The reason for purchasing the Inventor Rise Pro Wi-Fi with zeolite (model: RS-WUI-08L) in January 2022 was mainly due to the reviews I read, as I was looking for a dehumidifier with Wi-Fi.
I have been using dehumidifiers in Greece since 2015 and only MEACO (zeolite) because the dealership's service was and remains incredible (I live in Athens and have the ability to take the dehumidifier for repairs myself by appointment, as in coastal homes you cannot stay without a dehumidifier for more than 1-2 days... and those are sunny days...!!!).
The reason I am dedicating my precious time to writing this text is to save as many people as I can from the ordeal of the otherwise kind service of INVENTOR.
This particular dehumidifier had a problem (C1 indication) within 1 month of purchase, which after a lot of hassle and calls to the service, I took it myself to Agios Stefanos where they told me verbally at the time that a resistor was replaced, but in the file it is referred to as "reprogramming the board".
The problems (C1 + C2 indications) continued occasionally during the winter (10.2022 - 4-2023), but its use was quite limited.
The problems continued from 10.2023 - until today 4.3.2024 with many phone calls to the service, not only C1 + C2 indications, but also a problem with the continuous water flow operation (with a hose), which means that if you leave for a 3-day trip, you return to a "different" house than you left...!!!
The proposed solution was to send (or courier) the dehumidifier to the service for 10 working days + courier time for repair or replacement if they decide. Today the repair time was 7 working days... but as we all know, houses in areas with high humidity 1.5-2 weeks (7-10 working days) without a dehumidifier are a disaster.
I suggested/pleaded from October-November 2023 (C1 + C2 indications) to take it to the service myself by appointment whenever and at whatever time they want, but they did not accept as this is "the company's policy" (this happens in other dealerships... there is an understanding of the consumer's problem).
I tried to change for the better this "policy" of the company but I metaphorically hit "Chinese walls" between management/Decision Makers and employees (authority kick)... too hard to get in touch with the Decision Maker...
Therefore:
Purchase another dehumidifier (so we can go on a 3-4-day trip),
Purchase a Wi-Fi plug as the "good" dehumidifiers with integrated Wi-Fi are sold out (end of season)
You can judge whether the 5-year service and the "kindness" of the service employees determine the defective products,
And ultimately, if it is worth the WASTE OF TIME, with phone calls-hassle-time without the dehumidifier when you need it, for €50-€80 less for an inventor compared to other dealerships that offer better products and a more customer-oriented service mentality.
Ο λόγος αγοράς του, Inventor Rise Pro Wi-Fi με ζεόλιθο (model: RS-WUI-08L), τον Ιανουαριο του 2022 ήταν κυρίως λόγο των σχολίων που διάβασα, καθώς έψαχνα αφυγραντήρα με Wi-Fi.
Αφυγραντήρες στην Ελλάδα χρησιμοποιώ από το 2015 και μόνο MEACO (ζεόλιθου) καθώς το Service της αντιπροσωπείας ήταν και παραμένει απίστευτο (είμαι κάτοικος Αθηνών και έχω τη δυνατότητα να παω ο ίδιος τον αφυγραντήρα για επισκευές κατόπιν συνεννόησης, καθώς σε παραλιακές οικίες δεν γίνεται να μείνεις χωρίς αφυγραντήρα πάνω από 1-2 ημέρες...και αυτές ηλιόλουστες...!!!).
Ο λόγος που αφιερώνω τον πολύτιμο χρόνο μου γράφοντας αυτό το κείμενο, είναι για να γλυτώσω όσους ποιό πολλούς ανθρώπους μπορώ από την ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΙΑ του ευγενικού κατά τα άλλα SERVICE της INVENTOR .
Ο συγκεκριμένος αφυγραντήρας παρουσίασε πρόβλημα (ένδειξη C1) εντός 1-μήνος από την αγορά του, που μετά από αρκετή ταλαιπωρεία και τηλέφωνα με το service τον πήγα ο ίδιος στον Άγιο Στέφανο όπου όπως μου είπαν τότε προφορικά έγινε αλλάγη αντίστασης, αλλά στο αρχείο αναφέρεται ως "επαναπρογραματισμος πλακέτας".
Τα προβλήματα (ενδείξεις C1 + C2) συνεχίστηκαν περιστασιακά και το χειμώνα (10.2022 - 4-2023), αλλά η χρήση του ήταν αρκετά περιορισμένη.
Τα προβλήματα συνεχίστηκαν από τον 10.2023 - έως σήμερα 4.3.2024 με πάρα πολλά τηλέφωνήματα στο service, όχι μόνο ενδείξεων C1 + C2, αλλά και πρόβλημα στη λειτουργεία συνεχόμενης ροής του νερού (με λάστιχο), που σημαίνει ότι εάν λείψεις για ένα 3-μέρο γυρίζεις σε "αλλο" σπίτι από ότι το άφησες...!!!
Η προτεινόμενη λύση ήταν να πάω (ή να στείλω με courrier) τον αφυγραντήρα στο service για 10-εργασιμες + χρόνο courrier για να τον επισκευάσουν ή εφόσον κρίνουν να τον αντικαταστήσουν. Σήμερα ο χρόνος επισκευής έγινε 7-εργάσιμες...αλλά όπως όλοι γνωρίζουμε σπίτια σε περιοχες με υψηλή υγρασία 1.5-2-εβδομάδες (7-10-εργάσιμες) χωρίς αφυγραντήρα είναι καταστροφή.
Πρότεινα/παρακάλεσα από τον Οκτώβριο-Νοέμβριο 2023 (ενδείξεις C1 + C2) στο service να τον πάω εγώ ο ίδιος κατόπιν προκαθορισμένου ραντεβού όποτε και ότι ώρα θέλουν αλλά δεν δέχτηκαν καθώς αυτή είναι "η πολιτική της εταιρείας" (αυτό γινεται σε άλλες αντιπροσωπείες...υπάρχει κατανόηση του προβλήματος του καταναλωτή).
Προσπάθησα να αλλάξει προς το καλύτερο αυτή η "πολιτική" της εταιρείας αλλά έπεσα μεταφορικά σε "Chinese walls", μεταξύ διοίκησης/Decision Makers και υπαλλήλων (authority kick)... too hard to get in touch with the Decision Maker...
Συνεπώς:
Αγορά άλλου αφυγραντήρα (για να μπορούμε να πηγαίνουμε και καμιά εκδρομούλα 3-4-ημέρες),
Αγορά μπρίζας Wi-Fi καθώς οι "καλοί" αφυγραντήρες με ενσωματομένω Wi-Fi εξαντλήθηκαν (τέλος σαιζόν)
Εσείς μπορείται να κρίνεται εάν τα 5-χρόνια service και η "ευγένεια" των υπαλλήλων του service κρίβει τα ελλατωματικά προιόντα,
Και στην τελική εάν αξίζει το ΧΑΣΙΜΟ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ, με τηλεφωνήματα-ταλαιπωρία-χρόνος χωρίς τον αφυγραντήρα όταν τον χρειάζεσαι, για €50-€80 λιγότερα για έναν inventor σε σχέση με άλλες αντιπροσωπείες που διαθέτουν και καλύτερα προιόντα και ποιό customer-oriented service νοοτροπία.
Very good dehumidifier with ionizer and UV! It dries clothes very quickly (blows warm air with pressure), and also quickly reduces humidity in the house! A very positive point and the reason I chose it is that it also raises the temperature when it is very cold. The noise is at very low levels, only in turbo mode is it annoying but that is also logical. Very easy to operate via app!
The only negative, which I don't even know if it is one, is that it has a small water tank, but it doesn't produce as much water as the corresponding compressor model because the zeolite technology is different, so I change it every 2 days without drying clothes and every day with drying! I would also like it to have wheels for easy movement. Other than that, very satisfied!!!
Πολυ καλος αφυγραντηρας με ιονιστη και uv! Στεγνωνει πολυ γρηγορα τα ρουχα (ριχνει αερα ζεστο με πιεση) , Την υγρασια στο σπιτι επισης γρηγορα! Πολυ θετικο και ο λογος που το επελεξα οτι ανεβαζει και την θερμοκρασια οταν κανει πολυ κρυο. Ο Θορυβος σε πολυ χαμηλα επιπεδα, μονο στο τουρμπο ειναι ενοχλητικος αλλα επισης λογικό. Πολυ ευκολος χειρισμος μεσω app!
Το μονο αρνητικο που δεν ξερω κιολας αν ειναι, ειναι οτι εχει μικρο δοχειο νερου, αλλα δεν βγαζει τοσο νερο οσο ο αντιστοιχος με συμπιεστη γιατι η τεχνολογια με ζεολιθο ειναι διαφορετικη , οποτε το αλλαζω καθε 2 μερες χωρις στεγνωμα ρουχων και καθε μερα με στεγνωμα! Επισης θα ηθελα να ειχε και ροδακια για ευκολη μετακίνηση. Κατα τ αλλα πολυ ευχαριστημενος!!!

Not at all satisfied with the purchase of the dehumidifier.
To begin with, I received the box clearly opened (unknown if it was opened by the store or during transport), however, it seemed to have new tape placed on top.
The dehumidifier arrived damaged (the fan did not turn off when I turned off the device, resulting in a continuous annoying noise). After requesting a return of the machine on Skroutz with evidence of the problem, the store refused to take it back and asked me to use the device's warranty, which I eventually did. After 1 month of waiting, the dehumidifier returned with the exact same problem, while the manufacturer stated that a board replacement and functionality check had been performed. I am not at all satisfied with either the store, which simply seemed to push a defective machine and chose to place all the responsibility on the manufacturer, and the manufacturer did not do any work at all.

Για αρχή, παρέλαβα το κουτί φανερά ανοιγμένο (άγνωστο αν είχε ανοιχτεί από το κατάστημα ή κατά την μεταφορά), πάντως φαινόταν νέα κολλητική ταινία περασμένη από πάνω.
Ο αφυγραντήρας έφτασε με βλάβη (δεν έκλεινε ο ανεμιστήρας όταν έκλεινα την συσκευή με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγεται συνέχεια ένας ενοχλητικός θόρυβος. Έπειτα από αίτηση στο σκρουτζ για επιστροφή του μηχανήματος με αποδείξεις του προβλήματος, το κατάστημα αρνήθηκε να το πάρει πίσω και μου ζήτησε να χρησιμοποιήσω την εγγύηση της συσκευης, όπως και τελικά έκανα. Έπειτα από 1 μήνα υπομονής, γύρισε ξανά ο αφυγραντήρας με το ίδιο ακριβώς προβλημα, ενώ έγραφε η inventor ότι πραγματοποιήθηκε αλλαγή πλακέτας και έλεγχος λειτουργιας. Καθόλου ικανοποιημένος δεν είμαι ούτε από το κατάστημα που απλός φάνηκε πως έσπρωξε ένα χαλασμένο μηχάνημα και διάλεξαν να δώσουν όλη την ευθύνη στον κατασκευαστή, και ο κατασκευαστής δεν έκανα καθόλου δουκεια.

I bought it three months ago, and after one month it developed a problem with the resistance. The dealership told me that it needs a motherboard upgrade. The reason for purchasing the Inventor Rise Pro Wi-Fi with zeolite (model: RS-WUI-08L) in January 2022 was mainly due to the reviews I read, as I was looking for a dehumidifier with Wi-Fi.
I have been using dehumidifiers in Greece since 2015 and only MEACO (zeolite) because the dealership's service was and remains incredible (I live in Athens and have the ability to take the dehumidifier for repairs myself by appointment, as in coastal homes you cannot stay without a dehumidifier for more than 1-2 days... and those are sunny days...!!!).
The reason I am dedicating my precious time to writing this text is to save as many people as I can from the ordeal of the otherwise kind service of INVENTOR.
This particular dehumidifier had a problem (C1 indication) within 1 month of purchase, which after a lot of hassle and calls to the service, I took it myself to Agios Stefanos where they told me verbally at the time that a resistor was replaced, but in the file it is referred to as "reprogramming the board".
The problems (C1 + C2 indications) continued occasionally during the winter (10.2022 - 4-2023), but its use was quite limited.
The problems continued from 10.2023 - until today 4.3.2024 with many phone calls to the service, not only C1 + C2 indications, but also a problem with the continuous water flow operation (with a hose), which means that if you leave for a 3-day trip, you return to a "different" house than you left...!!!
The proposed solution was to send (or courier) the dehumidifier to the service for 10 working days + courier time for repair or replacement if they decide. Today the repair time was 7 working days... but as we all know, houses in areas with high humidity 1.5-2 weeks (7-10 working days) without a dehumidifier are a disaster.
I suggested/pleaded from October-November 2023 (C1 + C2 indications) to take it to the service myself by appointment whenever and at whatever time they want, but they did not accept as this is "the company's policy" (this happens in other dealerships... there is an understanding of the consumer's problem).
I tried to change for the better this "policy" of the company but I metaphorically hit "Chinese walls" between management/Decision Makers and employees (authority kick)... too hard to get in touch with the Decision Maker...
Therefore:
Purchase another dehumidifier (so we can go on a 3-4-day trip),
Purchase a Wi-Fi plug as the "good" dehumidifiers with integrated Wi-Fi are sold out (end of season)
You can judge whether the 5-year service and the "kindness" of the service employees determine the defective products,
And ultimately, if it is worth the WASTE OF TIME, with phone calls-hassle-time without the dehumidifier when you need it, for €50-€80 less for an inventor compared to other dealerships that offer better products and a more customer-oriented service mentality.
Ο λόγος αγοράς του, Inventor Rise Pro Wi-Fi με ζεόλιθο (model: RS-WUI-08L), τον Ιανουαριο του 2022 ήταν κυρίως λόγο των σχολίων που διάβασα, καθώς έψαχνα αφυγραντήρα με Wi-Fi.
Αφυγραντήρες στην Ελλάδα χρησιμοποιώ από το 2015 και μόνο MEACO (ζεόλιθου) καθώς το Service της αντιπροσωπείας ήταν και παραμένει απίστευτο (είμαι κάτοικος Αθηνών και έχω τη δυνατότητα να παω ο ίδιος τον αφυγραντήρα για επισκευές κατόπιν συνεννόησης, καθώς σε παραλιακές οικίες δεν γίνεται να μείνεις χωρίς αφυγραντήρα πάνω από 1-2 ημέρες...και αυτές ηλιόλουστες...!!!).
Ο λόγος που αφιερώνω τον πολύτιμο χρόνο μου γράφοντας αυτό το κείμενο, είναι για να γλυτώσω όσους ποιό πολλούς ανθρώπους μπορώ από την ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΙΑ του ευγενικού κατά τα άλλα SERVICE της INVENTOR .
Ο συγκεκριμένος αφυγραντήρας παρουσίασε πρόβλημα (ένδειξη C1) εντός 1-μήνος από την αγορά του, που μετά από αρκετή ταλαιπωρεία και τηλέφωνα με το service τον πήγα ο ίδιος στον Άγιο Στέφανο όπου όπως μου είπαν τότε προφορικά έγινε αλλάγη αντίστασης, αλλά στο αρχείο αναφέρεται ως "επαναπρογραματισμος πλακέτας".
Τα προβλήματα (ενδείξεις C1 + C2) συνεχίστηκαν περιστασιακά και το χειμώνα (10.2022 - 4-2023), αλλά η χρήση του ήταν αρκετά περιορισμένη.
Τα προβλήματα συνεχίστηκαν από τον 10.2023 - έως σήμερα 4.3.2024 με πάρα πολλά τηλέφωνήματα στο service, όχι μόνο ενδείξεων C1 + C2, αλλά και πρόβλημα στη λειτουργεία συνεχόμενης ροής του νερού (με λάστιχο), που σημαίνει ότι εάν λείψεις για ένα 3-μέρο γυρίζεις σε "αλλο" σπίτι από ότι το άφησες...!!!
Η προτεινόμενη λύση ήταν να πάω (ή να στείλω με courrier) τον αφυγραντήρα στο service για 10-εργασιμες + χρόνο courrier για να τον επισκευάσουν ή εφόσον κρίνουν να τον αντικαταστήσουν. Σήμερα ο χρόνος επισκευής έγινε 7-εργάσιμες...αλλά όπως όλοι γνωρίζουμε σπίτια σε περιοχες με υψηλή υγρασία 1.5-2-εβδομάδες (7-10-εργάσιμες) χωρίς αφυγραντήρα είναι καταστροφή.
Πρότεινα/παρακάλεσα από τον Οκτώβριο-Νοέμβριο 2023 (ενδείξεις C1 + C2) στο service να τον πάω εγώ ο ίδιος κατόπιν προκαθορισμένου ραντεβού όποτε και ότι ώρα θέλουν αλλά δεν δέχτηκαν καθώς αυτή είναι "η πολιτική της εταιρείας" (αυτό γινεται σε άλλες αντιπροσωπείες...υπάρχει κατανόηση του προβλήματος του καταναλωτή).
Προσπάθησα να αλλάξει προς το καλύτερο αυτή η "πολιτική" της εταιρείας αλλά έπεσα μεταφορικά σε "Chinese walls", μεταξύ διοίκησης/Decision Makers και υπαλλήλων (authority kick)... too hard to get in touch with the Decision Maker...
Συνεπώς:
Αγορά άλλου αφυγραντήρα (για να μπορούμε να πηγαίνουμε και καμιά εκδρομούλα 3-4-ημέρες),
Αγορά μπρίζας Wi-Fi καθώς οι "καλοί" αφυγραντήρες με ενσωματομένω Wi-Fi εξαντλήθηκαν (τέλος σαιζόν)
Εσείς μπορείται να κρίνεται εάν τα 5-χρόνια service και η "ευγένεια" των υπαλλήλων του service κρίβει τα ελλατωματικά προιόντα,
Και στην τελική εάν αξίζει το ΧΑΣΙΜΟ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ, με τηλεφωνήματα-ταλαιπωρία-χρόνος χωρίς τον αφυγραντήρα όταν τον χρειάζεσαι, για €50-€80 λιγότερα για έναν inventor σε σχέση με άλλες αντιπροσωπείες που διαθέτουν και καλύτερα προιόντα και ποιό customer-oriented service νοοτροπία.
Very good dehumidifier with ionizer and UV! It dries clothes very quickly (blows warm air with pressure), and also quickly reduces humidity in the house! A very positive point and the reason I chose it is that it also raises the temperature when it is very cold. The noise is at very low levels, only in turbo mode is it annoying but that is also logical. Very easy to operate via app!
The only negative, which I don't even know if it is one, is that it has a small water tank, but it doesn't produce as much water as the corresponding compressor model because the zeolite technology is different, so I change it every 2 days without drying clothes and every day with drying! I would also like it to have wheels for easy movement. Other than that, very satisfied!!!
Πολυ καλος αφυγραντηρας με ιονιστη και uv! Στεγνωνει πολυ γρηγορα τα ρουχα (ριχνει αερα ζεστο με πιεση) , Την υγρασια στο σπιτι επισης γρηγορα! Πολυ θετικο και ο λογος που το επελεξα οτι ανεβαζει και την θερμοκρασια οταν κανει πολυ κρυο. Ο Θορυβος σε πολυ χαμηλα επιπεδα, μονο στο τουρμπο ειναι ενοχλητικος αλλα επισης λογικό. Πολυ ευκολος χειρισμος μεσω app!
Το μονο αρνητικο που δεν ξερω κιολας αν ειναι, ειναι οτι εχει μικρο δοχειο νερου, αλλα δεν βγαζει τοσο νερο οσο ο αντιστοιχος με συμπιεστη γιατι η τεχνολογια με ζεολιθο ειναι διαφορετικη , οποτε το αλλαζω καθε 2 μερες χωρις στεγνωμα ρουχων και καθε μερα με στεγνωμα! Επισης θα ηθελα να ειχε και ροδακια για ευκολη μετακίνηση. Κατα τ αλλα πολυ ευχαριστημενος!!!
I had the previous model which was less noisy and blew out slightly warm air, which I liked since I only use it for the winter!

Not at all satisfied with the purchase of the dehumidifier.
To begin with, I received the box clearly opened (unknown if it was opened by the store or during transport), however, it seemed to have new tape placed on top.
The dehumidifier arrived damaged (the fan did not turn off when I turned off the device, resulting in a continuous annoying noise). After requesting a return of the machine on Skroutz with evidence of the problem, the store refused to take it back and asked me to use the device's warranty, which I eventually did. After 1 month of waiting, the dehumidifier returned with the exact same problem, while the manufacturer stated that a board replacement and functionality check had been performed. I am not at all satisfied with either the store, which simply seemed to push a defective machine and chose to place all the responsibility on the manufacturer, and the manufacturer did not do any work at all.

Για αρχή, παρέλαβα το κουτί φανερά ανοιγμένο (άγνωστο αν είχε ανοιχτεί από το κατάστημα ή κατά την μεταφορά), πάντως φαινόταν νέα κολλητική ταινία περασμένη από πάνω.
Ο αφυγραντήρας έφτασε με βλάβη (δεν έκλεινε ο ανεμιστήρας όταν έκλεινα την συσκευή με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγεται συνέχεια ένας ενοχλητικός θόρυβος. Έπειτα από αίτηση στο σκρουτζ για επιστροφή του μηχανήματος με αποδείξεις του προβλήματος, το κατάστημα αρνήθηκε να το πάρει πίσω και μου ζήτησε να χρησιμοποιήσω την εγγύηση της συσκευης, όπως και τελικά έκανα. Έπειτα από 1 μήνα υπομονής, γύρισε ξανά ο αφυγραντήρας με το ίδιο ακριβώς προβλημα, ενώ έγραφε η inventor ότι πραγματοποιήθηκε αλλαγή πλακέτας και έλεγχος λειτουργιας. Καθόλου ικανοποιημένος δεν είμαι ούτε από το κατάστημα που απλός φάνηκε πως έσπρωξε ένα χαλασμένο μηχάνημα και διάλεξαν να δώσουν όλη την ευθύνη στον κατασκευαστή, και ο κατασκευαστής δεν έκανα καθόλου δουκεια.

Unfortunately, without having experience with other dehumidifiers, I was very disappointed with the noise it makes, even though I had chosen it specifically for its quiet operation, as it is used in a bedroom. I ended up turning it off when we sleep...

In less than a year, it displays error message C1 for the second time. Supposedly, it is the temperature sensor... Performance is generally satisfactory for a 20sqm office, but it is noisy.

I bought it three months ago, and after one month it developed a problem with the resistance. The dealership told me that it needs a motherboard upgrade.
