So far no problems, the installation had some steps but they were very clear and easy. Nice app on the computer, good printing speed and quality (for home use), good color reproduction. The inks will definitely last a long time, they also provide 3 bottles of black. Value for money, nice design, I prefer it over the equivalent Epson

Very good machine. This is the second one I have bought. Trouble-free as a printer. Only the app is a bit tricky when connecting.

the worst printer ever.... with minimal use at home it started printing {with its economical inks} PURPLE. THE very polite staff checked it from a distance and "concluded" that the head is to blame which is one year old while the rest is 2 years.... The head costs as much as a good reliable printer. Update of previous review. Purchased in November 2023. In April 2024, it suddenly stopped reading the Cyan color. Another buyer has reported a similar issue in the reviews. I followed every instruction without result. Also, it is impossible to communicate with HP... Unfortunately, I had to change the head for +30€, which is the best price scenario and very difficult to find on the market. Now it is working normally again. As a printer, it is flawless and with the most value for money inks that never run out. However, you lose the ink depreciation in the spare parts. But it is unacceptable that I had to change the head within 5 months.

The worst printer I have ever bought, and I have bought dozens. It loses connection with the PC and requires unplugging and plugging the cable, it prints pages with black lines or doesn't print at all. The scanner is lacking in capabilities. The copy buttons don't work! Stay away!

Purchased for 239 euros. It includes 2 extra bottles of black ink. This printer, if you apply to HP, they return 50 euros to your bank account. So it cost me 189. And it has a 3-year warranty extension by making the corresponding request. The installation and connection were quite easy. If you have trouble, there are videos on YouTube.

The printer, after 5 months, works flawlessly. It is connected via WiFi and has not had any connection issues. On average, we print 400 to 500 pages per month for these 5 months. The ink is almost full. The scanner works fine too. And with the app, I haven't encountered any problems. I hope no problems arise.

The HP Smart application is so bad that it took a long time to "see" the printer. Other than that, as a machine in a professional space, it excels in quality and economy.

I was torn between 4 or 5 stars!!

First of all, in terms of economy, it's unbeatable!! I have printed 50 photos and 300 pages and the ink level hasn't dropped even a fraction in color or black!! The printer truly has such economy that is unbeatable!! It is durable even if you leave it inactive for 2-3 weeks...
It's fast and you can print via Wifi or through your mobile, etc!!
It does everything it claims and more!!

The only problem I have noticed sometimes is that it takes a while to start printing because it loses connection to the network!! If you print using the printer's app, then you probably won't see this issue, but if you print directly from the PC, it might delay sometimes! (Probably when it's inactive for a while, it loses connection)

Average multifunction device, I expected it to be better and easier to use. It takes a bit long to perform, but due to the inks, it is economical. Something happened with the black color during printing, I did everything the instructions mention but it wasn't fixed, it prints with thin white lines. Many times it does not respond when you want to, for example, make a print and press the button, you have to restart it.

The printer is generally very good.
However, there is a very important problem. If the ink heads (either color or black and white) get damaged, there are no replacements available in the market, resulting in the printer becoming non-functional (in other words, it cannot be reused). Additionally, the recommended replacement heads for this printer do not work. I discovered this after purchasing them.
I bought the printer in November 2022. In January 2023, the color head broke (it stopped printing the magenta color properly). I performed multiple cleanings of the head using the HP program, but unfortunately, there was no positive result.
I sent the printer, through the store where I purchased it, to HP for repair. That's when I was informed that there are no replacement heads. Luckily, "for my good fortune," the printer broke within the warranty period, resulting in its replacement.

It is a fast and smart machine that I easily installed with the phone that explains everything in detail, up to the ink, how exactly to use it, and then you install it for the computer, not the first one that does it automatically, the second one for [windows 10] installation program [is 410mb] and it works perfectly fast and nice printing and cheap ink, you put the hp smart at startup or desktop or taskbar and change the settings whenever you want, and the settings can also be done from the control panel.

Very good printer for professional use and not only. I installed it easily (wirelessly) and the response time compared to other wireless printers is quite satisfactory. HOWEVER, BEWARE. DO NOT BREAK IT. There is absolutely no support of any kind. A few days after I got it, a heavy object fell on its screen and broke it. It still functions normally, it just doesn't display anything on the screen, which is just a line anyway. After 5 phone calls, I managed to find the official importer and the response I got was that the company does not provide spare parts and if I want, I can send it back to them and pay them 504€ to send me a refurbished one with a 3-month warranty. In conclusion, it is a good, affordable, and fast printer, but if anything happens to it, it's garbage.
