One of the worst choices I have made. It worked well for a while. Since then, it doesn't connect to anything on Wifi, probably its transmitter is damaged. When scanning, you tell it to scan from the ADF, it scans from the glass surface. Honestly, it has gotten on my nerves. I will throw it away as it is, even though it is almost new.

After six months, only problems. If you put enough, but not too many papers in the tray, it prints 3-4 sheets together and jams, after the first year it doesn't scan automatically but only from the glass, it's slow, it freezes, the power cable keeps disconnecting. Very bad choice, unfortunately. Stay away!!!

Amazing machine with zero ink consumption

It gets stuck and indeed needs the power plug to be removed. The scanner lid makes noise because it gets stuck when opened in a vertical position. Good for the money and economical on ink.

Very economical printer that supports automatic double-sided printing and multi-page scanning via ADF. At this price, there is nothing comparable.
Now for the negatives. When I don't turn it off and it stays on for hours, it freezes, doesn't respond to any button (not even power on/off) and I have to unplug it.
For color prints like photos, the quality of the colors is average and it can handle paper up to 180g. It cannot pull heavier paper

Fantastic tool. It works perfectly with iOS as well as MacOS. Its remote printing application works just fine, but I wonder why HP changed the system it had a few years ago when you could send what you wanted to print via email to a specific address. Besides that, I think it slightly falls short in paper management since when we print 100+ pages in a row, it sometimes takes two at once. Maybe we need to flip through them better before placing them in the tray, which is why I don't give it 4 stars. The colors are excellent, and the straight lines have perfect alignment. Overall, a very good printer for those who have a significant volume of documents to print. Otherwise, if you print a few files, go for something more economical. I must not forget to mention the printing speed. It is exactly what HP claims. Very fast for both BW and COLOR prints.

Excellent! I've had it for 1 month, I've printed 150 color pages and the whole process is super easy! It prints double-sided documents correctly (it outputs them in order and automatically prints front and back while starting from the last page and you just staple them). The laser I had was faster and quieter but in terms of functions and performance, they can't be compared. Very easy printing from mobile (no installation needed) and relatively easy from PC. Very good printing performance - color and black and white. And 3 years of extended warranty for free!! J'adore

I give one star because there is no -5... stay away from HP no matter what. I bought it 6 months ago for 320€, it got damaged during scanning after one month... the company's response was that they would send me a used product in good condition. It took 3 months to receive a used product while I paid 320€ for a new one. And now the issue is that what they sent me is also broken... 0 for customer service, 0 for reliability... the era of HP as we knew it is over, don't waste your money on such garbage, it's better to get carbon and do things manually.

I print 1500 pages per month. I chose this one because it takes paper from the front with the annoying cover that you have to pull (for no reason) to put paper in. The old one I had, the 790 ink tank, chewed up a page and I got the head stuck in my armpit... so I bought the 750 ink tank. If it doesn't scan a document for a day, it gets stuck and the scanner doesn't work. The ON/OFF button doesn't work when it gets blocked. You HAVE to unplug it. The printer is relatively slow (like all of this type in all brands). The ink that runs out costs 5 euros for 5000 pages. The best part is that in large print jobs, for example 100 pages, it sucks in 5 papers together and prints on the first three... UNBELIEVABLE!! Just like the old 790 ink tank!! UNBELIEVABLE is also the service!! THEY DO NOT EXIST... they are rude and indifferent!! Shame on them!!

From 1 month of use, the scanner lid peeled off and does not open and close smoothly, sometimes not at all. HP responds that it is normal for it to do this. The ADF is a disaster. Crooked scans despite adjusting the settings, it skips and leaves blank pages in between. Print quality is BAD compared to an Epson I have, with the same quality settings. The dealership, while initially telling me it was problematic, later retracted its statement and says that it is functioning normally.

50%-50% chance of receiving the device without any problems. We bought it for corporate use in an IT company (so we know what we're doing). Without wanting to generalize for all the parts, ours has: Connectivity issues with wifi, problems with Ethernet, the firmware freezes occasionally and the whole printer gets stuck (no button responds), and it jammed the first time we printed from the tray. We removed it and never printed from the tray again.

For those of you looking: Look for another company. For those who have already purchased it: Good luck troubleshooting.

Very good and affordable prints. Much better than more expensive similar machines from other manufacturers.

Fast printer, its inks last a long time, like in all such types.
The only negative thing I found is in the drawer where the paper goes, if you don't have the printer out of the office, your fingers don't fit well underneath to pull out the drawer.

Perhaps the best inkjet printer I have tried.
The level of build quality compared to other printers from different companies is day and night.
I was impressed by its very well-designed packaging and the automatic alignment of the heads using a printed calibration page and the scanner.
The print quality and speed are excellent.
The installation directly through WiFi was a bit problematic. It requires some perseverance. Or a cable.
