    I have had the phone for almost 2 years, in the first 6 months it started freezing and opening applications on its own, and the touch screen would randomly press itself. The screen is very fragile, it broke once and I had it replaced under warranty, but the same issues with the touch screen persisted. One day it broke again and I had it replaced at a Pakistani store where I had the option to choose a higher quality screen for 40-50 euros. Since then, the touch screen problem has not reappeared and everything is fine now. The battery drains quickly, but the Pakistani store owner told me that in the future, I can replace it with a 5000mAh battery if I want. The signal is good, but it's not meant for heavy usage

    Unacceptable behavior, my charger broke and they replaced it. They initially said chargers only have a 6-month warranty, then changed it to 12 months, and finally replaced it for me. They sent it to me via courier at my own expense of 12€. The charger is the simplest on the market, not worth even five euros. They even charge for shipping in the service! Stay away from 20r 5g

It sends a Wi-Fi signal, but even though other devices can see it and the password has been entered, it does not provide internet. Tested with a PS5, another TCL phone, and a Samsung tablet.     I have had the phone for almost 2 years, in the first 6 months it started freezing and opening applications on its own, and the touch screen would randomly press itself. The screen is very fragile, it broke once and I had it replaced under warranty, but the same issues with the touch screen persisted. One day it broke again and I had it replaced at a Pakistani store where I had the option to choose a higher quality screen for 40-50 euros. Since then, the touch screen problem has not reappeared and everything is fine now. The battery drains quickly, but the Pakistani store owner told me that in the future, I can replace it with a 5000mAh battery if I want. The signal is good, but it's not meant for heavy usage
