο πιο αργή άλλα δουλεύει με όλα τα σκευή και λόγο έλλειψη πολυπλοκότητας μάλλον θα αντέξει παραπάνω.
update 29/9/23: Μέτα από 7 μήνες χάλασε. Το πρωί όταν τη σύνδεσα στο ρεύμα έκανε μπαμ και έριξε και την ασφάλεια στο σπίτι. Από τότε δεν ανάβει καθόλου. Δεν την προτείνω, αλλάζω την κριτική σε ένα αστέρι.
